Dad's Plumbing

This is a family owned and run business (husband, wife, son) and I would highly recommend using them. I had a number of issues in the crawl space under my home. They were very accommodating with my schedule (and the schedule of the heat and air guys who had to remove ducts before they could get to their part of the job), honest, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future for plumbing needs.

Nice people overall but at the end of the day we had a deadline plumber was unprepared, not focused, and didn't even know commercial sinks had extenders you could buy separately he took 3 visits to finish a $400 job. Lady that answers the phone is really nice

I would totally recommend this company. I got stuck with a dishwasher that wasn't installed because Lowe's didn't send a qualified technician, so we called Dad's Plumbing and they came same day and did a fantastic job! I'm very pleased.

We had Todd come out after a bad customer service experience with a different company didn't follow up well on a potential issue. Todd was kind and explained well what had happened and though there wasn't any issue to fix, he did his due diligence to make sure there weren't any other issues. He took extra time to educate us and help us understand. He takes his time, he is thorough, and provides excellent customer service. They also are very affordable compared to the previous service provider. I highly recommend them.

All I can say is WOW. I have been using the companies services for awhile now and all I can say is what a great company. Great work ethic and all around great people. Not only have they been prompt and courteous they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is addressed at the time of service. I have used Dad's plumbing several times at this point for several different tasks and have received excellent service each time. Their plumbers are honest, professional, and on time as scheduled. I don't have anything negative to say.

After doing business with another local plumber for many years, with increasing dissatisfaction, my husband used Dad's for a job at our family owned business. They did a great job. When we needed work done at our home we got estimates from both companies. Dad's did the work quickly, professionally, and economically. We would recommend them for any job and will definitely use them again in the future.

This review is based on how Keno, my plumber, did today. Keno is super polite and nice. He explains everything super well. I feel like the pricing of the repairs were fair. Keno did an excellent job. He was speedy and did not leave a mess at all. I am thankful that Keno was my guy. Dad's plumbing is awesome and you should definitely request Keno to be your technician.

Definitely needed plumbing service to clear a pipe clog. I called Dad's and spoke with Paul, who was very polite and courteous. I asked about the price for a job. I didn't feel entirely confident after the call, and the appointment being set, but trusted that it was the right thing to do and went ahead. The appointment was for 3:30 in the afternoon.

On the day of the appointment, Dad's plumbing showed up 15 minutes early, and didn't hesitate to start the job. The technician was efficient, thorough and when he presented the bill, there was a bit of disagreement on the quoted price. However, the technician didn't bat an eye, and went with the price I was quoted.on the phone. I am pleased to say that the plumbing job was completely successful, and that I fully recommend Dad's plumbing for their excellent service at an excellent price!

Pricey! $297 to clean shower and bathroom sink drains. Took less than an hour. Oh, well.live and learn!

They came out and gave me a quote for an addition stating they needed one weeks advance notice. I was told they would have the estimate done in two days, it took them a week. I called to give them a two weeks notice then they told me they wouldn't be available for TWO months. Now I'm stuck looking for another plumber. If they were honest in the first place to say they were too busy I would have looked for a different plumber.

I have called them twice for plumbing issues. The first time they were an hour and a half late and this time they were going to be at least an hour late. I understand things come up at other jobs and can take longer than expected. My problem is they won't communicate and give me an estimated time of arrival. I have to keep calling them to find out how much longer. If being late is their norm I will find a more reliable and professional plumber to give my business to.

Had a difficult subfloor cast iron sanitary replacement for my entire house and was stopped up and leaking due to age. Most of the house sanitary was unusable (wife was thrilled about that). They came in at a reasonable price, got to it the same week, and knocked it out in one day so we only had a one day outage. Techs were very professional and worked their butts off for 12+ hours in a 20 crawlspace. I am more than thrilled at the worksmanship and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Horrible company! Don't ever use them. Their operation is illegal, they have drug addicts working for them. I'm sure these other reviews can speak for themselves. These people don't really know what they are doing. Not to mention the owner is a complete ass hat. Thinks he is all high and mighty and smart but really he is a complete ass hole. I would recommend any other plumbing place. Dads plumbing is a no go.

Worst experience ever. This company sent an unsupervised apprentice who had only been licensed as a apprentice for 2 months to complete a 5 figure replumb of 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. They only had their licensed plumber come for the inspection, which is illegal. After the apprentice failed inspection twice, they sent over a fully licensed plumber to complete the rough-in.

Completely unethical. They are making a lot of money by charging high rates to the customer but sending in lower paid apprentices. Then after all that, when it was finally time for them to come back and do the finishes, they said they didn't have time to compete the rest of the job and do the finishes. They also said they will only honor their warranty on the water line upgrade and not the replumb. I'm needing to find a new plumber now to do a job takeover and transfer over the permit. It's sad that people don't stand behind their work.

To boot, they left the place a mess with pieces of plumbing and empty chew cans everywhere. So much for leaving it clean and treating it like their own as they advertise. Bottom line, go anywhere else but here!

New Sheriff in town! I comparesd estimates from several major players and they beat the rest hands down. Arrived on time, serviced drains, checked WHOLE system, tightened a few things they found and left me satisfied. Accept cash, check, credit. Will call them first next time.

Really feel swindled by this company. I made an appointment to have a quick release fitting added to an existing gas line. They showed up without the part and had to leave to go get it (they charged me for this), and ended up putting a fitting on the end that was not what I needed, didn't fit and wasn't even quick-release. For this they charged me over $300. They would not return a call afterwards for me to try to resolve the issue. I had to spend another $40 to go get the part I actually needed at Home Depot and do it myself.

I want to give a shout-out to Dad's Plumbing and Drain Service. Recently at a rental property they helped track down and repair a very hard to find water leak in the supply line between the meter and the house. Their painstaking efforts demonstrated the quality of workmanship and the integrity with which they work. The crew was extremely courteous and helpful.

They checked and rechecked every plumbing item in the house to make sure there were not any other issues. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing issues I may encounter. I wholeheartedly recommend Dad's Plumbing and Drain Service to all.

Always prompt dependable service no hidden fees and they never say no. We had plumbers tell us things couldn't be done and dads got out and fixed us up with no problems and insisted on a city inspection other contractors do everything they can to avoid inspections.

I called them to unclog a toilet. They scheduled me for 4 pm. My wife met them at the house and their guy couldn't find the clean out pipe! I told him on the phone exactly where it was and told him there was even a big rock on top of it. He looked and claimed he couldn't find it. He then told my wife he didn't have time to stay there all night and that we should call Roto Rooter and then left!

I called them and asked why their guy did this and they said the owner would call me back in "2 minutes." More than an hour later he calls. After I told him what happened and that I did call Roto Rooter and that they were on their way, he said, "well, sounds like someone's on their way." No apology or offer to send someone back out, nothing. Rude people who were also disrespectful to my wife. Skip Dad's Pluming and call Roto Rooter instead!

Dad's Plumbing was at my house for exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes working on a job. When the job was done, I was handed a very surprising bill. Not only did they try to charge for three hours of labor, but there was also a $126.10 part charge for "plastic". When I asked for a receipt for this $126 plastic that was used to protect my walls during the jackhammering portion of the job, I was told that they didn't have receipts. Oh and by the way, that insanely expensive plastic that they used took some paint off of my walls. Use Dad's at your own risk.

I've used Dad's plumbing for years, and continue to use them when I need a plumber. Their pricing is fair. You can rely on them to show up when they say they will.
