Wouldn't even think of calling anyone but Zahler Heating & Air. Called for an appointment when my A/C went out thinking I would have to wait forever this time of year, but instead they were out on the same day. Greg is very responsive, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and had my air working right away. Would very highly recommend their services to anyone!

Company is amazing! Fixed my AC unit in less than a day during what is their busiest time of the year! 5/13/22.3rd day of 80+ degree weather! And a Friday no less! Brandon came exactly when he said he would, so personable, professional and efficient. He even texted me after he left to remind me to adjust the temperature. Worked for 3 times with Greg. Each contact was timely and professional. We were advised when the problem we called about did not require him to visit our home in person. Today, we discovered a water leak from pipe above the boiler. Immediately after being called, Greg was on our property. Fixed the problem. All done with the utmost respect to COVID risk. Unfortunately there are a lot of shady HVAC companies out there. My experience with a bad one contrasted dramatically with the outstanding service I received from Zahler. Greg responded immediately to my call and was able to give some very sensible advice about my furnace. He came out and delivered on exactly what he said he'd do, for the price stated. This kind of customer service gives me a lot of confidence in using Zahler again and I highly recommend them.

We have worked with Zahler Heating & AC for almost 15 years, and have always been very happy with them; the personal service is great! Greg Zahler is very responsive when you call, and it is great to be able to talk with him right away; he lets you know when they can get there, what he thinks the issue may be, etc., and if it is urgent he makes sure it can be addressed promptly.

We found Greg and his crew extremely honest, professional and just great guys to have around. They delivered as promised. Came into our condo with drop clothes etc. to keep some of the dust away. When the job was done they went to move the furniture back. My husband asked them not to and they kept trying to finish job. He explained that we wanted to clean behind sofa etc. Then and only then, did they leave. I highly recommend Zahler Heating. Also quick responses from emails, texts or phone calls!

We have used Zahler several times for installation and repair over the years. I cannot say enough about our experience. We've had some issues with our AC on the hottest days of the year, and they've responded right away and had someone to our house within a couple hours each time. I was referred to Greg by a plumber that had previously provided me 5-star service(Rightway Plumbing-Jeff & Eric). I called Greg and asked if he could check out my furnace boiler as I have radiant heat in my home which was on the market for sale. The buyer asked for certification that the boiler was in working order. Greg provided exemplary service, knowledge and efficiency in a time frame I did not think could be met.

We cannot say enough for the professional service we received from Greg, Keith, Brandon and Cory during our recent AC installation. Due to the age of our condo building this install required professionals who could trouble shoot the unique nature of replacing our AC units. Greg, Keith, Brandon and Cory were wonderful to work with. From start to finish they were careful, polite, and clearly knew their profession as the age of our condo building challenged them to be innovative and creative as they both removed old equipment and replaced the new.
Since this company has the capability to do sheet metal fabrication each of our two installs took one day each as there was no need to wait for custom parts to be ordered. They simply went back to their shop and made them. Thank you gentlemen.

These guys have been awesome. My condo needed 3 permits from the historical society, a condenser on the roof, and approval from the home owners association to install the air conditioning, and they made it happen.
