Our cleaner was absolutely wonderful! Absolutely everything was spotless and she even paid special attention to a few places I mentioned I was concerned about. She even sang while she cleaned! Every 6 months or when Family comes to visit which is rare as I find myself doing most of the traveling I seek professional services to tidy up after me. With Thanksgiving coming fast & my wife parents making the trip from NY I figured I will hire a professional for my 1000 - 1500sqft apartment. I've used Sparkly Maids & Two Maids & A Mop. Valet Maids was cheaper and fit in my time frame which caught my attention.
The maid that arrived was nice & easy to talk to (understand) "I'm hearing impaired" 2 Hours later with the maid bringing their own items my wife was happy to see the place cleaned top to bottom. As we both work FT jobs it's better to call a professional allowing us to use our time else where. I will keep their number on hand and look up their prices in 6 months for our next clean.

What a great experience! I hired Valet Maids Dallas just before the holidays. They sent over Ida who took care of our home. She was amazing, very thorough, and personable. She took care of everything on the list and we appreciated her attention to detail so much. We plan to have them out again very soon. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. Excellent communication prior to the service, too!

I recently used Valet Maids again, since I had such a great experience the first time, but this was for a deep clean at my current condo, not a move out. The cleaner showed up right on time and went straight to work. I was working from home and I have a new puppy so I was able to be around while he cleaned and I was extremely impressed! He was such a professional and extremely polite and thorough.
He did an excellent job and my opinion for Valet Maids continues to be great I highly recommend their services. It is great how flexible they are (scheduling online, send you reminders, and you can pay online).

This was my first time using Valet Maids and I was extremely impressed. Harold was on time, friendly, professional and his attention to detail was impeccable. I'd left some fresh sheets out in our master bedroom and was planning to change them after he left and was pleasantly surprised to find he'd done it for me! My sister was having her wedding reception at my house in Dallas and the girls that came to my house did an exceptional job on such short notice. I have a 6000 sq foot home with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and while I know my home is big the girls did not miss a thing. The last cleaning company I used missed so many areas and I paid a fortune . Dawna was awesome at setting this up. Thank you Vallet Maids! Definitely recommend

We had a great experience with Valet Maids. We went up to Dallas for NYE to hang out with friends annnnnd we kind of left our vacant rental in a bit of disarray. We searched for cleaning companies that were near us and Valet Maids came up. We booked an emergency cleaning online, yep! online. That sold me, I do most of shopping online so it was nice to see a service company get with the times so people can book things online.
They sent 3 maids to our rental. Everyone was super professional and they did a fantastic job! I liked how they didn't just rush out of there when they finished but took their time to walk me through the house showing me what they did. I definitely feel bad about how we left the place for them to clean but they didn't complain or anything they just got to work and knocked it out. Definitely glad we chose this company over others, thank you guys!
