Bruchard is extremely professional with great communication. His steam carpet cleaning and attention to detail was the best I have ever seen and I am extremely picky. He also did an OUTSTANDING job on my media room upholstery and expensive Turkish carpets which he took to his office and hand cleaned. He did such an amazing job, I also had him steam clean all my tile flooring downstairs making my tiled floor and grout look like new again.
