From scheduling on through to job completion. How many services can you say that about lately? Hi-Tech sent John Kearby out to inspect my complaint of loss in water pressure. He arrived precisely when expected with a nice heads up text beforehand. Informative, direct and professional throughout his time in my home. Estimates/quotes compared with my out of pocket costs were exactly as projected and very reasonable. Although I did not have a major issue requiring significant labor, if I do in the future Hi-Tech will ABSOLUTELY be my first call.

Most competent, considerate, and professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with. On initial visit, Dylan provided several detailed estimates for faucet repair or replacement as well as an estimate for a water heater installation. He was very thorough and patient and explained several different options for performing the work. Dylan patiently listened and answered every question I had.

I called company several times in order to ask questions and schedule repair work/installation. Everyone I talked with (Anna, Beth, and Sage) was extremely helpful, pleasant, and polite every time I called. Javier came out a couple weeks later and performed all the work. Very knowledgeable, competent, and thorough in his work. I am very satisfied with all the work. This company receives high reviews because of their work ethic and how they treat their customers. Terrific all around service. Our service tech, John Kearby, went above and beyond by not just simply doing his job and moving on; rather, sitting down to explain the exact issue we had going on and what he's going to do to help with the issue. After he finished the job we touched base again showing me where this issue was specifically located, the potential causes, and the ways to resolve it with quotes on the spot. Daniel McDonald explains everything so well so I understand what needs to be done and why. Since he and Hi Tech started doing work for us several months ago, I've learned so much to help me understand why such massive work needed to be done. This visit was smaller thank goodness, but I couldn't use any plumbing til it was fixed! And Sage and Daniel made sure I got it done quickly. I can't say enough good things!

Daniel McDonald did an amazing job finding the source of our leak which was very difficult. He went above and beyond to protect the surrounding area and did not stop when he found the first leak. He dug further and found another one. He is so knowledgeable and was able to give me a lot of useful information about plumbing and maintaining a good system.

He was very responsive to my questions, taking time to answer each one. He was so helpful in many areas and treated this project like he would one at his own house. He was truly focused on providing outstanding service and worked very hard to achieve the goal of eliminating the leak. The fees are very reasonable for the work that is done. We had 3 other companies look at our sewer line issues, which included slipped joints and roots. One would never get back to us, no matter how hard we tried. The other two recommended extensive work, which would include replacing the entire line and tearing up our kitchen floor. Our son-in-law had used this company years ago and recommended that we give them a try.

The initial meeting went very well. We ended up repairing a small piece of the line and installing two liners. The repairs had a minimal impact on our yard and zero impact on our kitchen at half the cost estimated by the other companies. The technicians were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. So far, we are thrilled with the repair.

Called them to come and diagnose a faucet problem. Could not get hot water stream from 2 single handle sink faucets. Tech came out and was on time and courteous. Told me that I had good presure at the supply line and that it was the cartridge. Tole me they were about $ 220 each. I said that I would just buy new faucets. Did some more research and found that I could buy the cartridges from Lowe's for $ 15 each. Bought 2 and installed 1 and it did not correct the problem. Called the company back and left a message for the tech or someone to please call me to discuss what else it could be. 2 days later and still no response.

We discovered a small patch of water in our LR wood floor. That was not good & a little panic set in. We had heard stories about slab leaks, trying to locate the leak & then the cutting into the concrete foundation to try and pinpoint the leaking pipe. A business partner who had used Hi-Tech recommended them to us with the caveat they aren't cheap. Well, you get what you pay for! Hi-Tech came out the next day & located the leak.

We were provided with two options & no hard sell. We chose to re-route the leaking pipe & they were out the next day. All work was completed that day & the leak was stopped. They cleaned up so well the wife was going to hire them to do the entire house. Kudos to Kyle and Garrett for their professionalism and work ethic. A week later & our 16 year-old hot water heater failed as I discovered on a Friday morning, Christmas Eve. enduring a cold shower. Called Hi-tech again & Joe came out on Monday.

He gave us our options to replace the heating element or get a new hot water heater. We chose the new heater, Joe installed it and left us with a clean house and hot water. Caveat - you get what you pay for and Hi-Tech is a bargain for getting the job done right, done quickly, and taking away the panic.

We have used this company several times and we have never been disappointed with their professionalism and work. This time they replaced faucets but they have previously found and repaired a leak under the house for us. Ryan, James, Daniel, and Blaine were all very helpful and professional. We had a sewer line backup that was tough to find but they were able to track it down and do a spot repair quickly and well. We've had great experiences with Hi Tech on a couple of different occasions (two gas line projects before this sewer issue) and they have done excellent work every time.

I know about this company because my neighbors needed plumbing repair but of course the problem was located in my backyard. Blaine and Joe were fabulous! They did their very best to put my yard back as it was and to make sure my fence was secured so my dogs wouldn't escape. And they were really kind and understanding of the situation. I highly recommend this company!

I have had Hi-Tech repair two hot water slab leaks in my home this year. Both times they were prompt in scheduling the initial inspection and the actual repair, clear on the costs of the project, and what all work would be done. And on top of that, everyone has been very professional and friendly. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing project you may have!

When poop backs up in the basement, the grossest, you need people who know what they're doing. You need Hi-Tech! Hi-Tech was attentive to every aspect of service, from scheduling, to the work done and to follow up. No stone was unturned in detail. Everyone was on top of knowledge and answers to questions while also being equally professional and personable from the office team to the team in the field.

It took a few visits and teams to find out the issue was beyond a regular drain clean to completion of a big machine digging job. I wrote down names, because I do that- they were all great and memorable. Javier, Josh, John, Blaine, James, Steven, Griffin to the office staff of Beth, Sage and Trish to make it all happen. Great customer service, timely, efficient, fair price, and quality work. All staff that visited our home Were exceptional explained what they were doing. Only company who could run camera throughout house and mark where our pipes were and resolved main problem without tearing up our concrete floor from one end of house to the other. The rest never bothered and only quoted for all new Pipes through whole house.

My mom heard about Hi-tech plumbing on the sports animal. And they definitely lived up to the hype. Great customer service from every employee. Answered all of our questions. Our tech, Trenton was on time and very courteous and respectful. He completed the leak detection and then fixed our toilet. He was very knowledgeable of our situation. Although we were faced with an unpleasant issue at our home the workers in this company were polite professional efficient and very careful and respectful of our home and our situation. The job took several days of hard work. We had used another plumber to try and fix the problem but that money was a complete waste of money. The Hi Tech leak detection team did an amazing job.
