We have been using Bob Jenkins to service our yard for many years. They are always on time and leave detailed information on what they did to our yard. I would definitely recommend them.

I was referred by my boss but this was before they no called no showed him. He took the day off work for nothing. So I had the lawn manager come out to give me feed back about my lawn and what I needed. I also wanted to have my trees and shrubs looked at. Noticed some strange white powdery substance on a bush. And would have loved to known what to do about it. All I got was lawn looked ok weeds have taken over part of yard. And that was pretty much it. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Bob Jenkins has been taking care of our lawn since the end of March. We moved into this home in August 2020, and the weed activity was so bad, the turf so thin and heat stressed, that I didn't think there was a lot of hope for it. Those first few months I put in a lot of hours pulling weeds on the property. Early this year I gave the company a call after being unhappy with another lawn care business in the area, and I was blown away from the first interaction.

Setting up an initial consult was free and very easy to do. The lawn care specialist that came out for the assessment said the lawn's prospects were excellent with treatment. He recommended aeration but didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. He also suggested a lawn dressing and said that while they do offer an organic lawn dressing he didn't think it would be beneficial for our lawn and that we needed a lawn dressing mix that contained sand which we were able to get from a soil provider in the area; I really appreciated that honesty. Anyway, we saw a little improvement after the application of the first lawn treatment, but our yard really flourished after aeration and lawn dressing.

The third picture was taken a month after aeration and in the next month we saw even more growth and fullness (wish I had a pic of that). Unfortunately, the last few weeks have brought a plague of armyworms to destroy the lawn that we worked so hard on. When I called Bob Jenkins they were quick to identify the pest and send someone out to spray for them, killing that heavy infestation.

Just today I noticed some more of the caterpillars in the yard, not as bad as a few weeks ago, but still upsetting. Next week's lawn treatment is supposed to contain more pesticide for the buggers. Hopefully this craziness will be done with soon. :( That being said, while I am sad that so much work and effort was put into the law just so that it could get eaten up by this season's armyworms, this company has really been amazing.

I have been so happy with their services I even went ahead and scheduled quarterly pest control and have no regrets there. 10 out of 10 times would recommend them to anyone who needs/wants to improved the health of their lawn or deal with a pest problem. They really make every effort to look after their clients.

We have been using Bob Jenkins services for about 4 years. The company calls us quarterly to set up our appointment, without fail. Our technician, Joey, is so nice, professional and personable. I love this company as they make you feel as if they truly care about your home. The quality of their work is top notch- as we rarely, if ever, have issues with pests of any kind. Love Bob Jenkins Pest & Lawn. The services provided are extremely effective an have made huge difference in the amount of weeds I no longer have! The staff and techs are always friendly and helpful, even my dog loves our tech. Auto scheduling and auto draft makes it that much easier to get these services done.

These folks do great work. We first called them in late 2018, shortly after we moved into our house. Our back yard was absolutely overwhelmed by weeds; think 4-5 feet tall in some areas. It was so bad I honestly didn't think anything could be done short of killing all weeds and grass and starting over. Mark dropped by, gave our lawn a look, and made some good suggestions.

Fast forward to a week or so after the service was performed, and our yard was an absolute wreck.but in the best way. Dead weeds everywhere. Time passed, and by the time Spring 2019 rolled around we had a halfway decent looking green lawn that was almost completely devoid of weeds. We had another service performed recently, as weeds were once again starting to show up.

We have no doubt that the recent service will stop weeds in their tracks. This company is honest, personable, and very fairly priced. We'll continue to use there services as we need them.

I recently had my lawn aerated for the second time with Bob Jenkins. The technician that came to our house both times was Johnnie - he is really a great representative for your company. He explains what he is going to do; answers any questions you may have about the service; and at the end of the service, and he follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the job he has done.

He will even offer advice on what options he thinks you may want to try to help improve your lawn overall. I highly recommend this service for anyone considering lawn aeration.

I've been using them for a long time at different properties I owned. They have always been great in customer service and the solution they use for the creepy crawlers works great. One time I used a different company and it was not good. I will be sticking with them.
