I worked with Roman and Lucy, very helpful and patient, took my order, answered all my questions, and delivered in 2 days and I'm over two hours away. I highly recommend them for flooring supplies.

If you are struggling to find a genuine, honest flooring provider amidst the sea of scams and deception, you have arrived! I was trying to match a very specific engineered floor. After exhausting my local supply options, I turned to the internet to try to fill my need. While several online fronts claimed to have what I needed, their reputations were deplorable and their responses automated.

I was about to give up, but stumbled on Carolina Wood Flooring in a final desperate search. What an amazing difference! Real people who answered the phone, understood what I was seeking, and actually put hands on their stock to confirm that it existed! It was not cheap to have the flooring shipped across the country, but they even made that aspect easy.

After reading horror stories of poor quality, unusable engineered products I was anxious to open the packages and see if I had made a wise decision. What I found was a complete home run! The flooring was solid and beautiful! My installer was quite impressed as well. He has seen many inferior products and was very happy to have quality materials for this project.

Every piece was usable! So if these folks have what you seek but you are hesitant to engage, I would encourage you to give them a ring. They did me right, and it seems safe to assume that they will do the same for you.

I got my laminate flooring from them maybe four years ago and it still is holding up and looks good. My neighbor took me there and installed my floors.

I stopped by Carolina Wood Flooring in hopes of finding some wood flooring to match my existing flooring. Upon entering the showroom, I was immediately greeted and helped by one of the associates. I explained the situation and the associate was extremely helpful and patient as we compared my sample to the samples in the showroom. Eventually we narrowed it down and as it turned out, the particular model that I chose was available in the warehouse adjacent to the showroom. The same associate who had helped me in the store, delivered the carton of flooring to my vehicle. Great experience at Carolina Wood Flooring!

Lucy made our flooring purchase easy. She helped us find the right product to meet our needs. She patiently waited for me to make the color selecton and even helped coach us to the right color tones. We chose the Swiss Krono adn are glad we did. Carolina wood flooring will be our go to for future needs-great pricing, quality and service in one place. We used their installer, as well. Since I live in out-of-state, my interaction with the staff at Carolina Wood Flooring was by phone and email. They always took time to answer my calls and emails promptly. Roman G. was our main contact person; he listened to my concerns about payment and shipping without getting annoyed : He offered various options that made me comfortable enough to move forward with the purchase. The product arrived in good shape and the full, correct order. I just wish installing the flooring would be as fast and easy as ordering it was.!

Dear MR. Mills, Carolina Wood Flooring LLC doesn't sell carpet. We also don't do installation We are strictly a Cash And Carry Business. We empathize with your situation, however we think you have confused our business with another retailer that you purchased from.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! We bought vinyl flooring and carpet from these people. They were nice when we purchased. We cannot begin to tell you how disappointed we are with the installation of the products.

We got our laminate from this Company and are very satisfied with our new floors. They have any style, color, and thickness floor that you would ever imagine. The laminate is great! We used to have lumber liquidators and it was such bad quality that we had to take it all out and do our floors all over again.
