Always great service, super nice and friendly. We have been customers for a few years now. And will always call Hull Plumbing. Today we had our toilets replaced, and they are wonderful. Our technician came out surveyed the issues gave me a quote and start the work the same day. When he was finished everything was clean and orderly, probably more than it was to start with! I do not remember my technician's name but he was great! Very nice, personable, and efficient. Thank you!

The plumber, Eric came to replace my kitchen faucet. He was on time, quick and cleaned everything up! Very impressed with everything, including the price! Hull Plumbing is definitely the ones to call.!

I used Hull Plumbing to get my gas line installed prior to the delivery of a gas range. Everything went smoothly and I had no issues. However, when the appliance delivery people showed up, they were unable to install it, claiming Hull had the wrong part. A plumber from Hull came out and was able to install the range with no issues and gave me peace of mind. I will definitely call them again in the future!

Great company and excellent service! Our water heater started leaking in the morning and the owner, Rich, was able to get a crew out to help early afternoon. They came and replaced our water heater and it only took an hour and a half max. The crew was professional, helpful, and was happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Hull Plumbing to anyone in the OKC area.

Daniel and Andrew turned a nightmare into a dream come true. Our outdoor sump pump burnt up due to a former employees erroneous installment. Daniel identified the problem in 30 seconds. Hull plumbing stood by their warranty 110% and replaced the sump pump all parts and labor. 3 hours later our problem is fixed, the wife is happy, and our weekend is saved.

Great customer service. Daniel the service tech/plumber came out and gave free estimate. We accepted and he returned and installed the new hot water tank. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I tried using the contact form on the website, but I didn't get a response. When I called to make an appointment, I was scheduled for 2 days later. My problem was not urgent and it was not a problem to wait. Alex quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough on the work he was performing and made sure I knew any costs involved before performing the work.

I spent over $1500 with this company for 3 visits within a month only to be treated as enemy number 1 after I raised questions about the work and their policies. The plumber they sent (Aaron), who doesn't seem to know or like his job very well, added $98 service contract to my bill without ever mentioning it. After noticing it on the bill I called the office to inquire about it only to start world War 3 with the office personnel. Vinia, who answers the phone, is polite but unhelpful.

She won't answer your questions clearly, but gives you scripted answers. I was handed over to the office manager (Jennifer) to discuss my concerns. She immediately took a defensive tone and eventually hung up on a customer who just paid them $1500 in a month. Mind you, I'm only asking questions about their policies. Finally, I spoke to Jason who was running the company for the owner.

He is the only person I dealt with who seemed to have an understanding of the value of a customer. He answered my questions and we moved on. Today I called Jennifer to discuss issues with Aaron's work and an inappropriate discussion he had with my wife. I told Jennifer about the conversation and asked if she felt it was inappropriate and she refused to answer.

She only said she would have Aaron call me. When I pressed very politely for an answer, she hung up the phone for a second time. There were other issues I didn't mention, but to sum it up, Hull plumbing is very expensive, very unprofessional, and has no clue about customer service. I will be taking my money elsewhere and voicing a warning to anyone who is considering using this company. It will serve you better to try another company.

Called regarding bathroom pipe to be fixed on a Saturday. Once repair person came out, he advised he could not so anything until Monday because he needed a press to fix. He also advised that the part of the wall would have to be removed and cabinet cut if he were to soder. Asked if there was not another way, he advised no. He quoted me a price and after putting the details in the system, price was higher.

I was just ready to get the repair fixed so I agreed. He mentioned to call Hull Plumbing right away so that I can be in the system to have someone come out Monday. He mentioned he was booked but another repair person can come out as they all share the same system and the quote is to be honored by all. I call Hull Plumbing and the person over the phone said that it won't be until Friday.

I mentioned that the repair person told me anyone can perform, not necessarily him; person on the phone told me otherwise and said it had to be him. There was no effort put in by person over the phone to accommodate and quite frankly the repair person didn't seem interested in the job possibly because of the complexity. I called another plumber that same day and got it fixed without any press machine, cutting out the walls, etc. and he sodered pipe in less than an hour. Please go somewhere else and avoid a headache.

Their $1200 estimate to patch a cut sewer line 1.5 feet below the surface seemed excessive to the scope of the job. So I paid the service call and didn't use them. A independent licensed plumber came out after 5pm and charged me $300. All in, it was about an hour of work and maybe $30 in parts. That said, The two Hull plumbers were very nice and pleasant. But not an extra $900 worth.

The women I spoke to in the office were 100% helpful. Our technician Josh was able to come right on out to give us an estimate to replace a water heater. It was a good estimate. He explained things, gave us some advice, saved us some money from other estimates, and got the job done even sooner than we'd hoped. This business card is one I'm keeping.

Hull Plumbing was awesome to work with for a recent shower repair. We bought a house that was missing parts due to an incomplete repair by the previous owner. The water line to our house broke, and Hull Plumbing could not have impressed me more! They came out promptly to get the repair underway, and even worked through a rainstorm to make sure that my wife and I had water to out house over the weekend. Mr. French installed a new exterior faucet. He gave a quote upfront of what the cost would be for the repair. Over the course of the job, the scope of work changed and took additional labor. I've used Hull Plumbing in the past more than once, and I've been pleased with their work and prices every time! A couple of weeks ago, I had a gas line issue. Hull sent Steve Lancaster out immediately. He found the source of the problem right away. Steve was very proficient, professional, and friendly! Thanks, Steve!

These guys were fantastic! Eddie was wonderful. He let us know when we needed hire someone to locate the leak instead of charging us to dig up the yard looking for it. Then, he called the guy for us and got everything fixed the next day. I’m so glad Eddie and Steve were the technicians that came to our home. Also, they were super-understanding about us having a baby in the house. They were patient and very kind.

Spoke to Jennifer on 2/20/2018 and she confirmed the first available appointment would be 2/21/2018 and that she would call me first thing in the morning when the technician was going to be dispatched. As promised, she called me the next morning and informed me that Eddie would be there shortly. Eddie arrived within 20 minutes, which is great considering the ice and sleet we've had.

After discussing my needs, he provided me a verbal estimate quickly. He stayed true to that estimate, even with the extra time it took to fix my issues. He thoroughly explained the work he performed, asked me to test all fixtures and to provide feedback, and made sure everything was clean before asking for payment. It isn't enjoyable forking over a few hundred dollars for service repairs, but Eddie made it feel that it was more than warranted with the quality of work he performed. I hope I don't need any "fun" repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I am going to call. Thanks Eddie and Jennifer, I really appreciate your help today.

Hull Plumbing just installed a Halo 5 Whole Hose Water Treatment System for me today. The installation crew was very courteous and professional. They left the installation area cleaner than they found it. The crew took the time to explain the new system very clearly to me and made sure I was comfortable with the operation before they left. We had a little furry guy chew through our pex line under the house and we were dreading the repair costs being that we have a slab foundation. My husband discussed every option and steps of the process with their outstanding service technician Brad. Brad was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I spent a fistful of money and time trying to get the job done myself to no avail. I called Hull in the early evening and i had someone out the next morning(15 minutes early none the less). He took a look at what he was going to be dealing with and gave me a price.

I don't know much about plumbing, but that really did sting. I would like to better understand why the price was that much. Overall, I have always felt that Hull Plumbing is very fair in every way.
