Starwood did a great job. He was able to go out and give us a quote for one of our customers homes and quickly turnaround to complete the work within one day. I appreciate his honestly and hard work!

Starwood was great! I just had my floors done by them. They're beautiful and the price was right! They delivered within a week of getting the quote, which was done within a couple of days of calling. Communication was good - mostly via text, which is what I prefer. They finished the job within the timeframe stated. I would recommend them and may even need them again myself!

Called just to get an estimate for a large project. Guy on the phone gave me every excuse in the book as to why he can't do the job. Needless to say I went somewhere else.

Police called and they were removed from the property after arguing about flawed work product. Later we paid them a large settlement amount so as not to have an unpaid vendor. Project remains unfinished. Now we are being threatened if we do not remove on-line feedback/review. This business operated by Cornel Albu suffers from telling you what you want to hear then later trying to talk you out of it or charging you more for that to which you had agreed.

We were assured that a stained hallway would be cured and that a gauge in the living room would be repaired included in the price. Both untrue. They spilled extra polyurethane about soccer ball sized mistake which remains. They walked off before finishing the job after demanding that we sign an on-the-spot hand written agreement after having been on-site for days, as they wanted to limit their liability. They called the police who later removed them from our property. Notice that their reviews have the same last name. Hmmm.

Cornel came to my jobsite he was very profesional he explain th whole process And he start the work very timely, I observed that my hardwood was old on some spots he showd me a repair that was excellent and on budget he was very professional in choosing the color his choice was better than mine I will gladly recommend Cornel for any job the results we gorgeous

This company over exceeded all expectations. I am delighted with my experience hiring Starwood to sand my floors. Since I have engineered hardwoods, a few other companies avoided my job, understandably due to the precision needed since there was only about 2mm deep of wood to work with. Cornell and crew were professional, precise and an absolute pleasure to work with. My floors turned out rejuvenated and beautiful. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone with any hardwood flooring needs.
