Extremely knowledgeable team! A lot of solar companies out there, but these guys really know their stuff!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Francisco's review first hand, being a customer of theirs for 5 years. I have the documentation and email trail to actually back up what I say in work not performed and missed appointments further, promises not fulfilled. I believe there is some good people at this company but they defiantly keep dropping the ball over and over again.

There service and warranty department is almost nonexistent and charge you an exorbitant amount to replace an optimizer that was bad for over a year that I could not get them to come out and replace. They did make a decent gesture to replacing the optimizer free of charge after a year of reminders even though I was the one to call Solar Edge and get the optimizer warrantied.

But then Will failed to show up for the appointment and check the system correctly having another optimizer fail. This is no where near what they state on there website stated "At Solar Gain, our team provides an unmatched level of service for the preventive maintenance of your solar panel system. Our work ensures that your system is operating at peak performance for years of reliable solar electric power generation.

Service and maintenance are offered along with the installation of every Solar Gain system, and we also have stand-alone maintenance contracts." I hate that it has come to this but I have not received a response at multiple levels and Andrew seems like he wants to help but is getting no support, he is the one to make the gesture of replacing the optimizer.

I initially had a great experience with Roman and Jeremiah but the first crew that started did a terrible job on install and was replaced by another crew that did a great job. I hope they respond or contact me. Meanwhile, I am having another company fulfill what Solar Gain has failed to do even though they state that no system too small for them.

You can trust this company & you should ask for "Robert" as your personal choice to help you with solar. especially if it's a large large project. DONT TRUST ANYONE ELSE IN TUCSON. PERIOD. I worked for Solargain and I am ashamed to say that. They only care about their profit and do not care about the client nor their reputation. They are also over priced for the kind of equipment they use and the quality of work. After installation, if anything goes wrong, they will charge you hundreds of dollar just to travel to the property and charge 15% markup on any materials they use to fix the problem, plus an electrician fee, and usually takes months for them to come out and assess the problem. This is the kind of company that gives solar a bad name. Please stay away from them.

I am the operations manager for Malena Produce, Inc, , we have a very large facility in Rio Rico, Arizona and looked to Solar Gain for our solar power. Roman and his team always proved to be helpful, resourceful and very knowledgeable of the project at hand. Very friendly and easy to talk to. They made the process very easy for us. The savings we have obtained since the solar has been up and running have been tremendous.

The instalation was done in 2015 and have had no performance issues at all. We know we can call Roman or anyone on his team with questions or help and they are more then ready to help us out. I highly recommend Solar Gain

Roman and his crew did a great job installing solar on my State Farm Agency back in 2011. We figure at this point, we're saved about 30,000 over the past 6 years. The install was very professional, the equipment works flawlessly and we have had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Roman Black and his Solar Gain company should you choose to install Solar.

Great price for the size of the system installed. I recommend communicating with Ricardo on any and all questions that arise. Some things could have gone better but were minor in the grand scheme of the work done, so I refer back to contacting Ricardo directly.

I had my reservations and skepticism about going solar. But Joe Saiza and the Solar Gain team put those worries right to bed! No down payment or installation costs, just a simple credit check and boom the process is rolling. My involvement is minimal - simply give approvals and sign-offs and they take care of everything! From the educational sales presentation to scheduling the installation to the 'how-it-all-works' meeting the professionals at Solar Gain were there when scheduled, always courteous and pleasant. I'm writing as a resident of Tucson, AZ, and I bought Solar Panels from Solar Gain. I found Solar Gain to be an excellent company to work with. First, I was very thorough on finding the proper Solar Company, and after 3 or 4 companies disappointing me, I wasn't sure I would find one. I found Solar Gain and after talking to them, found them to be the most affordable option for me.

Beyond that they promptly answered me when I sent my first exploratory email, asking me questions about my power usage so they could get a contract to me to read before our first meeting. They put no pressure on me to sign, but they also made it clear to me their timeline on how long it would take them to finish the project, which they then beat. I'm super happy that I did business with Solar Gain.

Solar Gain installed 2 large solar panels on the ground of a property I owned in NW Tucson (Lambert & Shannon). This installation generates 10 kW of power, enough to power this 4,000 sq.ft. home most of the year with a 4-person occupancy. My TEP bill went down to about $8 a month and I was sending back power to the grid, earning credits for the winter months. Loved that!

The process went smoothly: a solid engineering study was conducted to determine the power needed and the best location for the solar panels. The installation proceeded on time and at a satisfactory level of professionalism. For instance, a few trees and cactuses that had to be displaced/replanted; they were indeed displaced / replanted successfully.

There were minimal track marks after the construction equipment left the property. The solar panels do not receive shade at any moment during the day, which ensure maximum efficiency. If you have the money to own your own solar installation, Solar Gain is a great recommendation.
