Our group of uptown townhomes spoke with multiple representatives from this company. All quoted cleaning external windows for $175 per townhome if we had 'add ons' to our first neighbor booking. A week before they were scheduled to come out they sent email quoting almost $300 each. We complained. They said they 'made a mistake' and would not honor their original quote.

I received email from them outlining their stance. We ALL canceled. So - They make mistakes and won't stand by their promises. Don't use - we're all switching firms (loss of 12 or more homes for you all!)

The folks at Window Wizards have cleaned my windows for several years and done an excellent job. The following is why I will keep using them. This most recent time there were a couple of quality issues. I called Stefanie and she had a team out to fix them by noon the same day. WOW! I can depend on the folks at Window Wizards to be true to their word.

They always impress. On my 3-story townhome they just did the inside and outside of all 17 windows and 1 door within 1 hour while being pleasant, professional and leaving everything and everyplace they were in pristine condition. They called ahead as requested, were here within the 1 hour time frame and let me know when they had finished. They also express sincere gratitude for my business.

This applies to their office staff as well as their filed crews. They've taken care of my windows for maybe 15 years consistently providing this level of service. I've already made my appointment for 2020. Jim B - Oak Lawn

For anyone needing window washing and/or power washing of cement surfaces, particularly after the recent tornado, I would like to recommend the "Window Wizard" entity. We live in a contemporary house with massive windows. We hired Window Wizards to perform all this work for us and they did a superb job. The employees performing the work were prompt and efficient in our project covering several days.

They were neat in their appearance, polite, on time, and efficient. We had major concerns as hour home has huge and expensive windows which we did not want to be scratched, and thus were very careful in our selection. We are exceedingly pleased with Window Wizards.

These guys are about as professional as they come when it comes to windows! I built a new casa a few years ago and Robb pointed out even on my new windows the flaws that were caused during installation.had my builder replace them. I thought by these great reviews they would be great, but I was so disappointed by the shabby work. There were these white streaks on my windows that hadn't been their before.

Wow. My wife and I selected this company based on great Yelp reviews. Unfortunately our experience has not been as expected. It took three calls to get someone to come out to bid a small project. We received the bid and decided to move forward. Emailed authorization. Then followed up with a call and was told that the bid THEY provided does not meet their minimum job requirement (even though we received a written bid). Left curt message of disappointment and was told the owner would call back immediately. Ummmm. Shockingly no response.

We've used Window Wizards for the past few years and highly recommend the company! We have them clean out our gutters, power wash around our pool (we have a lot of nut trees around it), and clean our windows inside and out. They are fairly priced, efficient and all the cleaners are friendly and polite. I just had the team out this week and they did a fantastic job!

Three men worked so diligently to restore my home to its original patina and beauty removing years of grime and pollution! Huge difference! Will return for periodic quarterly visits to maintain this level!

I had my gutters cleaned, my walkways power washed and my windows washed inside and out. It feels so great to have that done! The crew was a two person team, Jose and Angel. They worked so efficiently and well- I'd recommend them without any hesitation at all. I have a tiny house and the cost was $541., so I'd love to have spent less, though that's my only complaint.

Window Wizards did an excellent job for me! I have used them to power wash mold off a limestone walkway and a brick wall. They work hard to remove all stains, and they will keep after stubborn spots until you are completely satisfied. They also do a superior job on windows and chandeliers. 5-star work and 5-star customer service.

Window Wizards cleaned the windows of all of the townhomes in my building, each of which is four stories tall. It was very hard to find a company that would do a building that tall. They were efficient, prompt in their communications, reasonably priced, showed up on time, finished in one day and showed up when they said they would. A very good experience. Thanks, Robb!
