Livid. We scheduled Cornerstone a month ago to handle our apartment moving out carpet cleaning. We scheduled it for the day before we move out. They confirmed the appointment, but yet they called today to say they had a technician quit. We are now faced with losing our deposit, plus, since they had "no way" to adjust appointments to get us in today.

They can't get us in until AFTER we move out. This is a poor way to do business. Shuffle some non-essential jobs around to make our urgent job happen, was my suggestion. They declined. They didn't make one effort to make this right. We were left without carpet cleaners before our move-out. Avoid these people. Curious to see what our move out fees will be because of this.

I have used this company for over A year first two times they did a wonderful job. I have family members with pet allergies who come to visit and have no issues after the carpet is cleaned. However I have tried, and failed over the last six months to get my carpet cleaned. FIVE times in a row they have canceled me at the last min leaving me no alternative for getting carpet cleaned.

I can only assume that my small house of 2200 sq feet is to small for them to clean. So save the frustration, disappointment, and embarrassment find another company to clean your carpet!

Our experience was amazing, our service person was professional, and truly cared about how our carpets turned out. Spent an extra 30 minutes on a stain we had on our carpet making sure he did everything he could to get it out. He took his time in the high traffic areas and honestly was one of the best carpet cleaning experiences I have had throughout my years. And having the carpet dry in just a few hours instead of a whole day was a lifesaver. Thank you and will use in all my future cleans moving forward

We had a carpet cleaning appointment for 8:00am. It is 9:30am and the technician is missing in action. Called the company twice. No calls back, no explanations. The technician called at 9:55am to check if we were still in schedule. No apologies, no explanations. What service could we expect? Don't think we are going to recommend or call again. Very disappointed.

This is the second time I used this company to clean a custom carpet runner for me. The first time, I was very happy. This time has been nothing but a nightmare. I had it picked up just after Thanksgiving and was promised by the manager, Barbara that I would have it back by Christmas. I did not receive it before Christmas. It was delivered after Christmas and the tech who delivered it saw that it was broken in several places, he took pictures and called his "boss" who told him to bring it back and they would repair at no charge to me.

He said I should have it back the following week. I did not have it back the following week and it was scheduled to be delivered the following week. The tech who delivered it also noted the rug was "broken" in several places and again took it back. Weeks again went by and Barbara called and said she has another tech look at it who said there is nothing wrong with it and it just needed to be raked and vacuumed "a couple of times".

Several days and several vacuuming episodes later, I emailed the owner and told him what I am writing here. He did not respond! I again emailed him this last Monday with the pictures attached here requesting that he please get back to me to try to make this right. He has still not responded to either email. They charged me $269 to ruin my carpet and refuse to fix it which they are capable of doing. I will never use this company again!

ULTIMATE BAIT AND SWITCH! My 1 star review experience is very similar to several others I've read that seem to be related to extremely misleading information provided on their Live Chat Agents on the website. I did a virtual chat with one of their representatives and after explaining in great detail the work that needed to be done, the size of the rooms, etc, I was quoted around $210.

I assumed/expected that the actual on-site quote would be more, but was shocked to learn that it was going to be nearly $500! Regardless, they need to get their facts straight to provide more accurate quotes online, otherwise you end up wasting their time and YOURS and ultimately ticking people off. I have a copy of the Live Chat and a copy of the on-site estimate, if anyone wants to compare, please reply directly.

I promised my wife that at least once a year l would have all of our carpeted floors professionally cleaned and based on high recommendations the crew from Cornerstone Chem Dry will continue to help me keep her happy. The office called and confirmed my appointment time the night before. The tech arrived on time and gently inspected our home with mask and booties before discussing the final estimate.

After taking a moment to confirm high traffic area and any spills we wanted to get extra care the attentive tech completed about 1500 sq ft of carpet including 3 bedrooms, 2 living area and a long hallway in about an hour. Easy payment on site. Lastly our carpets look and feel amazing. This was a few weeks ago and we have not seen any spotting or blemishes. We plan to hire CCD again next year.

Due to miscommunication there initially were a couple of 'bumps' along the way with the services provided but this company stands behind their work and took extra effort to ensure the job was finished to our complete satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

I can't comment directly on their ability to clean carpets. I was quoted $280 over the phone. I was very honest about the size of my space and what exactly needed to be done. The first time I scheduled they canceled on me. The next day when the technician arrived to clean he did a quick walk through and told me it would cost $600! Over double my original quote.

And y'all, my house is not even gross. (Picture attached to prove my point). I completely understand upgrades and add on but over double my estimate? I am so disappointed. Total bait and switch.

I will never use this company again. The technician was an hour and a half late. I was not told over the phone about extra prices for pre-treating, sanitizer, protection, etc. would not move any furniture even though I had removed breakable items. No pre-vacuum was done, even though that was part of the package. Told me twice that I could send them away.

Then when I told them just to give me 1st package, said it would take longer to set up than clean my carpets. REALLY! Never did the post walk through with me. Told me I couldn't put my furniture back till the following day even though it's supposed to dry one to two hours, which it didn't. They did pre-treat & sanitized the carpet. I will go back to Zerorez!

This company has been giving me the run around for 9 months. They ruined a leather sofa and have been unable or unwilling to contact me about resolving the issue. They tried to correct a very bad stain with additional chemicals, but all that has done is bleach the surrounding leather while the original stain remains. I have continued to call with no response. I spoke with the office manager, Sherry, who said that she would call me back. She did not. I do not recommend their service.

I do not like giving one star reviews (I actually don't like giving reviews), but I feel customers should be warned. There are several reasons for this one star review: 1) they gave a three hour window (showed up 45 mins after the window!) 2) they added stains to the carpet that were not previously visible 3) they seemed to care more about upcharging than effectively cleaning my carpet 4) the online estimate was $220, I was charged $340 5) when they clean rooms, they don't do closets without an extra charge (and on a side note, worst vacuuming skills imaginable - I vacuumed what they didn't) 6) the only time the technician appeared to have any concern was when he realized he left a piece of equipment that I had to put in the mailbox for him to come pick up later 7) when I called to complain, the office was kind enough to offer a recleaning.

They said it was scheduled for Saturday so I waited for them during the defined window. Amazingly, they didn't show! I called and the office explained it was for the upcoming Saturday, not the Saturday closest to the time of the call. Perhaps stating the actual date of the recleaning instead of simply saying Saturday would have helped! By the time of the recleaning, the furniture had all been moved in which defeated the purpose of having the carpet cleans prior to move in, so the recleaning was canceled.

The good news is the spots were later removed by a simple cleaner using the blotting method once chem dry was gone (amazing their devices couldn't match the power of this method). Look elsewhere for this type of service if you want to get an actual, professional cleaning. I would have been better served renting a carpet cleaning machine and doing it myself.

The tech arrived 15 minutes later than the arrival window and was nice but obviously so overbooked and getting calls from his people all through the visit. He was on the phone the entire job. (With his company) The floor was still dirty after he was done. I called Cassandra in their office who would not let me speak with a a manager. She Was borderline rude or at least "very dry" and put me on hold and then proceeded to call the tech who was in the hall to tell him I complained.

She did this while I was still on hold. (?) He went back to make a second pass at the carpet with the machine. What I am complaining about is that, the techs obviously have too many jobs to do their current jobs without rushing through them, I saw them do no pretreatments, or vacuuming or anything stated in the contract. The customer service is very poor and It was primarily because of the lack of concern or professional customer service that I did not want anymore work done so I cut the job short and let him rush to the next job.

First and last time I will use this company, and it's primarily due to the apathetic and poor attitudes of the office and because the tech was rushed and did not have any time to do the work promised probably because he was being rushed all over town. I'm having another company come out tomorrow to finish the work that they cornerstone (chem-Dry) didn't finish. I Can't imagine what working there is like when they keep calling you over and over while you are literally running the carpet machine. Ugh.

We had previously given Cornerstone a 1 star review that turned out to be a breakdown in communication between their staff. We we contacted by Cornerstone within a day and they set up a time to correct our issue to our satisfaction. Based on their customer service response and the results of their follow up cleaning I would highly recommend to anyone with pets for carpet cleaning.

Better than Stanley, better than Dalworth. The only place that has been able to make my carpets smell amazing & dry time was way faster. Theres a place in one room that my dog loves to sleep. That area always smelled like "dog". I tried other carpet cleaning companies, pet fresh powder, lysol spray, baking soda, linen spray, perfume, NOTHING GOT RID OF THE DOG SMELL!

Until now! Thanks to ChemDry it smells fresh and clean. I don't know what they used but whatever it is worked a miracle! This will forever be my go to place for fresh clean carpets. Oh they also cleaned my rugs!

Oh my gosh, what a great experience! I don't think my parents had EVER had their carpets cleaned since they had it installed 10+ years ago. I had no idea the carpet could look so clean and fresh. Dameon is an absolute gem, restored my faith in humanity. The whole house just smells so fresh now. Yaaay! Would recommend them to anyone.

I just had all of my carpets cleaned by Cornerstone Chem-dry again. I do this at least 2 times a year because I can count on them being there in a timely manner. Trent, the Technician, was in, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, had us inspect his work and off he went! Very polite young man in a uniform. It smells so incredibly good in here again!

We have dogs. 2 of our own and 7 family dogs. and a pool. and a doggy door! That equals lots of dirt tracking into the house constantly. I've been using them since they started their business. They have never let me down.

Great people! Trent was very helpful with explaining the pricing. He also helped explain what I needed for my house! Healthy Home is the way to go!

The personnel was was courteous and polite I have no issue with the employees. But I was very disappointed in the cleaning and what the carpet look like afterwards. I spent another hour cleaning and vacuuming after Chem-Dry left. Just disappointed.

I have to say I'm not one to typically do reviews. But, I have to let it be known that I had my carpet cleaned by Trent Taylor and I couldn't be more pleased. Having two dogs can really damage your carpet.

I have used Cornerstone Chem-Dry many times over the years and always with excellent results. The staff are all courteous and professional and the work is top-notch. I had a couch that had gotten bloody and stinky from a dog and they were able to get all of the blood and smell out. I couldn't believe it! I was sure it would be better, but not entirely clean. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I have an entire upstairs of very light colored carpet, two teenagers and a puppy. This is not a good combination and the carpets were evidence of that bad decision. I really thought I was going to have to completely replace the carpet after only five years of having it installed. I wanted to see what Chem Dry could do as a last ditch effort before ripping it all out and starting over.

I could not believe the difference! It was truly remarkable. I did go with the best package and they were in my house cleaning on a Saturday morning (arrived right on time!) for four full hours. I was told if all the stains weren't gone to call and they'd come back out. Once the carpets dried I noticed they were still a little discolored, and I contacted them to come back out (at no charge to me) with a nearly instant response.

My whole house looks like I got brand new carpet. It's pretty incredible. And best yet, they were super nice, friendly, easy to schedule with, and very professional. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I used Cornerstone Chem Dry for the first time and won't be using any other cleaner from now on. The conscientious service provided by Tony far exceeded any other company I have ever used. My carpet looks practically new and that's sayinng a lot since it is 15+ years old.
