I highly recommend Home Pride. My project manager, Daniel Steinspring took care of every detail from start to finish. I assumed I would have to pay retail to replace my old roof, but Daniel said he could work with the insurance company on my behalf. Daniel managed the entire process including being onsite to talk directly with the adjuster and onsite on day of installation. Daniel kept me informed throughout the process and the extent of my involvement was a couple of calls with the insurance company to verify information, signing a couple of forms and picking out the roof color. The work crew was efficient and swept my driveway and patio clean before leaving. Any home project is stressful but Daniel and Home Pride made it easy.

I don't know about quality because they have never got back to me! If they don't want to replace fascia, let me know!

Met with adam from home pride contractors was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of filing my claim and what i had to do to have my home back the way it was before the storm hit.

I had them do some siding work on our home in Dundee and whilst some of it was well done, the replacement stucco solution they implemented didn't look similar to what it was replacing. After a few communication problems, to their credit - they resolved it to the point that we were happy. The owner Michelle was very professional in fixing the situation.

I would just suggest as with any contractor project, you use photos / images of what you want the finished result to look like and document so everyone is on the same page before they start.

My roof was replaced by Home Pride in 2016. On October 5, 2018 I discovered a leak around one of the pipes coming through the roof over my kitchen. I called around 4 PM. They indicated that they could send out a person to repair the roof on Saturday October 6. To my surprise they showed up around noon the next day, found the leak and repaired it within 1 hour.

I'm so happy with the work done from Home Pride. I highly recommend them to any home in the area. It has been a great experience!

We needed a new roof and gutters. This was our first time hiring a contractor and it was kind of scary. Nick was very professional. He explained the whole process and thoroughly answered all of our questions. We had gotten several other quotes. We chose Home Pride because of Nick's knowledge of roofing and his approachability. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking all kinds of questions.

As for the roofers, they were amazing. They showed up first thing in the morning. They had to remove a couple layers of shingles and replace a bunch of decking. And they were still completely finished in one day. Amazing! They made sure everything was nicely cleaned up. The gutters were completed on a different day. Once again the people showed up first thing in the morning and were completed before dinner time. I wholeheartedly recommend Home Pride! We will be using them in the future for replacement windows. Be sure to ask for Nick, he won't steer you wrong!

Home Pride helped us get the funds we needed to repair our home after the May 2016 hail storm. We had to fight tooth and nail to get Liberty Mutual to pay for our damage. It would not have happened without Home Prides assistance.

They did a major roofing job on my house several years ago. This last winter it developed a minor leak when snow sat on the roof. The guy they sent out said there was a nail in the flashing between two roof lines and the cost to fix it would be $2300. When I pointed out that the only reason there would be for a nail to be there was if they put it there when they my tarped the roof.

They won't do anything about it and the owner won't return my repeated calls. I would never recommend this company. Follow up - a contractor friend came over and we went up in the roof to look at the nail the Home Pride employee said was there. There WAS NO nail! The guy basically lied to get me to cough up $2300! My friend's diagnosis?

There wasn't enough overlap between the two sections of flashing which allowed the snowmelt to back up and leak into my ceiling. The fix? A quick dollop of caulk and voila, problem fixed. Cost? Maybe $2. So, to reiterate, I would NEVER recommend this company.

My experience with Home Pride Contractors was extraordinary. I knew I needed a roof and on looking I found Home Pride Contractors. Such an outstanding company! I feel like I had a advocate in Michelle who was instrumental in helping me with my insurance company.

We had this company add ten foot on to the back of our house. Let's just say, they hire people off the street that have no clue what they're doing. We had to have all of the woodwork repainted, the Windows replaced, have the kitchen island redone, our kitchen cabinets are crooked by 3/4th of an inch and more.

I set up an appointment taking time out of my busy day to talk to them, First they show up 20 minutes early, and then after telling them all i need is an estimate for siding again because I have the roof, gutters and windows handled, the claims expert Dave Porter tells me that a siding job isn't worth there time because they only do complete redo jobs.

I do not recommend them. Poor quality workmanship. They replaced our roof about a year ago. The first time it rained after that installation, we had a huge leak around the skylight, with water pouring in. A manager came out, said the skylight was installed improperly, moved it and resealed. Now, every time we get a heavy rain, the skylight leaks. Home Pride says it is not guaranteed because they didn't replace the skylight when the roof was installed. Now I have to call a reputable roofer to come out and fix their mistake.

I have used Home Pride Companies Inc 3 times over the last 15 years and they continue to surprise me. 98% of the time my sales rep was absolutely perfect.! The other 2% of the time they were very efficiently correcting any issues that had risen during the remodeling process. I like the way the sales men looked into my eyes!
