I had a rodent inspection performed at my home. Within 5 minutes the technician from A Five Star Pest was able to identify the mouse species and provide a solution that included getting rid of the mouse and sealing up the access points the mice were using to gain entry. Great customer service. I signed up for recurring pest control to avoid future pest infestations.

I was in a bind needing to get a termite inspection. This company came the next day and did a awesome job! He shared all kind of experience on what to look for and didn't pressure yearly plans! I can't stand companies that try to do this! I will always use him in all my real estate deals. Very affordable! You should really trust this company!

Best Pest Control Service in San Antonio! We have been using A Five Star for years as our pest control company of choice. They even did an emergency bee removal for us once (once my kids saw the hive they wouldn't go out back again until they were gone). They are the only exterminators we will ever call again!

A Five Star Termite & Pest Control were referred to us by my sister. They had provided excellent exterminator service for her for years so when we moved to San Antonio, it was only natural that we would give them a try as well. When we moved in, we had purchased a couple of used mattresses that we suspected had bed bugs.

We have known and used A Five Star Pest for our residential pest control for years and years. We started way back when we lived in San Antonio and still use them now that we've moved to Universal City. They still provide the same exceptional termite control and general insect control service that they always have.

I was terrified when I heard a squeaky kind of sound and scratching somewhere in the ceiling. I immediately surfed the web and found A Five Star Pest Control who said offers nuisance wildlife removal. The exterminator came out in no time and did an excellent job. They found a raccoon and babies and were able to trap them (while remaining calm because I certainly wasn't) and without hurting them.
They even gave me advice about raccoons and wildlife and how to avoid this problem in the future. I wish I had heard of them when I needed bed bug control last spring. Instead, I hired a company that my boyfriend knew and it was a very different experience. From now on I will only be calling A Five Star for all of my pest and ant control etc!

We tried for over a year to get rid of a mouse control problem on our own. We were hesitant to hire a professional because we are true do it yourselfers and revel in conquering whatever problems come our way but A Five Star Pest Control was great from the get go. Setting up the appointment was simple and the customer service over the phone was great walking me through the process.
The exterminator technician was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly thorough. Their rodent control cleared up the problem pretty quick. We signed up for their regular maintenance schedule and now they do all of our pest management from general pest and termite control to bee removal to an annoying bed bug control issue last month. We get great service and their green pest control products and procedures are safe for our dog too.

Excellent residential exterminator and pest control service. We have used them for the last year and a half for all of our general pest control - specifically cockroach control and ant control. We recently hired A Five Star Pest Control to do a real estate termite inspection and they did a thorough job and explained everything to us in laymans terms. We kept them on for the termite control and it has really helped our peace of mind knowing that termites aren't doing any more damage. Thanks guys!

We hold A Five Star Pest Control in the highest regard. We've used them for years for all of our residential pest control inspections and spraying. We met them years ago when we lived in San Antonio and we still use them now that we live in New Braunfels. They are experienced, licensed exterminators who really care and know how to deal with any pest or termite control problem we send their way - like thorough termite inspections and an emergency bee removal just a couple of weeks ago!
Recently we signed up for general pest and insect control via their commercial pest control department and they provide the same high level of service at work that they provide at home.
