I worked with Tony to have the roof inspected. Tony found that the roof that the roof needed replacing. Samples were dropped off and the materials were quickly ordered. The roof was replaced in a day! Payment was easy via their portal. I worked with Meagan and she was able to assist with getting me logged into their portal to make payments. I will be recommending TruePro Exteriors to my family and friends!

I had a deck removed which required some siding repair/replacement. I also had a rotting wood exterior door frame I needed fixed. These guys came out and did a fantastic job. The siding matches very well even after 11 years of the original siding having been faded do to direct sun light. The door trim replacement looks awesome as well. Will use again for future projects.

I had a great experience with TruePro for the work they just completed. They were on time for a morning start to replace gutters and do a minor roof repair, worked quickly, and left the job site perfectly clean. I first spoke to Bobby for an upcoming appointment. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was concerned about repairs processes during a pandemic along with my usual concerns of visitors possibly bringing in pollen etc which my household is very sensitive to. Needless to say, I wanted to have all access from outside. Bobby listened to my concerns and made me feel heard, understood and supported.
I was so thankful to not feel dismissed that my concern switched from worrying about my personal request and switched to wishing for the safety of Tony, the gentleman that was assigned to do the repair. It was apparent that my concerns were in the hands of a considerate company and all would work out successfully. Tony arrived on time, was very nice, professional, and skilled.
He took measurements to narrow down repair location and climb the steep roof like a superhero. He took care of the roof issues so fast, it was a happily and unexpected experience. Then he took care of the outside vent that birds were attempting to nest. One word.fantastic. I am so grateful for the customer service received, the repairs provided, and Tony's safe landing. Retention is closely associated with customer service. If a customer feels great about their interactions, they will return. Hence, company will financially benefit. Win-Win! Bobby is highly responsive, articulate and patient in explaining every detail of his initial offer. He followed up with a site visit to provide a final quote which was competitive. Very Professional! Fast, thorough, and very helpful! I called their office in a bit of a panic after another company had scheduled me incorrectly and I had a leak in my roof that was causing damage to our interior. They arranged to schedule me for the very next day and had my leak fixed in no time! They also did an evaluation and touched up a number of spots on our roof. When we are ready to replace they will get our business! Excellent!
