When Terry came out, after a really trying morning in Amber, OK, he took time to look things over, to listen to me tell him about the problem, and then explained to me the usual course of action to clear the clog in the drain. After we had talked a few minutes, he said he would try something right quick, and if that would not fix the problem, he would be out the next day and get the problem taken care of.

When Terry brought in his tools and went to work, he had the drain cleared in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Terry, and thank you Mr. Rooter for sending us such a delightful individual to take care of our problem!

Was in panic mode as my sewer was suddenly backing up and overflowing! Contacted several plumbing companies that were not available that day or wanted to charge an extremely high rate to meet their advertised "24 hour service." My daughter recommended Mr. Rooter OKC based on a previous experience. Contacted them and they guaranteed someone would be out that day.

They quoted me a price over the phone that was very reasonable. Graham showed up and immediately went to work. He was professional, efficient, thorough and nice. Within a short amount of time he had eliminated the problem. I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I could not be more pleased with Graham! He made sure to check everything and worked hard to clear the clogs in the drain outside. He was very friendly and helped me figure out the best thing to do to get my system working again. I am a senior citizen and he gave me a discount on the work he performed. I previously gave this company a good review however I am finding out not all their plumbers are equal and certainly they lack quality customers service. This past week I made an appointment to have a plumber come out. The first day no one showed up or called. I ended up calling the around 3 pm. The appointment was moved to the following day. Again no one called or showed up.

Finally Friday, june 25 the tech, Terry Weaver calls. By the time he finally arrived I had only one of the two jobs still left and that was the removal of an old garage disposal. I thought things went well and it was less than an hours job. Later in the evening I discovered a rather heavy leak. It was very late but I called Mr. Rooters and got their answering service.

On Saturday a lady calls and says no one can come back to fix the work they did and messed up until Monday. That is less than professional or responsive service to a customer that has already paid you and you did poor work. Her excuse was Terry doesn't work on the weekend and they are all booked up. To be clear, this is not a new service request, I was only needing them to come out and correctly do what I'd already paid them to do.

David was very knowledgeable and was able to give a lot of insight to my issue simply over the phone prior to even seeing my property. I had quite a bit of sewer line damage that needed a lot of repairs. Brian came to do the work and was very courteous and knowledgeable as well. The overall total for the repairs was half of my previous quotes with other Plumbers in the metro. As a first time home buyer, they are a trusted source. Thank you Mr. Rooter!

I have been using Mr. Rooter for over 30 years. I have used other plumbers, but I always come back to Mr. Rooter. His plumbers are excellent. They come when they say they will. The owner and the dispatcher are WONDERFUL people. They don't mind taking time to talk and answer questions over the phone. That is very RARE in this day and age. They are in business, and they want to make a profit, but they do it honestly, without gouging their customers. They are just good old fashioned nice people! I recommend them highly!

This was our first experience with Mr. Rooter and it was a very good one. When we called for a quote, Daniel came by promptly, assessed the situation quickly and patiently answered all our questions. Upon returning to complete the labor, he was thorough. I am a minister, and as such, am somewhat prominent in the community.
