J.D. Floor Store

We recently had new floors installed by JD flooring. We were looking for luxury vinyl Floors in a light wood tone. My neighbor had just had floors installed by JD flooring and invited me over to see her new floors. I had been putting off doing it. When I saw how beautiful my neighbors floors looked I made up my mind to have it done right away. They had them installed right over her ceramic tiles. Carlos and his crew came over the next week and installed our floors in 2 days.

We even had our stairs done. Our house looks so beautiful and new now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their home. No more tile floors that never look clean and constantly trying to clean the grout lines. I really happy!

We had carpet removed from our master bedroom and closet and replaced with hardwood floors to match the rest of the house. JD Floor and Cabinet matched the floor colors perfectly. They also replaced all of the upstairs carpeting which was the original contractor grade and we couldn't keep flat. This is our second home we've had JD and his team work in and the work has never been anything but excellent.

We used JD Floor to replace carpet with hardwood floors in our home back in 2014. They did a fantastic job. The whole project was very well run. We were totally satisfied and very much impressed with the high quality of their work. The floor looked stunning and we LOVED it! Recently we noticed a minor issue with the floor. I contacted the owner Mr. John Daniel for consultation.

He responded promptly and arranged a project team to do the repair. We were very happy with the result. We have been happy customers doing business with JD Floor over the years. I have nothing but great things to say about the company and the owner. I truly appreciate their top-notch services, from workmanship, communication, customer service, to project process and such. Mr. John Daniel is one the best businessman I've worked with.

JD did a fantastic job with my new floors, floorboards for my place! Throughout the process, from getting a quote, having the place measured, getting the materials, scheduling and delivery were excellent! I was able to borrow several samples to see what I liked best. The install went smooth, was done on time and the quality of the work was excellent! I definitely would recommend them!

JD Floors was easy and flexible to work with. We had luxury vinyl plank installed downstairs and in the hallway upstairs with carpet installed on the stairs. My daughter, my husband and I tore up the old hardwood and carpet and removed all the glue ourselves which allowed us a reduction in the cost of the installation. JD Floors installed the luxury plank and the carpet on the stairs.

I highly recommend them. I went to their showroom several times to look at samples and they have always been very hospitable and responsive to any questions I had. They were diligent in providing status of the upcoming project such as expected deliveries of materials.

Working with JD and his team was easy from start to finish. They took out wood and tile at my home and put down al new wood. The wood is gorgeous and completes the house. We are so happy with the results!

Amazing experience! I purchased my flooring and had it installed about a year ago, and it is exactly what I wanted! JD was knowledgeable and patient as I chose my flooring. He was very transparent about the process and cost. His crew installed the floors beautifully and left everything very clean when they were done. Highly recommend!

Used J D floor to replace my carpet around 1000 sq ft, i shopped around with Lowes and Home depot as well. After speaking with all of them i think J D floor guys were the most in tune on what i am looking for and what i am willing to spend. From Store you can pick up like 2 ft board to test and feel unlike Lowes and home depot where only option you have is to pick like small pieces. John and Miguel were great, the project started on time and finished before time. Loove the end result, my suggestion look past the Home depot and Lowes for your next project and check them out for sure!

We love our new floors! JD and Miguel were a pleasure to work with and they had an awesome selection of high quality options for our entire house. From my first call to the install was about 6 weeks, which was quicker than we originally expected as well. Miguel and the install crew were all very friendly and on time. I went to JD Floor to look at replacing my Bamboo flooring and could not get anyone to assist me. After being ignored for over 1/2 hour, even when actively seeking assistance, I left. I was surprised because they had such great reviews, but apparently they did not want my business. I just spend my hard-earned money elsewhere and now have beautiful flooring.

We spent weeks going back and forth with this company looking at HW flooring and when we decided on one and asked for an estimate we found out they had dated samples in their store that's not even available by the manufacturer. We kept going back and making other choices which then they were saying is discontinued but was inaccurate information because when we called the manufacture they sent us samples and sent us to a better company to buy from. Stay away from their store. they are wasting your time.

We could not have had a better experience. The show room is perfect. We were able to see all samples and pick out what we wanted. JD came out quickly to measure and the work was done in 10 days just in time for Thanksgiving: The work team did a wonderful job. They worked hard, super respectful and cleaned up everything. We have a brand new home! We will use them again to replace flooring in our bonus room soon!

I recently had JD install new wood floors in my carpeted bedrooms. I went out of town while they were working and when I returned the work was complete and the place was clean. I never worried about leaving workmen in my home while I was away. JD has great people working for him and I highly recommend him for any flooring job!

If you're looking for flooring, JD Floor is hands down the place to go! I've been spending oodles of time looking for laminate flooring. I've wasted hours in Lowes, HD and L. Liquidators looking at low quality flooring and I just didn't want to settle on something I wasn't in love with. I was becoming beyond frustrated. I wasn't sure if JD Floor would have anything in my budget, but based on all of the positive Yelp reviews, I decided to visit the store to see what they had available. I'm sure glad I did! JD Floor has an amazing selection of all types of great quality flooring at fair pricing.

As soon as I walked in, I immediately noticed the higher quality of flooring that JD Floor has compared to what I had been looking at in the other stores. The floors aren't the only great thing at JD Floor. The staff is also amazing and the customer service is outstanding. The staff member who greeted me when I walked into the store was very friendly, but not at all in a salesman kind of way.

I visited on a Saturday morning and I was the only customer in the store. He genuinely wanted to help me and he had a passion for flooring. It was literally like a breath of fresh air to speak to someone about flooring who knew what they were talking about. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the flooring and the best solutions for what I was looking for.

He showed me the flooring samples that were going to be the best fit for my space and budget and he allowed me to quietly look over the samples without looking over my shoulder or pressuring me, which I greatly appreciated. He was there to answer all of my questions when I had them. Now, I have a great deal of options to choose from for flooring and I'm excited about getting the project started! My husband & I have lived in Cary (in the same house) for 25 years and have done a lot of renovations. My husband is extremely meticulous and I'm embarrassed to say that many contractors regret being hired by us. JD Floors was awesome. They answer texts, emails & phone calls immediately and have an amazing crew of people that we actually enjoyed having in our home. But our 5 star rating is not only because of how happy we are with our beautiful floors but because of the amazing people who did the work.

I am very picky and yet wow, what an amazing store. They also have top-line yet affordable options. Small store, customer oriented. Incredible customer service. They offer very valuable input. They can also install the floor. If you need flooring this is your go-to place!

The installations were excellent and totally justified our faith in J.D. Hardwood. Before placing our order, we contacted four, yes four other companies. We are happy to be customers of the company and we were given undevided contact and help. J.D. Hardwood is a fast growing but reliable company. We cannot thank them enough!

The overall performance by both Josh and the installation crew far exceeded our expectation!

These guys are great. We had a flood from a busted pipe in our kitchen that ruined the laminate floor. We filed a claim with our insurance company and I got estimates from 2 contractors - 1 being JD Floor Store. The other guy could barely answer any questions and gave a very low ball quote that was actually under my adjuster's estimate. JD came out and spoke with for over an hour about all of our options and how he would write up a detailed estimate that the insurance company would be looking for and would also negotiate on our behalf with the insurance company.

He did just that and we got the amount that JD had estimated which was higher than the insurance company's original estimate. As such we were able to upgrade to Alterna vinyl tile in the kitchen and a more sturdy laminate in the rest of the house. The installation team showed up promptly at 8am on Friday and worked all day and then again on Monday. They even included a cleaning service to come and clean the first floor from all the dust. The new floors look amazing and we are very happy we went with JD Floor Store.

Home improvement projects never seem to end. I found J.D. Hardwood Flooring while surfing online and immediately loved their site. I chose to go with the Brazilian Cherry floors throughout the kitchen, living room, and hallway. The floors are incredible. I found their prices to be very completive and the staff very knowledgable and professional.

We recently had all the carpet taken up in our second floor and replaced with bamboo flooring. The experience we had with JD Flooring was very positive, helpful, and friendly. We received a very good product, price, and professional installation. Because the type of the bamboo flooring that we want was relatively new, John was very patiently explaining all bits and pieces related to the flooring.

I also could leisurely look around his store for flooring samples without someone looking after your back like in other stores. The people in the store (Kevin and sometimes John) answered all my questions very detailed and informative. They let us take home some samples so we can decide what we want with no rush. JD Floor Store was also able to meet with our tight schedules prior to moving our furnitures into our house after we closed.

The installation itself went very fast, only 1 day for the entire second floor. Everything went great and we totally love our floor. We will definitely call JD flooring store again in the future!

We are repeat customers of JD Floor and would recommend them to our family and friends. We have had engineered hardwoods/carpet installed in our rental and recently used JD Floor again for our house to refinish existing wood floors along with new wood flooring to match and carpet in bedrooms. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that JD Floor Store did for me! I recently purchased a new condo and had engineered hard wood flooring put in. After being disappointed by some larger retailers, I sought out JD Floor Store after a friend recommended them to me. Not only did they have great customer service, but it was very apparent that these guys are truly experts at their craft!

It was obvious that the owner and his employees took pride in the work they do. They were professional but also went above and beyond to ensure this was done as quickly as possible. The owner even hand delivered all of the wood by himself one Saturday in the rain to ensure the job was finsihed in time. Now THAT is customer service!

Good, service, selection, value. Tight showroom space. Outstanding installation subcontractor. We felt the store manager/sales person was overbearing and pushy. That, sadly, overshadows the otherwise good experience we enjoyed with JD Floor Store.

We recently had J.D. Floor Store install engineered strand bamboo floors and are very, very please with the end result. They were completely accommodating from day 1 when we went in to browse in person, and answered our (what seemed like) hundreds of questions throughout the process. When it came time for our flooring decision, the actual purchase process was very easy, and the installation was only about a week after!

The crew that came out was great and very professional and SO FAST! What would have taken us weeks and weeks to even attempt to do (and probably ultimately mess up) took them 1.5 days. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend J.D. Floor Store to anyone in the area thinking about a new floor installation.

Great job, .mthe floor looks great. JD came by and measured and basically threw in the entry way, pulling up the old tile and extending the wood flooring to the foyer. The price was good and they moved everything and put it back. Good experience.
