Curtis Caldwell started C3 Carpet Cleaning in 2007, operating in the North Dallas area, primarily in Plano, McKinney, Carrolton, and surrounding areas. Starting off as the owner and operator, Curtis took all of the customer calls and even did all of the carpet cleaning jobs himself. After a few years, and with continuous growth of the business, Curtis added an additional van.In 2011, Henri and Curtis teamed up and they have never looked back. Henri has over 15 years in the industry and has been with C3 for 5 years. I have used C3 carpet cleaning several times, and I would highly recommend them. I have several rental properties and will continue to use his services. If I could give 10 stars I would! Henry is honest and a straight shooter. He always does an excellent job and has a lot of integrity in his work. I've used big company's in the past and the work was never as good as what Henry does. Don't waste your money on big company's because it isn't worth it. Thanks Henry for your hard work! :

Our hallway carpet was super gross from our new puppies and Henry was able to make it look and smell 110% better. His services are so great that I booked our next carpet cleaning before he left. ^the above review was from January. C3 came through again today, 5/5 and this time even helped rescue my dogs when they MacGuyver'd their way out the front door and escaped! He's referred me to another contractor for work I need done. Can't recommend C3 enough!

Brought them in for carpet cleaning and help with a few stains. There was little to no results on the stains. The response from the tech, that's all I can do. Therefore bought carpet spray and removed all but the wine stain which I understood. Maybe it was the tech or culture of the company but the upstairs and carpet repair is going to another company.

Herni does a great job communicating his availability as well as confirming appointments the day before and 30 minutes prior to arrival. The carpet cleaning was very thorough and his post care instructions are very clear. I plan on using his services in the future for a my flooring and carpet cleaning needs. Henry is quick to answer calls, get us scheduled, and work with our carpet needs which includes 4 kids, a vomitous cat, and a shed worthy little dog! Family owned business that we've used since 2009. Professional at all levels, they use text and voice to ensure we know the schedule. Great at spotting special areas that need a little more attention, like accidents from occasional visits from others persons pets. And the unavoidable spills. Great work and carpet looks like new, even though it's now 15 years old!

Henri did a great job. He came recommended by friends. I needed pet stains and odors removed from carpet and I was warned by many online not to expect much improvement. Henri came in, assessed the situation and honestly provided feedback on what to expect. He pre-treated the carpet, cleaned it, and the results were fantastic. Much better than I had expected!
