Buzz replaced for fence posts and one pocket on my fence. They did everything we agreed quickly and in time.

This is the second beautiful stained cedar wood fence they have done for us. Another great job with a talented crew. They were very flexible when I needed to make a change as they got started. I really appreciated Matt helping us figure out the design too. They are worth the price. You you can trust the quality and the outcome.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company due to poor customer service. I contacted a major Home Improvement retailer to request quotes on fence replacement/repair. They quickly referred my request to this private contractor. Buzz promptly sent a representative out and I had a pleasant visit with the person. He informed me that he would need until the weekend or following Monday to get the multiple quotes to me. Ive requested quotes to replace my fence with either vinyl, cedar, or to repair my existing fence (in case the cost is exhorbitant and will give me more time to save money for the replacement).

The verbal estimates were more than double my expected costs. Still I wanted the quotes to look over the details and decide on which path forward. I definitely wanted to get fence work done. Now, more than three weeks later, I have never received the quotes and my three emails requesting status have been ignored. Reading Yelp reviews now I see this is a common theme with this company.

This is no way to treat a customer and should be a warning to anyone considering Buzz Fence for fence work. Clearly they do not want any business or to treat customers with respect. Next up I'll be contacting the original company who chose Buzz Fence and letting them know how poorly they are being represented.

Buzz fence installed our electric gate in 2019. Due to cold freeze in Dallas in Feb., we were having problems with it closing all the way. We called Buzz and Colton came out a few days later. It was an easy fix but greatly appreciated due to security concerns and high winds that were coming. Thanks to Colton and Buzz Fence for being there when we needed them. Our electric gate was one of the best home improvements we ever did.

Buzz has a very capable crew. Good folks doing quality work. However, they are not capable of being a responsive or fair priced company after they complete that first larger project. Their MINIMUM charge for showing up after they complete the project, no matter what, is $500. This is policy. In other words, you're on your own. They are typically not able to respond to warranty or stand alone issues for over a month.

They do not have enough staff and combined with their new Home Depot contract, they simply can't keep up with their schedule and can't be available when you need them. I've been a customer for over 10 years and they still don't know who I am when I call. They don't even have an account for me. Bottom line, this company will cost you a fortune, AFTER your project is complete, if they have the time to show up at all.

They came and worked out all the issues so I could have a fence! It's perfect! Ron was great about letting me know what was best! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I confirmed with the salesman that they purchased more product than needed to build my fence to include wood pockets and supplies. I stared multiple times being that I paid for said extra supplies that I want the extra supplies to remain behind when the job is done, I conveyed my wishes with the salesman directly. None of the extra material purchased was not left behind.

As is typical, I can only assume my quote was so high so as for them to purchase extra materials and then use said extra materials on side jobs for themselves. will not recommend this business for fence work.

We recently had two fences installed. Jamelle Bennett was our customer rep and was personable, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond on this project. The installers did excellent work as well. Luis and his team paid great attention to detail. The job was done in a timely manner as well. Their work surpassed our expectations. I would heartily recommend this company for any type of fencing project.

"Beware" This was my first time to use this company and I will never use them again! After finally receiving a revised estimate back on 11/24/2021, my install date was scheduled for the week of 12/26/21. On 12/22/21 I received an email from Denise B stating that my job had been pushed out to the third week in January. The reason for the delay was due to fabrication of some Wrought Iron.

I called Denise back and explained that material wasn't urgently needed, but that I needed my 9' perimeter cyclone security fence installed on 12/26. She stated "no problem they had the material for the cyclone fence" I was then re-scheduled to the week of 1/3/22 for no reason. On Friday 1/7 the installer showed up at noon and after talking with the sales agent realized he didn't have all the material for the job.

He said he would return back in 30 min., two hours later no Jose'. I cancelled the job at 3:00 pm and Jose' shows up begging me not to cancel. I agree and he's works the remaining day. As of noon today, I still do not have a complete fence up protecting my property. I've been in the construction business off & on for 30 years and this is one of the most UN-professional companies I've ever seen! I believe this story line explains my 1 star review. Terry K.

Joe came out and talked with me about what I wanted in a gate to my house. I showed him a picture of a pipe gate that they had on their website I really liked. He took measurements, asked me about specific items such as gate to swing in, swing out, keypad, controls, electric or solar. He called me back a day or two late with a price which sounded acceptable to me.

Several weeks late I have a gorgeous front gate that I am very proud of. I might have driven them crazy calling them quite a bit, but they were always friendly. I highly recommend Buzz Custom Fence for any custom gate or fence needs.

Had a fence built with a gate. Day of construction they show up and claim they can't start due to a tree stump and a brick wall that were present for the estimation. Had to quickly source someone to handle the demo work for me. Alright, so the fence and gate went up that day - but it was concerning to be told the day of construction they were unaware of a potential obstacle (because they always do an estimate first and survey the site).

Fast forward a few years later, the gate stops working. I reach out to Buzz in an attempt to have the gate troubleshot and fixed. After playing voicemail tag for a few days, I'm notified on a Monday that someone can be sent out next Thursday. Wednesday afternoon of the same week, I get a call that a tech was on his way that day. Let's be clear that at this point I had not been notified of any service charges that could be incurred in between playing phone tag trying to get someone here.

He takes a look at the gate box, and I don't even think his voltmeter touched the battery contacts before we both agreed the battery was probably just dead. Cold and cloudy weather drained it from the solar panel in the days before. At this point I'm ready to do whatever it takes to get things up and running, so I inquire if a battery is on his truck - there is not.

I'm just advised that I can go buy a battery from a store and replace it myself. This entire interaction lasted no more than 3 minutes. I knew he had other calls to make, and I wasn't going to hold him up when there was nothing he could help me with. Lo and behold, two weeks later I receive an invoice for $119 in the mail to the wrong legal name for a battery check.

Next to that is a note saying recommend to customer to replace battery. When I call to inquire, I'm told that all service calls are given a heads up for potential charges. Well I wouldn't be writing this 1 star review if I had heard that from the individual that said someone would be coming out. The whole thing felt like a courtesy drive by since the tech wasn't carrying any means to resolve the situation.

Probably wouldn't of dropped five figures on the fence with the company had I known we'd arrive here. I know times are tough, but it's obvious Buzz wants blood from a stone. So, caveat emptor! Buyer beware! Based on all of that, I might shop elsewhere for a fence provider if you're looking.

Still waiting on a quote from October. Guessing they don't want the job since they stopped returning my calls / texts. Very unprofessional.

We bought a home with a beautiful fence that was put in by Buzz Fence. We want to add a gate and need a section of the fence repaired. In February, an employee came out and gave us an estimate. Since that time we have repeatedly contacted Buzz Fence about getting the work done. For months we have been told "it is just not like her not to get back; we will text her and tell her to get in touch." I called AGAIN yesterday and got the same story although they have records of the previous calls that were never responded to.

When I asked if there wasn't someone at the company who could look into what was going on or if they just didn't want to do the work, I was told that they would have the office manager call me--but even that has not happened. So, for 10 months we have been trying to schedule work and can't even get an explanation from them.

I hired the company through Home Depot to repair a gate in Houston for what I was later told by other fence repair companies was a very high price. The technician used the same latch the original gate had because he said it was functional but it stopped locking the door after two weeks and that was the whole point of repairing the gate. I got in touch with territorial manager directly (agent who gave me the original quote) and one month has passed and I still have not been able to get anybody to come fix the problem. Territorial manager keeps putting off coming to property because they're understaffed, employees get sick, or there are family emergencies.

I understand we are in a pandemic but company should prioritize fixing problems with preexisting projects. I would expect better service for the prices they charge. I got in contact with the company directly instead of the territorial manager and will follow up with an update to this review depending on how issue is handled. Update: I met with the boss of the territorial manager who did the work originally. Kim Lee provided empathetic customer service and was very professional. She got Jimmy and Melody to redo the gate at no charge and I am happy with the results.

Called Buzz. David came out and adjusted my fence at no charge. Super company. Will call them back in the future with fence problems. God bless him. He's an awesome man.

The rep came out to my house months ago and since then I've called five times to get the quote. They always promise they will get back to me and I have yet to receive one phone call from them. I wish them the best but due to The complete lack of any communication or follow through I will be moving on.

They refurbished a custom driveway gate. Did a great job. Gate looks good. But when the gate started to have problems I had to call several times to get someone to come out and look at it. The hinges that they installed on the gate started to squeal loudly when opening. The gate is 2 years old. They wanted to charge me almost $1400 to replace them and I was told they didn't know how old the hinges were.

I went to the office and spoke with the manager. He told me he would look into and solve the problem. Never heard from him again. They are good on the front end but terrible when it comes to solving problems and keeping their word on the back end.

Their response to providing estimates is great. I've used this company before and they did a great job. Reasonable prices.

At first they were great and had the whole new fence up when they said they would. Now when I had issues they first were very responsive and took care of it, but after the first time I had to call multiple times to get a response, now I realize the pandemic and construction material shortage was hard on businesses but I got very frustrated with no return calls after several messages.

I still have some issues that I have called about with no response from them. The fence is bowing in places. I know my 1 yr warranty just expired and I am willing to pay for the repairs needed but they never returned my calls.

Ron Lewis and Home Depot/Buzz Fence did an Excellent job from start to finish. Ron arrived on time to review and write up quote. Made necessary adjustments to satisfy my specifications. Work began within timeframe discussed. Notification was short notice- the day before- but it worked out. Installer arrived one and a half hours earlier than timeframe discussed 7:25 AM instead of between 9:00 - 11:00AM.

Again it all worked out. Fence was installed in one day. Installer and Ron ensured that the products needed were of good quality even replacing/returning defective parts. Fence is gorgeous - for a fence- I Highly recommend Ron and Buzz Fence. Ron was courteous and professional as well as answered all my MANY questions.

The four stars is because it would have been helpful if someone from sales would have showed up at the time of installation to be sure the installer was clear on the details of the install. Fortunately I work from home so could answer how the pickets were going to face. I was told it would be in the work order but obviously the installer needed that clarification.

The last reason for the four stars was the language barrier between myself and the installer. Several issues came up that needed solving and it was hard to communicate. All this being said the final product is gorgeous and Felipe did a masterful job.

Buzz Fence replaced a rotted wooden fence with a 6' cedar picket fence. The color is beautiful, & the installers were very easy to work with. I explained everything over the phone and it came out better than I expected. The gate hardware they use is extremely sturdy. Got it done in 2 days! Very happy with the outcome & would call them again.

They came out to do an estimate and did not speak to us about any services. The guy said he would give us an estimate by the end of the week. That was days ago and we still don't have an estimate. He could have emailed it like he said he would. We had two more fence companies come by very knowledgeable spoke about all of their services and showed samples. Not Buzz they have shown us nothing.

I received this quote for a fence around my pool through Home Depot. They gave me a nice quote based on measurements and I accepted. They arrived several days late to start the project. When they arrived, they said they had misquoted me and wanted to add $600 to the project because the salesman never came out to measure. They never finished the fence and have taken weeks to come back to complete it. I was treated as a side project. Only coming out when they were in the area and had free time. Will never use them again. Edit: The fence has finally been finished.

I had a job consisting of closing off two ends to my backyard for a new dog. Buzz Fence did an amazing job from start to finish. From the estimate to checking for gas lines to the finished product, I couldn't have been happier. The craftsmanship was excellent. After fence was done, I called their office the same day to tell them how good of a job their men did. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were great from the moment I met with Danny to measure my fence, the schedulers keeping up on the tentative date moves, the installers were great. My fence looks great and my gate is what love the best.

I had a hard time finding a fence company that would install such a small project (about 26 feet of aluminum fencing down the driveway), but Buzz was able to take care of it for me. Beside a few scheduling issues due to the rain this spring, it went pretty smoothly. The crew was very professional and asked questions to make sure the project was done to our specifications. I would definitely recommend or use the again.

A rep came out to walk my property to give an estimate. He took measurements, provided options I was receptive to and said he'd send over written estimates. That was the last I heard from them. Poor communication will lose my trust and business every time.

I am having a terrible time getting any kind of updates from Buzz. I am a signed customer with no idea of ETA, quite some anxiety that my materials are even going to match what we're needing, and I am currently being "ghosted" by them. This has gone on for weeks- some responses, then no responses, no clarity. I hope I can change this review soon. I NEVER post negative on Yelp.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with! Ordered a fence in April 2019 here it is Sept. 2019 and STILL NO FENCE. They came out today (9/3) and after dealing with Don the service manager I came to the conclusion that service is NOT in their vocabulary! They sent an installer on 2 occasions and both times it was the wrong fence they were trying to install.

Those of you who wrote a good review for them, I would like to no what was your secret for getting this company to do the work correctly. As of today, I am done with buzz fence. They make the customer feel like they are doing you a favor by installing a fence, IF IT EVER GETS INSTALLED!

Overall a very good experience. Jason was prompt and quickly provided us with a very fair quote. The work was scheduled quickly, completed on time, and we are pleased with the product. We had a minor issue on the day work started, but Jason was responsive and showed up personally on site to get things back on track. Our only complaint with the final product is that our gate handle was mounted a little crooked, but everything else looks great.

I would use this company again. *I've updated this review to five stars, as the company contacted me immediately and sent someone out to straighten the gate latch. Great customer service!

Buzz Fence and specifically our site Manager Leo Resurreccion did an excellent job coordinating several fence projects for us including installing aluminum fencing around our home, prepping and painting the existing iron fencing around our pool, and prepping, painting and attaching new wire fencing to the pole fencing on the back of our property. The crews that came to do the work were great. We would recommend them highly.

Extremely pleased with Buzz Custom Fence. We needed to replace a very old fence surrounding our pool. We contacted several companies in the area and looked at estimates. Buzz Fence came in and did great work that included the following: 1. Tear out and haul out of 122 feet of existing side and back fence 2. Install 122 feet of new 7 ft tall beautiful cedar fence, board on board 3.

Two 4 ft. wide walk gates with latches; galvanized steel posts buried deep with concrete 4. Fence was stained a beautiful shade of medium brownish/red They worked well with our city inspection team. They also worked well with our neighbors (back and side) who had outdoor dogs. Once done, the fence elevated the aesthetics all around us. We, including our neighbors, simply love the final product! We recommend Buzz Custom Fence!

Buzz fence has done two large jobs for us and both times were great experiences. We had a 8 foot fence installed for our back and side yards about 1.6 years ago and a driveway gate installed a few months after the fence. They do GREAT work! I had an issue with the driveway gate settling funny - they came to fix it as soon as possible. The sales team, billing department and crew are all wonderful to work with. They reply to emails QUICKLY ( very important me us). I highly recommend them and do to all my family and friends.

The entire process with Buzz fence was excellent! They recently constructed a new fence for my neighborhood. They were able to send an image of what the new fence would like like, which helped give a vision to the neighborhood and motivated us to move forward. From the customer service provided by my sales representative Hoyt, to the final product, the experience was easy and professional. Our new fence looks great!

I had these guys out on numerous occasions to look at a gate they installed because the gate kept not working. They ended charging me over $1000 for work they did incorrectly the fist time. Fast forward 8 months. Still the gate didn't work along with another gate they didn't install. They came out and gave me a bid of over $4k to repair.

I called Aberdeen Gate and they came out and fixed both gates for $287 compared to the $4k these guys quoted me. The problem with the gate that Buzz installed was incorrect installation according to Aberdeen. They also had the wiring on the board to the solar panel hooked up wrong which is what caused the short in the first repair. I wouldn't use these people for a gate as they clearly do not know what they are doing and will blame it on the consumer as they did me costing me over $1k and would have been more had I not found a competent company that knows how to install an automatic gate correctly.

Joe Kimple from Buzz Custom Fence came to my home and listened to what I had in mind, made some suggestions and quickly got back to me with the estimate. My fence was installed by an efficient crew. Joe checked back with me to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction.

We are very pleased with the entire experience working with Buzz Custom Fence. Hoyt came to our house and spent time discussing what type of fence would be best for us. After that initial visit we had several questions and he was always available and helpful with getting us updated quotes.

Very disappointed with this folks. I work for a property management company where we manage over 70 properties. Called in Friday with an emergency and needed a bid, NOT WORK DONE, by Tuesday July 6. I spoke to a man named Mike who was so kind and super understanding. He was very sweet and said he'd take care of me. Mike assured me that he could do both the masonry and the steel fencing.

Well come Tuesday mike never called me. I followed up with him and the lady who answered the phone couldn't even find my bid request. Then Mike called me back but it wasn't the Mike I originally spoke to. He emailed me saying that they don't do brick work and they wouldn't be sending bid unless I found a brick guy. I mean, don't you think that if I wanted to deal with two different contractors I would have made that arrangement?

After telling him how disappointed i was in the company and how upset I was for them wasting my time. He emailed me a bid. By this time the damage was done. I don't want to use a company where the people lie to me about their scope of service just to get the job or don't direct me to the folks I've already chatted with. My 2 stars are for the gal who answered the phone, she was very sweet and very apologetic for all the mess up.

Top company in Fort Worth. My Buzz Fence has set a standard in my neighborhood that people are trying to recreate and copy. The customer service and personnel are down to earth people who see you as a person and neighbor.

After attempting to deal with 2 other companies that never returned phone calls, quotes or contacted me back, I was so pleased to work with Jay Keeney. He showed up the next day to take measurements.

I found out about Buzz Fence through a neighbor who was getting a new pipe fence installed. I called them to get a quote for 100 ft of 4 ft pipe fence and Hoyt beat all of the competition on price. The install went extremely smoothly and looks fantastic.

We had an existing steel fence that was powder coated to separate our pool area from the side yard and house for security. The fence had deteriorated over the years and the coating had failed creating a rust issue.
