Diamond was recommended by a co-worker of my wife. I called to get an estimate on some work and was told I would receive a call from the estimator. Jeff, the estimator called the next morning and said he'd be out that day. Jeff was a no show but I later received a odd phone call from him during which he said he'd be out the next day. Again Jeff was a no show and no call this time.

I called the company the next morning and after explaining what had happened, the unidentified man on phone said that since I was already disappointed that I should look some place else. I told him that was unusual thing for a representative to say. I asked if he was the owner and I was told no. When I asked to speak to the owner he refused to put me through.

Stay away from these people. If the companies representatives can't successfully resolve a simple customer service problem then don't trust their work. I wish I could speak to owner to find out if it's just one employee or a company wide problem.

We had a privacy fence and two gates installed. Diamond Fence and Concrete did a wonderful job. My neighbors tree hung over into our yard and they even trimmed the branches and no extra charge! The workers were very nice and cleaned up any mess. We are very satisfied with the materials and quality.

Great work, great price! I've used them twice. Very good. No complaints. Would recommend them to anyone else needing residential fence work. They did 155 ft of board on board with 4 gates for my project. Mike Parlington was who I worked with.

We were looking for a fence company that offered quality materials and great workmanship. Price was a factor with over 500 linear feet of fence and sliding access gates, plus many pedestrian gates. The reason we selected Diamond was the prompt response from Mike P and competitive bid. And WOW were we impressed with the superior workmanship and quality of the materials. We will be replacing our front fence next year and will be using them again.

We are very happy with our new fence. Mike Parlington quoted us a fair price for what we wanted. Two gentlemen took down our old fence, cleaned up and hauled away. Came back the next day and installed the new fence and brought hardware for a wrought iron gate that we provided with no issues. The new fence and service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this company.

My second time using Diamond for fence replacement, first about 18 months ago. My back fence is along a thru street and was replaced then. My fences between mine and my neighbors properties blew down with the bad weather 2 weeks ago in the high winds. I called Diamond that day, Mike came out 2 days later, then a week later I have new fencing! The guys did a fantastic job, very pleased with the results! Can't go wrong with these guys. Maybe not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Many times you get what you pay for!

We worked with Mike Parlington on our fence project. We had a number of different things done; he understood what we wanted and the subs did a fantastic job. They even did a little extra for us, shoring up some old posts in another section that were leaning. The guys had trouble with the sprayer when they put on the sealer/stain, but came back within two business days to do another coat, and they brushed it all on by hand, back and front. Their estimate was the best, too. We'll definitely use them again.

BIG MISTAKE.i should have never worked with these shady group of gentlemen. I received a referral from my neighbor who had great things to say about them so i decided to give them change and the picture i attached is my outcome. HALF A DAMN FENCE. once i relaized they were not coming back and they sent an invoice i reached out the Jeff and Dustin Apr 6th--i sent countless emails, left tons of messages with no return call.

Finally Jeff called me back after I asked my male neighbor to give him a call to see if he then respond and he did. Jeff called me the next day lying about giving me a deal since there was so much confusion after that days went by no call. I finally sent more emails no response. When Jeff Benton finally replied he told me it will be $2700 to finish the last 100ft.

I was so pissed because I waited all this time thinking he would make it right and he didn't. I came to the conclusion they don't respect female customers. I truly believe if I would have been married or had a big husky man handling all the business this would not have happen. Needless to stay 1231.00 dollars later I received half a fence and a chain of emails. Also i received an email from Kenny Hill i believe the owner who tried to say it was my verbiage that caused the misunderstanding.

Got Diamond as a recommendation from neighbors. Mike turns up and it was like pulling blood from a stone to get him to engage and speak about the fencing options. He had no samples to show and absolutely no input. He says he will send a quote the next day. Next day came no quote so I left it another day and no quote. I sent him an email asking for the quote to which he responded, he sent it this morning and attached the quote in response.

Now email tells you what time and date they're sent. He sent the email a minute before his response with attachment after I emailed him. I read the quote and his terms. His terms for my quote was 90% payment upfront, after a long spill about contractors running off with customers money. My neighbor kindly told me the upfront deposit was 50%. After careful research most companies ask for 50% or less upfront. Mike for my quote however felt it necessary to ask for 90%.

I checked with my neighbor again to make sure and yes, they were told 50% and paid 50% for their fence terms. So, I had to ask myself why Mike would ask the neighbors for 50% and 90% from me? He fact my neighbors are white as is Mike and I'm Black did cross my mind. However, it is apparent that Mike changes the terms based on who his potential customers are. So, did I pay for poor customer service and terrible customer engagement at a highly inflated targeted upfront deposit? No, I didn't use Mike and would not recommend his service.

We love our new fence! We can enjoy our backyard again, thanks guys!
