Western Heating and Cooling has been installing and maintaining AC equipment in our home over the last 15 years. Each time they perform the installation and perform their scheduled maintenance results were perfect. In addition the company has saved me quite a bit of money by checking warranties even after they initially thought they had expired. I know of no other company that does check. Consequently, I highly recommend this company and no that you would not be disappointed.

Our Heater went out Christmas Eve we were able to get a hold of the Western on 12/26 and they came out to see if the unit could be repaired, unfortunately it could not be they were able to install the heater about 2 weeks later, which was great since it was the holidays and we were in the middle of freezing weather. The office staff was friendly and great with communication.
The install teamed was great as well testing and showing how us how the new unit worked. My neighbor was impressed with them as well. I high suggest using Western Heating and Cooling.

A+. Everything from scheduling to consultation to install was incredibly professional and friendly. Randy came out and helped us pick out our new unit (we did the AC, too) - he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install was scheduled for about a week later. The crew was right on time and did great work. Jeremy had to build out a custom solution to our existing duct work at the unit location and he did a great job. They left the site clean and walked me through how to care for the air filtration system.

Experienced installers who knew what they were doing. They were on time, worked carefully and as a coordinated team. Each had a role and carried it out in a professional manner. They were courteous to us and to each other. They explained the system, reviewed paperwork had us install the app for the thermostat while they were there and walked us through it.
They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves (even when I offered to do it).We enjoyed working with these young men and would recommend their service without reservation.

These guys are great. Replaced my split A/C system with an updated heat pump system. Estimate was easy, quote was reasonable. Communication was seamless. Showed up on time with proper equipment. Jeremy and David were very knowledgeable of the products they were installing and were able to answer any questions we had. They were kind, courteous, and funny. They explained what they had done and why. No questions went unanswered. We will continue to use Western Heating and Cooling for all maintenance on our great new furnace and AC and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are great, only one of the HVAC contractors that came out and actually did a load calculation before sizing the Heat pump for our house. Install was fast only took about half a day for them to replace my Heat pump and air handler. the new system is working like a dream, very quiet and using much less power.
