Angel Pest Control, a family owned and operated corporation, was established in 1987 by Cecil and Syndra Schulze. The company provides both commercial and residential services to New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos, Seguin and surrounding areas. We use an integrated pest management (IPM) approach which begins with the accurate identification of the target pest and choosing the proper technique to control the identified pest.Sometimes chemicals are not necessary. When product is used, it is applied following label instructions and in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. We use low odor products, always conscious of our customer's comfort.

These folks are the best! They are always so proactive to scheduling their visits, and so responsive when working with any request we have for them. Their technician Duane, was so courteous. And lastly the pricing is reasonable/affordable. I'm so glad we moved our business over to them. Services: Spiders, Ants, Hornets or wasps

We love Angel Pest Control! We are on their quarterly subscription service. They are always timely and do a great job. As part of the subscription if we have any issues in between visits they schedule a service call free of charge to fix the issue (often they can get someone out the same day or shortly thereafter). Super friendly and dependable. Would highly recommend.
For those that gave a lower review I will say that if you don't do a quarterly plan it can get pricey but I like it because then I don't have to remember to call and have them come out.

Termites were found at my mother-in-law's house she was selling in May 2020. She lived north of Austin, and I called Angel for a reference. It was the best decision we made. Several exterminators inspected and were interviewed. Since there are so many companies, we never would have found Angel's recommendation. Angel lined us up with the most competent and capable solution for the short term sale and protecting the new homeowners in the long run. Angel's professionalism, expertise and network is first class!

We've had a huge problem with armadillos tearing up our lawn and flower beds so I have been trapping them with a live trap. This morning I came out to find a skunk in the live trap! Removing a live skunk without getting sprayed is beyond my capabilities so I called Angel this morning. They quoted me a reasonable price and let me know when their technician would arrive.
He got here on time and skillfully removed the trap with the skunk in it without getting sprayed or harming the skunk. He will bring the trap back this evening. Job well done! Very pleased with the service.

Amazing customer service, very polite and knowledgeable technicians. We were able to set up a spray plan for every 3 months. Angel Pest always sends a reminder in the mail, which is great because I tend to forget! My dog had fleas, called Angel and they came within a couple hours- always dependable! Nothing but great friendly service. I highly recommend.

We have been using Angel Pest Control for over 3 years and love it! We are signed up for the Annual Plan and each visit seems to come at the perfect time without having to call and schedule an appointment. Each visit continues to be as wonderful as the first! Worst service ever. My parents have been doing business with them for over 4 years, I built my home behind. Having ant problems and they came out and charged us an additional $150 and $50 for the ants they called cutter. The ants came back and when contacted them they said that the 30 day warranty was up by 24hrs ago. They agreed to send out a manager 5 days later at 12:30 p.m. and that it would be covered by the original agreement.
At 1:15 p.m. that Friday they sent some child who knew nothing about it and said they wanted to charge even more money. This company nor its manager can be trusted. Dishonest and if you have a customer for many years you should just say hey I will fix it. Worst customer service I have ever seen. We have now found a new service that has taken care of the problem.

Great technicians and customer service. We have a quarterly contract with Angel and we get a reminder a few weeks beforehand to schedule a good time! Guarantee their service, so if we do have anything show up after their visit they come right back out to re-cover the house! Will continue to do business with them for a long time.
