The work they did two +/- years ago was great. When I called recently to get an estimate on replacing my sewer line they want to charge for a service call. I already have one estimate and video. I have all the dimensions and stats so there is no need to dig up theyard or even come by in person to do a rough estimate. Scanlon made it clear they're not interested unless they're being paid, to give an estimate.

Mike & his team replaced two tank heaters with a single tankless heater. Prior to the work, he answered several questions quickly & well. It was installed within a week of accepting his proposal. After the install we had a small drip on one of the lines. They responded the next day & fixed it well. Very good customer service.

After calling no less than eight plumbers Scandlon was the only one who responded to our emergency plight! Their servicemen were so nice and understanding and even gave us some helpful tips to prevent recurrence of the problem. I would absolutely call these folks again! My all the drains in my house were backing up and it smelled like sewage in the house it was unbearable. I called several other plumbers and Scanlon Plumbing was the only company not charging a fee to come and talk to me. Ken showed up and assessed the issue in less than 30 minutes and then he got straight to work. He unclogged the main sewer line and capped off an abandoned drain and ensured absolutely everything worked properly before he left. Extremely professional, extremely fast service and top tier work! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

After receiving poor customer service from one of thename brand plumbing companies we called to come fix our home when our hot water heater began acting up, we called Scanlon, whom we have used for smaller plumbing jobs in the past and have always been satisfied with their customer service, responsiveness and pricing.
