Working with Husker Roofing was a great experience. They understood the nuances of working with a religious 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and were very responsive to our needs and concerns. I thought the competitive pricing might indicate lower quality work but they were far from it. High quality work, extraordinary service and comparable pricing were all part of the package.

The representative went out of his way to meet up with me to exchange and sign necessary paperwork even under the circumstances of the pandemic. He did not need to over sell additional products but instead provided reasonable logic on how we could preserve our investment. Thank you for working with me. I was disappointed at first with the other contractors I contacted but after our experience with Husker Roofing I am certain that all the others did was get out of the way so that we could work with you guys. Husker Roofing is the best! Don't look anywhere else! We had a tree fall on our roof and wind damage from a storm. I called a few companies out to compare for insurance purposes. The others asked for my husband or didn't follow-up with calls. Husker Roofing showed me professionalism and responsiveness from day 1. They answered my endless amount of questions, were thorough with answered, and worked with our insurance from start to finish.

They ensured every part of our roof and gutters were reviewed with the adjuster and properly paid for. I didn't have to do anything, they made it all so easy! When picking out gutters and a roof, they provided me with all the options and informed me on the pros and cons of each. They were clear on communication and quick on response time. They checked on us through the process and came by after to ensure everything was completed and that we were satisfied.

The yard was cleaned up perfectly after the repairs were made. We had a nail come through our attic/bedroom space and they came and patched it up the same day I called and even painted the ceiling to make sure it all matched for us! As a perfectionist myself, it was great to work with a company with that as a standard. I asked for one final item to be fixed, and they resolved it immediately and stayed true to their word. Our roof and gutters turned out amazing and we are incredibly satisfied with using Husker Roofing from start to finish!

A couple years ago (Fall 2019) our roof was leaking, so I reached out to Husker Roofing to repair it. They "fixed" the problem by patching the hole, however our roof continued to leak and cause increasing internal damage to our ceiling. I paid Husker Roofing to fix the leak, so I expected them to fix the problem. I called to report that it was still leaking after our next storm and Husker Roofing came out and "fixed" the problem again.

Another storm comes through in Spring 2020 and the same spot where our roof was "repaired" is STILL leaking. I called again and Chuck came out to inspect the leak. It turns out that his crew was "repairing" the wrong part of our roof the whole time. Chuck repaired the correct part of our roof, however the internal damage with significant costs was already done.

This was beyond frustrating since I had PAID Husker Roofing to fix the leak. Fast forward to July 2021 when I submitted an online request to have our roof inspected following the summer storms and I never received any type of response. I called and spoke with someone on August 25 who stated they would look at our roof "soon". Four weeks go by, so I reached out again on September 23 and was told Johnny or Chuck would be out tomorrow.

As of October 11, I have heard nothing. I'm frustrated by 1) still having a leaking roof after having PAID this company for services that were incorrectly performed multiple times and 2) trying to give this company a second chance to redeem themselves, but instead being continuously ignored. Do NOT work with Husker Roofing, unless you would like to have to fix the results of a leaking roof by yourself. We're now approaching winter weather and I feel like I'm scrambling to try and have a different, competent company repair our roof before the cold weather is here.

After the storm in July we needed to replace the roofs on two garages and a shed. My husband called two roofing companies that came out but never followed up with us. He called Husker Roofing and made an appointment and we met with Rick Warner. We explained to Rick that we were cautious because we had a horrible experience with a prior roofing company that replaced the roof on our house years before. Rick listened to our concerns and assured us that Husker Roofing would give us a better experience.

He was right! Not only did they replace our garage roofs, attach siding that had came off and some gutters they went out of their way to make the roof on our house look more presentable. I would recommend this company and especially ask for Rick because he cares about his customers and makes sure all their needs have been met or exceeded.

I left a message during our last storm with 3 roofers; I knew I was going to be taking a chance it was a weekend and heavy damage everywhere. My stress level was at a all time high not knowing if I could depend on anyone to come out during a high volume weekend. Husker Roofing was the only company to call and motivated to help. It was raining in my house literally, due to 90 mph winds.

The company called to let me know they would be out to tarp my roof with no worries the day of my call. updating me when they would be coming; even as it started to get late, Husker Roofing showed up; Rick call set an appointment to replace my roof immediately. We communicated the whole time. I of course had a lot of questions since this was my first claim. Husker took away the stress of permit, insurance, and all the extras from the damage this storm caused. I came home to a finished product. Thank you, My roof looks great, and I am a satisfied customer.

Rick and Chuck took great care of me. They replaced a roof, gutters and soffits on my 1914 apartment building. The crew was very nice and cleaned up the work area like new. A very good company and transparent with all the work and costs. Would recommend them to anyone. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Husker roofing was great to work with and did an outstanding job on my new siding installation. House looks brand new! Rick coordinated the job and it was completed in much less time than expected. I was kept updated every step of the way from the planning to the completion. Highly recommend!

During the spring thaw, we noticed our gutters were not in good shape, so we reached out to several companies to get bids. Husker Roofing was our favorite because they were responsive, very respectful and right on point. The gutters look amazing and are working very well for us. Day of installation was smooth and quick. They are easy to work with and do a great job. Highly recommended!

Rick and his team worked quickly to resolve our roof, siding, and gutter issues. They communicated what they were doing and when they were doing it ahead of time, which was very much appreciated. They handled the curveballs every project throws at you with great communication and responsive solutions. The bottom line is: they did great work on time and communicated with us about it. I needed new gutters installed on my house. When I called Husker Roofing they came the next day to give me an estimate. After picking Husker Roofing to perform the work they came on the agreed upon day. When they showed up they were very professional and timely. Within a couple hours they had the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the work and love how the new gutters look on my house. I will be using Husker Roofing in the future.

I work at a mortgage company that has used Husker Roofing for emergency inspections for our clients and witnessed first hand how professional, prompt, and experienced they were. When a storm passed through last April and damaged my home, I decided to give them a call to repair my roof and siding.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST! Horrible Work! The estimate was for 3 day completion of my roof and siding. It took 2 months. With broken windows, torn gutters, and nails all over the yard. The workers even blew my breakers daily plugging in a microwave and mini fridge to my outside outlets for their lunch parties.

When I worked with Mike, he was very detailed in his explanation of the work, timely in terms of when they would do the work, and very prompt in answering any questions. Even though there were delays with the mortgage company, they were very patient in helping gather the requirement needed and walk me through the process.
