Personally, I do not recommend this company. I am very disappointed with the result of their service since I hired the service of their camera to know what was the reason why my drain was often clogged. I wanted to know if the tube had collapsed, was it broken or had roots, but the only result was that I knew that it was clogged and the exact point, where it was located something that I already knew so I paid 526 dlls. for nothing and I also lost five hours from my job. since in one day I lost two hours and in another day I lost three hours

I wish I could say it was a good experience. But, they don't give you an appointment time, and with a job that is hard to do. I then explained this to them, that I work an hour from home and just getting a call when they are available didn't work for me. She did understand that and then was able to schedule me a time. After taking time off of work and waiting, I had to call when they were over an hour late.

I was informed the plumber had decided that he was taking other jobs in the morning and I would be in the afternoon. I found this to be very unprofessional as we had an agreed upon time and I had taken time off work, I was not even given the curtesy of a call to tell me the about the change. She was very apologetic, but I said that was disappointing and would find another plumber.

She asked if I was sure because she knew all plumbers were busy and short staffed. I called another plumber and they were here within the hour. It is nice when a business realizes your time is just as valuable as theirs.

Leak in gas log line that went through wall. Carroll and Corey spent the time to find it and now we can use our fireplace. Very personable, efficient and a minimum of mess. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received today. I got same day service and they worked with my schedule. Cameran and Corey were professional and very friendly, I enjoyed talking with them. They completed the job very quickly and the charge was much lower than I expected. Give Cole Plumbing a call, I highly reommend them.

CROOKS, AND A HUGE RIP-OFF! Cole came out to do a clean out drain job at my house. While there, their main job was to sell me one of their products. I informed them that I wanted a cleanout and that I wasn't interested in buying a root service for over two hundred dollars a year. They informed me that they could not guarantee their work unless I purchase this service at the same time. Please take my advice and call someone else. I ended up paying them $60 to get them out of my yard. They took what they did not earn. Dean

Horrible experience, I understood the $59 service fee was to come out to give an estimate of what it would cost to make the repair. That was not the case the $59 dollars was only to come to your home they wanted $342 to determine what the problem is, and another amount to repair so basically you pay the service fee to see someone. PLEASE SPEND your money elsewhere!

I had a wonderful experience with Coles. They drained and took out 2 old water heaters from my attic. They installed a new water heater. The price was not cheap but neither was the work. I had gotten a 2nd estimate and it was slightly over Cole's estimate. They came within a couple of days, did the work and the price did not increase. They helped me complete my rebate information and get that in the mail. They did not leave a mess in my house or yard. I would recommend them!

The guy was nice don't get me wrong but this company is a total f****** rip off. They wanted to charge 752.00 to snake my pipe and told me that it is not guaranteed to fix it they would have to dig this and that so I nicely declined and as soon as I did rotor rooter called me and came right on. I paid Cole's 59.00 to come out here and tell me basically that I would just be giving them my money and it's no guarantee it would work. Rotor Rooter is here now 175.00 and within 5mins I already see progress and he says that was overpriced and unbelievable and I agree.

Please do not spend your money with this company it's a waste I could have gave this guy the 59.00 as a tip he came right to the problem No guesssing or nothing and the price is reasonable I will most definitely never use another company besides rotor rooter. I called the company and explained what happened and the lady hung up in my face so I called back another lady answered and she's trying to resolve the issue and said she understands but this is a rip off DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CALL ROTOR ROOTER my plumbing is working good and he's not even finished yet! That speaks volumes the time the guts from Coles took just looking around this guy has my issues resolved

Service technician was great with showing me how to prevent the problem in the future. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

8/26/2016 I found Cole Plumbing to be extremely timely with their appointments; professional in their interaction with the customer; efficient in recognizing and repairing the problem; very neat while working and with clean-up, and finally, quite sympathetic with their charges towards the customer.

UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKED, AND A HUGE RIP-OFF! I GIVE THEM NO STARS. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING COLE PLUMBING! Our hot water heater wouldn't heat. We had a plumber come to diagnose the problem. Prior to arrival, my husband called and specifically asked for the technician to call him before making any repairs.

My wife and I would like to thank your employee, Ryan McGalliard, for the excellent work performed at our home today. Ryan is a Superb Technician and knowledgeable professional who goes the extra mile to ensure your customers know exactly what work is being done and why. Additionally, he patiently explained some rather technical plumbing concepts in a very clear and understandable way.

I just wanted to thank you for helping us fix our plumbing problem. I have spent over $2000 this year with another company who could never uncover the problem and always acted like they didnt want to be there. Ryan Carroll and his partner came over with a great attitude to fix our problem and worked hard until they completed the project. My wife and I could not be any more pleased.

We spend a leak last night and called Cole. They sent out their technician Cameron who was super nice and very experienced and professional. He did the best job I've ever seen and was quick to get out to us.

Their receptionist is extremely rude! She said she didn't gave anything until tomorrow. Then added, if you think you're the only one that's called in town you're not! They have done major work for us in the past, but they will never get anymore work from us!

Can't say enough about how responsive and effective Cole Plumbing was at fixing an after-hours call for a hot water heater spewing water out of the cold-water feed.beautiful job, professional and polite service personnel.

We had a clogged sewer pipe so we called Cole Plumbing. Cameron was nice enough but he made several mistakes that ended up costing me $1500.00. Cameron came out and unclogged the pipe but he didn't get everything because he had to come out the next day.

Any time I needed to speak to them on a subject matter, it was handled in such an expeditious manner. I thank each one for their dedication to always resolve, handle or schedule the workload. Again thanks for such neat and professional Technicians that can come in and master the task and it is never difficult with their expertise! See, I know who to call upon!

Made a Friday afternoon appointment, no show. Called 2 times to find out what the status was. They kept promising they were on the way. So, on Monday called again for afternoon appointment. My tenant has to take off from work again.

Be advised- Cole Plumbing will charge a $59.00 service charge whether work is done or not and in our case a bigger issue was caused by their technician. Plus, $4 per mile outside of their 30 mile radius.

Like many of the other reviewers here, I called Cole. I had a kitchen faucet I needed installed. The lady on the phone told me it would be a $59 service charge whether work was done or not. I live in a rural area, so I didn't say anything.
