Jay J! did they give you freebies to give a great review? We wish they offered us the "electrical system upgrades we needed to put the system in service for free after the fact " THEY CHARGED US BIG $ THEN WIRED IT ALL WRONG! HA! we had to pay for everything! and there were $ surprises too! THEY PROMISED A DISCOUNT, MADE MANY MISSTAKES AND FLAT OUT LIED!

When they show up and do the work, GREAT. Their work is professional and their team, very nice individuals. But they have scheduling issues and never show up in a timely manner, nor do they call you and let you know they're going to be late. If you have the patience to deal with that, give them a call.

This was the only one out of MANY solar companies to actually show up, return calls and act professionally. I am very happy with the service. Hector was professional. Knowledgeable, Polite, and on time. The office lady has been a pleasure to speak with. All around this is a great and reliable company.

I have seen the dedication to the engineering, design and experience needed to install solar at Abco. Klaus and Dave are two of the best solar experts in Arizona! Thanks Abco!

ABCO helped me out with an uninstall / reinstall. Mike M was very responsive to my inquiries. The guys sent to do the work were friendly and worked hard. The pricing was competitive compared to other companies and their response time was quicker too boot!

OMG! ABCO solar is terrible many issues w/ their solar instalation! they threatened, harassed us, cussed at us! And we are old, poor, disabled! they cheated us! promised good support and service we got none! installed the system 6 mos late, then it broke so no power for 45 days! Recently, they delibarately sabatoged our data system and solar monitoring system! hacked into our computer and deleted data!

We have proof! we have huge bills still! hundreds of $ every month! for electricity! they took us for about $ 30 K Our life savings! don't trust them! they lie! Many employees have quit them in disgust!

I do not recommend using this company. We have had a really bad experience from poor communication to poor quality work.

Our experience with ABCO Solar was first rate. When no one was immediately available to help with our initial questions, Charlie, the company president, took the time to help us. Mike Mildebrandt, the sales technician and project manager who was assigned to us, was phenomenal. Mike gave a clear and very helpful presentation, taking the time to carefully lay out the various options we had and to help us choose what would be best for our own situation.

There was no feeling that we were just being sold a package that was not really tailored to us personally. Mike was tremendous to work with throughout, and every part of our experience with this company was good. In addition to the great customer relations aspect, we also found ABCO Solar to be a high-integrity company that we would trust completely. This is one of the best companies we have interacted with in 33 years in Tucson. Highly recommended!

We have been extremely pleased with our in the ground solar panels from ABCO. The savings has been significant. Recently, company employees completed an annual check-up of of our equipment and we haven't experienced any of our issues. Everyone is very competent, friendly and professional. We would highly recommend ABCO! We had our 8.84 wattage system installed in 2016 in north Tucson.

I offer ABCO Solar my strongest possible recommendation. The entire process from initial consultation, design, construction, and final inspection was seamless. ABCO Solar is a professional contractor that delivers superior performance. The system they installed has worked flawlessly for four years. ABCO representatives still routinely contact me to make sure everything is running correctly. Additionally, I live in Patagonia, AZ and they commuted daily to construct my system with no hesitation. Finally, senior company representatives, led by the ABCO Solar President came to my home from Tucson to conduct the final inspection. Just impressive!

I interviewed many of the "big" companies prior to choosing ABCO. The knowledge, timeliness, customer service, PROFESSIONALISM, and INTEGRITY make ABCO outstanding and an excellent choice. My father is an electrical engineer. I had him review the electrical installation and plans and he was IMPRESSED by the HIGH QUALITY of the work and design. The installation was completed with great care to my home.

I personally met with Charlie O'Dowd from ABCO and know that his handshake is a promise of EXCELLENCE and worth more than a bunch of legal agreements. I am so happy with ABCO installation because it's rare today to have a company under promise and over deliver. I tell my friends how it's saving me 90% of my prior electric bills. I am AMAZED with ABCO Solar and their commitment to getting the job done right. ABCO continues to stay in touch with me to see how my system is doing. ABCO is a TOP TIER SOLAR COMPANY and THE ONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Abco now has the panels on our roof and we expect TEP (power co. ) to turn them on w/ in 30 Days Still a long delay! This job was to be done in Feb 2019 we signed the agreement in Sept 2018! the excessive delays have cost us litterally thousands in electrical bills we had to pay and we have no recourse! I could not cancel less I lose my 100% reimbursement of the power I will be generating as the power Co, is now not offering dollar for dollar reimbursement! ( we got in under the sept 20 2018 deadline ) and will get this for 20 years!

No compensation was offered for their errors and delays! I did suggest it! they declined to offer any. I would strongly suggest you reconsider if you are considering Solar! ESP w/ no net metering now! unless you can go off grid and have sufficient batteries ( unlikely! ) there would be little incentive. we need some kind of a collective that would get the panels and sell them for cost +10% and workers who would do the install being paid directly by the customer. they do not even offer their hard working electricians and installers health insurance, or benefits! and their attitude is very discouraged!

It has to be reflected in their work and the quality of it! EG my panels flunked the city building inspection they had several that were loose! they used air/ electric power tools to tighten fasteners and I am quite certain there are fasteners that are over torqued and may fail in the future ( should have been done by hand and a torque wrench to the proper spec!) The solar panel business is a license to print $ for the companies doing the projects!

The profit mark up as I discovered on the panels, is obscene! you must be riding herd on these guys and basicly be your own contractor! check and double check whatever they say and ask a plethora of questions, educate yourself and be VERY assertive!

We are happy with our system which was installed 4 years ago. It has produced what we were told by Patricia Blackman. Everyone we have dealt with is very knowledgeable. ABCO is always available when questions arise.

Excellent customer service before, during and after the transaction. ABCO made navigating the entire process of permitting and installation easy to understand. After getting 5 quotes from different Solar companies, ABCO clearly stood out as the company to trust with this type of investment. Had a small concern a few months after instal and ABCO quickly addressed the issue to maximize system production. My wife and I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar installation.

TK H is the kind of Jackass that gives on-line review services limited utility--get a life TK we don't care about your road rage experience. I on the other hand purchased a $37,000 dollar system from this company. I got 4 Bids and got the best most modern equipment at the best Price from ABCO Solar. I worked with Patricia the Vice President of Sales who was shared knowledge explained options and worked hard to get me the right equipment.

The opposite of a pushy sales person so if you want the real story from a pro who has your interest at heart ask for her. They also threw in $2,000 of electrical systems upgrades I needed to put the system in service for free after the fact to earn my business. I am still very pleased with my solar array: with the price I paid, with its performance that fully handles my huge electricity usage that was nearly $400/month before the array, with its revenue stream for excess power I sell Trico (about $1000/yr), with its maintenance freedom for years, with its revenue stream for Trico incentives (about $800 per year), and with its huge tax credit.

Ever since moving to Arizona about 4 years ago, I looked into getting solar electric panels for my home. I interviewed salesmen from numerous solar companies, but I was never satisfied with their proposals. Finally, you came to my home with an incredible plan using powerful solar panels.

Going solar is a no-brainer, however finding the right company is a challenge. After interviewing 6 solar companies, we chose Abco Solar because their program made the most sense financially, their solar panels were the most efficient and the cost per KWh of production was the least. Money in my pocket, simple as that.

My solar PV system was installed on a lease by one of their competitors before I knew about them. When the power monitoring system had repeated problems, the leasing company said it had to be redesigned (at their expense). The original installer wanted about $1200 for the modification so the leasing company shopped around and found ABCO would do the job for $450.

They were prompt scheduling an appointment and showed up on time. Did the job efficiently and professionally. Good price and good work. What more can one ask? P.S. I probably paid the competitor too much for the original installation.

Thank you and your staff for a great job on the PV system on my art studio. I am very pleased with the outcome including the appearance of the panels, the coordination of them with the lines of the building, and the performance of the system. The inverter is located in the studio space and through it's low hum I can literally hear the the sunrise.

My 6.44 kWh system has now been operational long enough to have some data on its productivity. It has exceeded the projections and has resulted in monthly electric bills for my 4,000 SF residence at around $25. I couldn't be more pleased. The installation process went very smoothly. You and your staff were able to handle the utility company and city approval processes with efficiency.

My interactions with these guys is limited to on the road. Was driving down speedway and one of their trucks was in the center lane. However, he was pervasively over the line into the left lane causing road hazards for everyone else with his giant truck and trailer. Will not ever do business with these guys.
