I'm so proud to be a part of the Dixie Care plan. The technicians I have met from Dixie are- Roy/Corey/Jason/Dawson and the guy to talk to about installing new A/C units is Josh, they all have done an OUTSTANDING job with the A/C unit repair and the new installation of the A/C unit. Everyone I have met from Dixie have been very professional, very dependable, very honest and they treat you like their family.

Corey arrived quickly and was the epitome of professionalism. He covered his shoes, offered to mask up, went right to work and had options for me in short order. Once my choices were made he was honest about my system but no hard sale and got the work done quickly. When my resources are sorted I will be requesting Corey for the replacement thats coming.
In the meantime, my ac works. If I were going to name a negative it would be price, but these days I find sticker shock is expected in all things and I don't have another local source to compare with.

Jody was the best. He was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained all the work orders, explained our options and did the work exactly as planned. He gets my great admiration for working so hard outside even though it rained all the days he was at our house. He is dedicated, hard working and very professional. All my security lights work now and with the new power boxes I feel very safe in my home, both inside and outside. Great Job!

The HVAC tech was able to diagnose the issue with my AC in about 15 minutes. I have had 3 other people over from other companies that couldn't do it, and I've been trying to get answers from other people for over a year. Dixie was able to diagnose and get a plan for repairs in 15-20 minutes. I wish I'd called them first! Services: Fan repair, Fan installation

Andrew was the technician. He came in and inspected the unit. It needed to be replaced. I had purchased the new fixture and Andrew installed it in about ten minutes. He also inspected the electric panel and gave me a report on it's condition. He was very professional and polite. I use this company all the time. Service: Light fixture repair

I've been very happy being a Dixie Cares plan customer. Today Kyle came and spent a couple hours chasing down leaks in the AC line set & saved me a great deal of money by not replacing the evaporator coil (there was no charge for todays service call). Such honesty & conscientious service is greatly appreciated. I recommend Dixie to all my friends.
Most people think their service is more expensive but savings will be had by receiving proper diagnosis. It's nice to find a technician and provider who is reliable, professional, and trustworthy.

Speedy and efficient service! Our house power went off at 6:30pm (barn still had power) called at 6:32pm and a technician was in my driveway at 7:15pm. By 7:45pm power had been restored. Scheduling was a headache. They have done work for me before and i have always been pleased with the professional servce, quality (special shout out to Shaun awsome service)and fair pricing. However getting the service call done was particularly difficult this time. I already had a quote for the work (over a thousand YIKES but i wanted and needed to get the work done) but it took 5 calls to get it set up. Called the first time and was advised they would need to call me back later in the day.after no call called back the next day.and still took 4 more calls to get yhe servce scheduled.
Finally a lady out took control after i advised i was getting frustrated and was getting ready to call another plumbet and got me scheduled. Maybe having staffing issues.i dont know. So to sum it up.excellent service with the plumbers.but the customer servce and scheduling was.meh. The plumbing service so good I would totally try using the again them again.

My husband and I have been highly satisfied with Dixie when it comes to our repairs! Just recently we needed some work done and Mark S. was sent to our rescue. He was without a doubt the nicest and most professional and proficient guy! He informed us of each step that he would be taking, with our consent to do so, and did so in a timely manner! Excellent service. Warren and Mike accomplished what two other companies claimed couldn't be done without replacing the bathtub. The two technicians replaced the tub drain and pipe in two hours and by doing so saved me several thousand dollars. Dixie Electric certainly has my business for any future plumbing, electrical or HVAC services that are needed.

I have no issues with the quality of work. The two guys from Home Pro (Dixie must have subcontracted them). They were professional and did a super job. It took them three hours to put in a dryer vent which vented on the roof. That is about the right time. Didn't have to remove cabinets or tear up unnecessary drywall. Super job. Her is my issue: $2200 hundred bucks for a three hour job. I get it that no one likes to do this type of small job, so a lot of contractors jack up the prices.

The two service techs were very professional. They identified the problem quickly and installed a GFCI outlet. They scored a 5 stars on promptness, professionalism, knowledge and service. The pricing seemed a little high though for the 30 minutes they spent. Because I was a first time customer, the $69.00 service fee was waived since work was done.
That was enticing when I first called but later realized this was simply offset in the work fee. The work charge came out to $156.00 plus a TFS fee of $14.75 (no idea what a TFS fee is) for a total of $170.75. Assuming drive time of 30 minutes and onsite work of 30 minutes, that hour should have billed out at $75.00 to $100.00.
That was enticing when I first called but later realized this was simply offset in the work fee. The work charge came out to $156.00 plus a TFS fee of $14.75 (no idea what a TFS fee is) for a total of $170.75. Assuming drive time of 30 minutes and onsite work of 30 minutes, that hour should have billed out at $75.00 to $100.00.

My consultant was on time. He was very polite and we had a nice conversation while he worked. He explained everything he was doing and I felt comfortable that all the work he did was necessary. No high pressure to by a long term agreement. He showed me the benefits and let it go. I appreciated that. I will call them again.

Dixie Electric, Plumbing and Air, did an excellent job on our home. We needed some electrical work done on our new home, vanity light in bathroom, kitchen light installed over the sink and a new outlet in our guest bed room. The electricians were very professional, they did an amazing job and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would highly recommend them for work.
On the downside, I signed up for their maintenance program, which, don't get me wrong, is an excellent idea and plan, but they refuse to allow us to send the monthly payment. They want to be able to access our account instead of us being able to send the payment to them. I not sure what the deal is but they are adamant that you CAN'T set up your own payment to them with their address information.
It seems ridiculous given the amount of bank fraud, identity theft and scam artists around that they will not let you set up the payment to be cut every month to you. I was initially told we could do this then called back and said that I could not set this up. Yet, I was told over the phone that someone else was allowed to do this for the very reason I spoke of, which is to not ALLOW an outside entity to dip into our bank account once a month. I wanted to give them 5 stars but because of this ludicrous policy on payment of the plan I give them 3 stars.

Dixie Electric has helped us on numerous projects as we have completed a home renovation. They are punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Never pushy and totally transparent. CJ was excellent, he quickly identified the issue and presented me with the estimate before taking care of the plumbing issue. He went right to work once I gave him the OK. His work was very professional. CJ is a polite, professional. If I have more issues with my home I'll be calling Dixie to repair them.

We submitted an email request to them around 7:30am because our air had gone out. They called us back around 7:40 and Travis was at our house before 8:30. Carolyn (who I spoke with on the phone) was very polite and told us exactly what to expect. The technician, Travis, was very professional and found the problem quickly. Their prices were very reasonable (we've had a lot of problems throughout the years and have used a lot of different companies) and they told us how much it would be before the work was started. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wonderful experience with DIXIE ELECTRIC! First time customer, but definitely won't be my last. My call was enthusiastically answered by CAROLYN who put me on the schedule for the very next day. CAROLYN told me that I would receive an email confirming my appointment time and it would have a photo of the electrician, CHANCE WARD, so that I would know exactly who to expect.
