Asked to have someone come give estimate for spraying the house and yard. The man that came over only treats termites and rodents, which we have in an outside shed only. For spraying the house and yard for bugs, he referred us TO ANOTHER COMPANY! We were referred by an acquaintance, so I know they do this kind of work.

We really like the HITMAN Pest Control in Spring Branch. We have not seen any scorpions, spiders, etc. inside, or even outside, since hiring them about 9 months ago. They are friendly, and priced about what we anticipated. They have even given us ideas and advice on how to get rid of mosquitos, fleas, etc. for FREE, so we wouldn't have to pay for those services. I would recommend them to anyone looking for EFFECTIVE pest control services.

We've had the greatest experience with Hitman pest control. Mike the owner comes out to spray and is very polite and great at listening to our needs. Since we have indoor animals and need a little time to move the animals before spraying he gives a heads up before coming or Pam does. What sets them apart is the personal touch we had bees swarming outside while my sister was visiting she is. deathly allergic the owners son came out and sprayed the bees right away. I recommend them to anyone looking for professional pest control with a local friendly feeling.

Not sure where to begin so will just call it like it is. The owner is a jerk period. Do not buy a misting system from this company unless you wish to be charged extra even though you received a quote. Not to mention the owners attitude is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with ever. I was even crazy enough to recommend him to a neighbor thinking it was maybe just a one time deal this guy was rude to them and wouldn't sell him a misting system unless he agreed to a contract for filling it up which he charges 400% markup.bottom line prices aren't what he quotes, service is terrible, attitude is mean disrespectful and just flat out rude. All about him making money not serving customers. Stay away!

Mike, the owner, is great. He sprays for whatever bugs are problematic and will even come back out for a respray if you see more bugs. He has been exterminating our house for a few years and we have never had to call him back out for a respray. He kills the bugs the first time. His wife will call you every 3 months to remind you it's time for an extermination, which I appreciate. Highly recommend this company.
