Eric D was great! He arrived on time, was very business like, explained and got the needed repair completed within my tight time frame - no need to come back! That was very much appreciated on a hot day. (He also made friends with my anxious dog.) No matter what I have needed Turk Heating and Cooling have always been a 5-star HVAC service provider.

These guys are the best in the business. They will tell you exactly what you need to hear. The biggest plus is they will give you spare AC units to keep your house cold. No other business will do this. They will hook you up right. Trust me, they are the best.

Matt was my technician today - he was very knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns. They not only corrected my issue today, they are scheduling another visit to detect why the issue happened in the first place! I can say I had never heard of this company, like most people we hear of these big companies who charge crazy prices. This company is the only company in Indianapolis that charges fairly and 100 percent honest. The owner Mark, has got to be the only one I know who doesn't have to do the job and stays awake worrying about his customers. They are all over almost every chat here in Franklin township. I would recommend them to anyone.

Furnace went out during a cold front. They came out early in the morning and were friendly and courteous. Techs communicated with on their status. They resolved the issue abd would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company if you have any heating or cooling issues. Literally last weekend they came out within an hour of my calling them & finished the repair early the next morning once they had the right part. Great experience! I called Turk to have my furnace tuned up for the year, as well as address a noisy exhaust fan. My furnace is 18 years old so I was prepared for some bad news regarding the fan. Eric showed up on time, he was polite, professional, and very informative. He helped me to locate my furnace filter, which was inside the unit, and walked me through what all he would be doing for the tune-up.

When it came to the noisy exhaust fan, it turned out the bearings were loose. Instead of trying to upsell me, he explained that it wasn't causing any issues other than the noise. He said he'd be happy to replace it but said, for the age of the furnace, it may not be worth the money. I appreciated Eric's honesty with this and giving me an option. I was very happy with my experience with Turk and will use them for all my heating & cooling needs in the future. Thank you Eric!

Great all around first service call using Turk Heating and Cooling. Furnace would not turn on and colder weather was on the horizon. They were able to get out sooner than expected. Casey was great. He diagnosed the system, went to supply house for part, installed it and had us back up and running in under an hour. All this at a fair price. (How's that for service!) We are so lucky to have found this amazing company! We had other quotes that were higher and took way to long to get back with us. Turk was very responsive, KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly, neat, and professional. Last week the replaced our ac unit and furnace in our home. They even let us borrow a portable unit to help us sleep in this heat. Today they finished a complete redo on a home we purchased to fix up for our son.

When I say complete, I mean everything! New ac, furnace, duct work, and additional duct work ran to a now finished attic. I can not say enough about this company and their crew.

I called at 3:00AM. and left my name and number. They returned my called at 8:15AM and were at my home around 12:30PM. Eric was the technician and found the trouble right away. He fixed it right away and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I will call them again if I have any heating or AC trouble. Great job done at a great price.

Called on Saturday afternoon when our air conditioning quit in steamy-hot temps. Was offered choice of having them make a weekend service call at a higher price or waiting 'til Monday morning -- I decided we could live with it til Monday. Service guy was here in early a.m., diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor), replaced the part, and left our A/C again running well! Recomnended!

Finding Turk's is like finding a Gem. I was told by another company I needed to replace my HVAC at an astronomical price. My neighbor has used Turk's for 20 years and recommended I give them a call. Their quote was HALF the cost so I already was relieved. As it turns out, after a couple of visits they found my AC line was full of dirt. The long and short of it is that I didn't need to do anything! Honesty and integrity such as I experienced is rare.

I can't thank them enough for the care and concern showed me. When the time comes I m relieved to know Turk's will be installing my new system and I can trust they'll do the best work at the best price. Thank you Mark and your wonderful family owned business!

Couldn't be more pleased. Installed while I was out of town and came home to a quiet and cool house. Thanks fellas.

We had a competitor come out in January when our heat went out. They got us going and installed a new smart thermostat. When it was time to turn on the AC, it didn't work. We called Turk this time based on their reviews. They arrived sooner than estimated. They got us up and running in no time. They found that the thermostat was not installed correctly and the wiring to the heat pump unit outside was changed and incorrect. We'll be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward and highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to Turk Heating and Cooling after getting multiple quotes for replacing our AC and Furnace and the pricing, equipment and service that I received from Turk was beyond excellent. Justin took his time to answer my questions, Mark did an excellent job of making sure that we installed the right equipment and the installers Casey, Matt and Chris did a thorough job of installing the system and answering my queries.

Being a small family run company, I believe that their quotes and attitude reflect their lower overhead, professional values and commitment to their clientele which is sadly lacking with the larger multi-branch franchises.

I highly recommend Turk Heating and Cooling. I was having an issue with my thermostat, which another company I had called could not figure out. I called Turk and spoke with the owner Mark. After describing what kind of furnace and thermostat I had, he was able to diagnose what the problem was over the phone. He told me he would call and see if he could get the correct thermostat.

Not long after I hung up with him, a Turk van pulled into my driveway with the thermostat I needed. Tech Casey Cosby installed the thermostat and had my furnace working again in about 30 minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have already recommended this company to a couple of people and I will continue to recommend this fast, efficient and affordable company to anyone I know who needs heating or cooling services, and I will definitely be calling them for any future issues with my furnace. In my opinion, I think that the true mark of a company is how they choose to respond to issues. I am extremely disappointed in what, in my opinion, I feel was bad service and poor customer service. I do not recommend them.

This family owned and operated company provides outstanding service for my heating and A/C needs. They serviced my old system for 3 1/2 years and just last week installed a brand new system at my home.
