I would highly recommend Zack Hardwood Flooring, we were on a very tight schedule to get our house on the market and Zack fit us into their schedule right before Christmas. They did a repair to a section of the floor and then sanded the wood flooring of our entire first floor. The floors looked gorgeous. My realtor commented that our floors looked amazing and said she too would recommend Zack Hardwood Flooring to her clients. Zack Hardwood are true craftsman who are client focused and accommodating.

Our new hardwood floors are absolutely wonderful - and I have Sam and his team to thank. They were all very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I had my entire first floor done with special walnut stain and extra matte water based finish and we couldn't be happier with how the project turned out. I highly recommend this company.

Zack Flooring was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The quote was fair the workers fast and efficient and my floors look beautiful we could not be more pleased.

We had several quotes for our project which included carpet removal on stairs/second floor and replacing it with white oak. Sam was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We had to move out of the house during the Reno (with a baby and cats). A lot of planning went into rearranging work schedules and booking air b&b's and pet hotels during that time.

The crew was punctual and started right on time! Sam projected it would take 10 days, but they were done in 6. Our stairs and floors are beautiful! The stain we chose matches our already stained railings perfectly and the paint job was immaculate. These guys are the best and they really know what they are doing! We are so glad we chose them!

Zack Wood Flooring came out to our house to conduct an evaluation of our wood floors in our home. Specifically to assess the planks that were separating and warping. Very professional service. Sam was very professional and accommodating. We were on a tight schedule and the job would have to be completed by a certain date. The floors were badly stained and spotted in areas but when it was all said and done it looks like we had new flooring installed. The met our timetable and we were well pleased.

We had a tight schedule for the team to get the job done, and they were able to complete it the exact day they estimated it would be finished. We couldn't be happier with how the floors look and feel now. The team was responsive and professional from our initial communications to the time the floors were finished.

We would highly recommend them. I unfortunately caused a scratch after the job was done when moving my couch. I reached out to Zack and told him the issue I caused and he was kind enough to stop by and help us cover it up which we truly appreciate.

We recently moved back into our home after a brief assignment out of Charlotte and wanted to get our floors done before putting all the furniture into the home. We contacted 4 vendors for pricing and references. Zack was incredibly responsive, fairly priced and all inclusive. He did not try to nickel and dime us with add ons. His crew was professional, courteous and fast!

They came in with a great attitude no matter the time of day, worked diligently and quickly and always left my house as tidy as possible. I was very surprised at the quality of product used. It was not very odorous and it dried quickly. Finally, Zack brought in a cleaning crew (I was so surprised!) and they cleaned the house in about an hour and it was immaculate. I am so pleased with Zack's work, I am already considering another flooring project with his company to do my kitchen!

Juliano with Zack Hardwood Flooring was one out of four vendors we accepted bids from to refinish our floors. He was the only one to took the time to look closely to figure out the wood type and depth. He made sure to work delicately on our damaged floors. We could not be happier with his work. Zack Hardwood Flooring has done floors sanded and stained, shoe molding stained and replace, staircase balusters replaced and new demister installed. Very well, we had a tight time to finish the floors, Zack's was very accommodating to my dates, floors done perfectly, staff was very nice, and overall job was very well done.
