Dallas Cowboy Cleaning

This company falsely advertises itself as having experience with post-construction cleaning. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The crew they sent did a poor job overall. I was often on my hands and knees showing them how to clean multiple areas (that they claimed could not be cleaned). What is frustrating is that my wife spoke with someone at this company and sent videos of the depth of cleaning needed. Based on that the representative led us to believe that it would be no problem.

Our house had been through major renovations and we needed actual post-construction cleaning not maid service! What's worse is that the crew was really unprofessional and borderline lazy! They tried to give me attitude when I explained how certain things needed to be cleaned (new wood floors do not need soap and water!). We even provided the chemical to clean the wood floor and they tried to tell us it would not work (even after we spoke with the wood manufacturers multiple times about how to clean the floors).

I WOULD NOT recommend this company for POST-CONSTRUCTION cleaning! My wife and I are very disappointed, were shocked at the lack of respect we were shown, and are having to continue to clean multiple areas they poorly cleaned (even after pointing them out to the workers)!

We've been using this service for a few years. Due to COVID-19, we took a few months off. Today we had them in for a deep cleaning, and it was nice to see them again. We've become friendly with the team that comes to our house, and I think that says a lot. The quality of the work is fantastic; we've had a few independent people in, but Marta's team cleans our house best by far. Thorough, careful, and caring.

Absolutely disappointing experience with customer service, and poor cleaning job. The owner was harassing me through bombarding texts and was very rude and demeaning, while the 4 "cleaners" (2 woman, 1 man, 1 teenage boy)cleaned my home. The owner was telling me to explain why I did not schedule earlier that week (obvious because I can't) and lectured me that I should've staying with the cleaners the whole time.

She made little to no sense, while making very unprofessional comments. Then she blew me off and said she had no more time to talk because she was at the airport. So out of all the things listed on their services sheet, they completed ~40% well. Everything else is described below. -Tried to up sell me and bill for more, when toilets and showers are included on deep cleaning. Is there a toilet that is suppose to be cleaned before they come to clean?

That would defeat the purpose of having it "professionally" cleaned. -Baseboards still had dust -Floors did not seem like they were mopped and only partially sweeped. -White residue left on most cabinets -light fixtures still dusty -ceiling fans were not cleaned -Door frames were dusty all the way around -light switches weren't cleaning well - most walls dusted, but missed large portions on some walls. -sink semi-clean (left residue around sink) -Broke our blinds for a window. -After they were about 90 mins late, they decided to rush the deep cleaning job and finish within 2 hrs for a 3700 sqft house, even though when I initially asked if I needed a post-construction cleaning.

I also asked if they would have sufficient time (several times). She said yes, that they should be able to clean everything no problem and would only need a deep cleaning. Well apparently it was a problem since they missed so many areas. If you like to be treated rudely by the owner, wait for cleaners to come late and have dirt pushed around, while paying a huge fee, then this place may still not be for you, since they will most likely try to reschedule you due to their poor judgement or lack of time management skills. It would be "0" stars if I could and would tell everyone I know to stay away.

Myrna and David did a great job cleaning our home. We got the 6 hours we paid for, and they were very thorough. And we only gave them1-day notice. We would definitely use this team again. Service:Standard cleaning

Had this company come over to give me a quote, price was very competative to other cleaning Companies. They came back 2 days later and worked quickly, but still made sure everything was cleaned. I would definitely keep this company in mind next time I need a cleaning. Service:Standard cleaning

Wow. All the reviews are true. It's such a sad thing that a company would display such poor customer service, and frankly, lack of tact in 2020. I thought I booked with Maid Masters but they outsourced to Cowboy Cleaning without letting me know. Then they tried to get me to put all my credit card information on a piece of paper before the service after they already took my info to make the appointment.

I called maid masters and asked who cowboy cleaning was and they said it's their sister company that does more commercial cleaning. However in the email from cowboy cleaning clearly she's saying they do the payment and maid masters does the cleaning. This disconnect is unprofessional and unsettling at best, borderline fraud at worst. Then there's her language to me after expressing desire to cancel- seriously? Do people think it's okay to talk to others this way? They deserve every negative review that comes their way, and more.

Cowboys cleaning does a great job with our home. They are very detailed in their cleaning and also love how they make our beds. Makes me feel like I'm coming home to a very tightly hotel made bed (but much cleaner of course)!

The absolute WORST cleaning services have ever had and I have had at least 10-15 regular services in my lifetime. We asked for a move-in cleaning which is quite pricey but we were okay paying for a good service. They sent four people and a manager to clean. The house was empty and already clean but we expected a full detail. They said that is what they do.

After they were done it looked like NO ONE HAD DONE ANY CLEANING. There was still dust everywhere and bathrooms looked the same. Also the shower rod in the bathroom had fallen down and no one even notified us if this until we saw it ourselves. We sent pictures of the shoddy work and they tried to send someone the next morning at 6.30 AM to clean again but we were woken up with several text messages saying she couldn't get in and the code didn't work.

How did the code not work when they just used it yesterday to lock up? Also they were in such a rush to charge my card on file when I asked repeatedly for them to wait bc I wanted to give another card but was at work and didn't have time to fill out the form during the day. Now I know why they were rushing to charge the card - I am sure they knew we would be severely disappointed with their service.

I asked them to refund the $300 charge but they refuse. It literally looked like the cleaners spent no more than 20 mins there. And now movers are here and house is not clean. What a disaster. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this company.

Good service, honest folks - they have cleaned off and on for me for couple years (I'm a business owner - we have slow months in our industry)... they have access to our hom & never had anything gone missing. They do a great job asks always show up. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone should hire them to do house cleaning because they are the best one in town. The house was cleaner after they came but they left much to be desired. They left stainless steel cleaner on the refrigerator and had gotten some on the floor. Look no more. Cowboys Deep Cleaning Service Company is the very best and they will do a very good job.

Cowboys CLeaning saved my weekend! I am an over-committed teacher with a three kids in three sports spread between 6 teams of which my husband coaches two and me one. I finally decided to get help with cleaning and I put in a call for service with a request for a very quick turnaround. They were able to squeeze me in within 48 hrs and did a beautiful job on my kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom.

It was so nice to come home from work to spotless floors, sparkling counters and and scum free tubs and showers. They even got all he mildew spots off of my window sills (been running a humidifier) and surprised me with wiping down my blinds. I am so grateful for the great job Cowboys cleaning did at my home!

I just moved to uptown and was need of good maid service. Back home I was use to mom cleaning and doing my laundry, well mom is not here anymore! I called around to a few different places and came across these guys., there were a little more expensive then a few others that I called.

I hired this company to clean my new home before my family and I moved in. After a little miscommuncation on my part, they came out on the morning of August 12. They were there for maybe 2.5 hrs with 4 cleaners total. I did a walkthrough and figured that everthing was okay. I noticed that all the major areas were clean, the toilet, the tub, etc. So I paid almost $350, including tip for their service.

The next day, once I started unpacking, I realized that my house was not clean, especially the kitchen. The pantry room was pretty much untouched, the cabinets were filthy and there were spiderwebs in the blinds. Monday morning, I contacted the companny via phone and text and informed them of my concerns. I was told that someone had been fired and thats probaly why the house wasnt cleaned the way that it should have been.

I sent in pictures showing a little bit of the cleaning that I had to do after the fact. I followed up a few days later and was told that they had not yet had a chance to talk to the manager, as the cleaning people are actually a 3rd party. A week later I once again reached out and was told that the manager was on vacation and I would need to wait until she returned on August 28th to talk to her.

On August 31, I tried to call multiple times throughout the day and the phone went straight to voicemail. It has since been almost a month since the "cleaning" of my house and this company has not taken my concerns seriously. No one has reached out to me or provided me with an update. I think this situation has been handled in a unprofessional manner.

I was hoping to have established a long term relationship with the company who did my move in cleaning, provided that they did a good job, and Cowboy Cleaning has completely dropped the ball. I think I have given them an ample amount of time to try to rectify this, but I guess that now they have my money, they dont care about the lack of service that was provided, even after admitting that they had a less than stellar employee. I would never use this company again and I could never recommend Cowboy Cleaning to anyone.

I would definitely not call this a cleaning but more like just pushing dirt around. I asked them to take special care of the shower and they only cleaned the shower pan, not the walls or glass. Did not sweep or vacuum hardwoods before mopping and did not mop kitchen at all. I'm finding little piles of matted dirt in the corners after the mopping. Did not empty all trash cans.

Left white residue on bathroom tile grout and floors are sticky. Did not dust around mirrors, doors, lighting fixtures and art work. Did not dust all furniture. Did not vacuum carpet where dust was visible. Did not vacuum stairs. Did not clean upstairs bathroom sinks. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Why Oh Why.did I not read the reviews before scheduling a basic cleaning with this company. This company and its owner Tina Patel are a joke. Absolutely no kind of customer service. Cancel appointment because I thought I could pay online. See photo attachment of her response. Please, please don't use this company.

Just moved out of my apartment and they did a fantastic job. I was worried about paying my landlord some hefty fees because my dogs left quite a bit of stains on the carpet but they did a great job making my apartment look spotless. Thanks!

I actually live pretty far from where these folks service, but after reading their reviews I had to take a chance on whether or not they would come out to my city. I gave them a call and the young lady who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. She did mention they do not service Fort Worth but she took the time out and listened to my needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I requested a move-out deep clean for my small studio apartment in Fort Worth, and they charged me $185. I thought that was pricey, but they promised a very thorough clean. When I returned to my apartment to follow up on their work, I saw that they had barely even swept. 95% OF THE SERVICES THEY HAD PROMISED WERE NOT DONE. So, I not only lost out of $185, but I was charged by my landlord for a move out cleaning.

I called and left several voicemails kindly asking for a follow up or refund of some sort. And nobody answered or returned my messages. I am not even sure this is a real company or just a scam!

Decided to look into cleaning services. A friend of mine recommended Cowboys Cleaning I gave it a shot and now they are coming to my house every other week. They do a great job! I look forward to Thursdays. my new favorite day. They are a little expensive but its worth the time I would be spending.

After I returned to work after our second child was recently born, I came to the realization that I needed help keeping the house clean! So I looked all over the web to find a service near us, called a few places, but after talking to the owner of Cowboys Cleaning, I decided to give them a try & I was not disappointed!

In life, you live and you learn and today, I learned to always trust yelp reviews. I scheduled Cowboys Cleaning to perform move out/deep cleaning services for my 1,000 square foot apartment. Two women arrived and got straight to work; when we asked how long it would take they said 1.5 hours, which made us a bit nervous as deep cleaning requires detailed work.

We were right to be nervous. When we returned to our apartment after the cleaning, we discovered the following: the windows were not clean the baseboard were not wiped ceiling fans dirty doorframes were dusty walls were not wiped cabinets in the kitchen not thoroughly wiped Countertops and backsplash not wiped Blinds not dusted Mirrors still dirty Refrigerator not completely clean Sliding glass doors not cleaned at all Basically they vacuumed the carpet and baseboards and wiped down sinks.

I had to finish cleaning after they left. I would have paid $50 max for the services provided, not $150 and especially not the $200 they advertise. They price matched but this quality of work is still not up to par. Listen to the reviews and go for a better company or just get a Groupon for cheap cleaning because that's all this company's services are worth.

We just had this cleaning company do an initial clean. It is supposed to be more intensive than a normal biweekly clean, but not as intensive as a deep clean. It was not satisfactory in any way. It would not be ok for a bi weekly clean, and certainly not for an initial clean. There was still food on the floor in my dining room, they did not even sweep under the bench, or under the counter where the bar stools are.

The shower was still dirty, the counters had barely been wiped and were still dirty, and the bathroom window was full of cobwebs. The shelves on our wall had not been dusted, and it was clear that they did a very a cursory job. They charged me $136.50 for a terrible job. We will definitely not be using this company in the future.

This business is horrible! Stay away from them! It said on the Living social voucher that my zip code was included and it is not. It took forever for someone to call me back and when they found out I have a voucher, they COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF. Horrible horrible company! Morons!

I bought a living social voucher and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I would give -5 stars if it were possible! If you have a voucher they will blow you off. It took days to get an email response, and they rarely ever answer the phone. Tina Patel is the worst excuse for a manager or customer service person that I have come across.

The cleaning lady came an hour late, but did a good job. At the end she asked me for a $14 fee. I did not see this in the voucher or any emails. When we finally got through to the office, Tina was rude and abusive and clearly not in her right mind! I refused to pay, as this was clearly a hustle. I called living social and let them know of this clap trap. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

The ladies who clean my home have been very prompt, courteous and thorough. I've been happy which each experience I've had with them in their home, and their prices are very reasonable.

They do a great job and their prices are very competitive. They are very accommodating with scheduling and very thorough. We've had them for about a year now and are very pleased. They also bring their own supplies which is a huge plus for us rather than having to try to make sure that they are stocked up like our old cleaners.

I've been using Cowboys Cleaning for the last 6 months and very pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly and if I need to make changes or move days I can send a quick text message. With my busy bee schedule its really hard to maintain my home but these girls have made my life easier.

I used this cleaning company in December for an apartment move out and I was utterly pleased with the results. When it was time for me to have my home cleaned regularly, I knew exactly who to call. Working with them as been effortless. There are never any communication barriers and there is always someone available to answer any questions that I may have. I could not be happier with the results and having a company I can consistently rely on, has taken quite a bit of stress of my plate - and I can enjoy my spotless home.

I have a one bedroom apartment in Downtown Dallas with the everyday hussle and bussle its hard to get any cleaning done. I entertain a ton of guest on a weekly basis so you can imagine. I have weekly service with Gabby of Cowboys Cleaning. She does an awesome job! she makes my place smell great. there is not pet hair in the corners. Its just simply perfect! If your in this area ask for Gabby!

I called Cowboys Cleaning to do a move-out service and I was beyond happy with the communication. The lady on the phone was professional and so courteous. I had to change the date twice because of a mess with the moving company and she just figured it out and got me set up. I could have not been more pleased. Unfortunately, I never met any one from the company as I left the door unlocked to my empty apartment but I went back later and I as so pleased at how everything gleamed. They really went above and beyond and did a terrific job. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism and ease of doing of business!

Over charged me - 3xs to be exact. I should have known not to use them when all the reviews online were bad. When I asked them about all the bad reviews, Tina told me it was because people who bought a Groupon expected full price treatment. Well- I didn't use a groupon and they missed so many things during my deep cleaning. They told me it was because of low light in my house.

Best part was Tina sending me rude texts after they over charged me. Don't they realize maids aren't hard to find. They think because they charge a bit less they can do sub par work. My best advice- pay more! Go with Molly Maids. You get what you pay for. They use a fake name for company emails as well. Horrible grammar. Bad business practices. Horrible accounting.

I've used this place for well over a year and maybe almost 2 years. I started when I got a groupon for them, which must have signaled that I'm budget-conscious, because they've tried to be very reasonable with their prices. One thing I like is that they give you the option of providing the cleaning supplies and getting a discount vs. them providing their own.

When we moved, I got a quote from a friend of a friend of a friend who has a cleaning service and Cowboys Cleaning beat them hands down. They've always done a great job and the manager checks in with me from time to time to make sure I'm happy. I trust them with a key to my place and have never had anything go missing. They're very flexible with scheduling and will work around my whirlwind of a life. I also love that they take credit cards, so I don't have to deal with leaving money out and remembering to write a check or have enough cash on hand.

Stay away from Cowboys Cleaning! I'm extremely unimpressed with the cleaning job their employee did at my house. We bought the Living Social deal because we are trying out cleaning companies so that we can have a maid come regularly. This is not the company that we chose. We asked that she focus on the kitchen and bathroom. Imagine our surprise when we came home and she had NOT done the dishes.that were in the kitchen.

Not only that, we were shocked that she wasn't even there! We had left to run a 30 minute errand 45 minutes before the two-hour cleaning was up, so she could have potentially left 45 minutes before she should have. The world may never know. The beds were not made (we had stripped the beds and left clean linens out on each bed) and the trash was not taken out.

The bathroom did look nice and she mopped, so it wasn't completely terrible. But the shock of her leaving early, not doing the dishes, not making the beds, and not taking out the trash brings their score to one star. ::Wamp wamp::

Pros: * Booked a 7pm appt for a first time service * Two person team, which has worked out better from my prior experience with maid services. Both of them were friendly, professional, and spoke English Cons: * Arrived 20ish minutes late, not great, but totally understandable since I was the last appt of the day * The price charged in comparison for the job they did was, so/so. My apt was clean-er when they were done, but I could have done a better job if I did it myself. I paid $75, plus tax, plus a $20 tip.
