I bought a new home in November 2020 and the builder hired this company, so we have no options but to use them. They have set up 3 appointments now where they never show up. I took two days off of work when they scheduled but have learned my lesson since I don't want to waste limited days off. When I called and told them that I was stood up and had to take off work to wait around, there was no apology or surprise in the receptionists voice. Unfortunately, two other neighbors have reported the same issue.
My floors are like hills and valleys. I was told that it's a Shaw issue, but that Shaw is going to blame the flooring company. I just need my floors fixed! I've been walking on this since around May 2021! I will gladly change this review IF and WHEN I actually get my floors fixed!

I am currently waiting on this company to come and fix the flooring in my new build home. The builder hired them, so we have no options but to use them. I keep calling and finding out when they "plan to come next." I hope they will eventually come to fix the issues so I can give them a better review, but for now, I am extremely disappointed in this business. I would not recommend you use them unless you have nothing better to do than sit at home and wait on missed appointments.

Terrible work! The floors in the 3 yr old home I purchased were done by Atlanta Flooring Design. The slats are splitting, have massive gaps and overall show very poor workmanship. They only offer a 1 year warranty, so basically no recourse on this. Highly disappointing! I'm being told I need to get new floors installed! Use another floor installation company if you can!

I had ordered a backsplash about a year ago. I recently found out it had been discontinued. I spoke with Tatiana Brose who was able to assist me in choosing a new backsplash. Not only was she helpful in helping choose a backsplash, she was consistent in her follow-up with both me and the tile company. She even contacted me immediately when she became aware 5 of the new tiles had broken and was able to have the company send the new tiles before I even picked them up.
She followed up with me after I had picked up my tile to make sure it all went smoothly and I was happy with the tile. Tatiana exemplifies what true customer service is and should be. Thank you so much for everything Tatiana!

We had the best experience with Atlanta Flooring Design Center due to the guidance and expertise of Tatiana Brose. We couldn't have made any design decisions without her guidance, patience, and expertise. She walked us through how to pick the right tile for our fireplace and it came out so beautiful. She definitely hit it out the ballpark with this one.
She was absolutely amazing, and we are forever grateful for everything she did for us. This is the final product for our fireplace. It is just what we wanted. Something that makes a statement and still classy. We are still getting compliments on our design choices in our new home. We always tell them we had the BEST design specialist in the world and that is Tatiana Brose.

We are first time homeowners. We went into the store and were able to find exactly what we wanted on our budget. In a fairly short timeline we had our house measured and received a quote. The installation took a day and a half. They communicated well and the installers were very professional. The floors looked exactly how I pictured and I know the quality is better than it would have been from a big box store. We are so happy and amazed with the huge change this has made for our home. Thank you to Chuck and Hector and everyone at Atlanta Flooring!
