I was very impressed by both the service and value they provided. I have had many projects completed on my home. Most were done so poorly I have had to call contractors to fix their mistakes. Dave was called to fix a problem with an improper install of my new furnace. He seemed sincerely concerned with the problems left behind by the other contractors.

Nate and Anthony came out today to help with my broken furnace. First of all they showed up at the scheduled time was great as I took a day off to take care of this issue. To start they were patient in listening to what I had to say about the furnace problems and how I already tried to trouble shoot them. Then they got right to work and diagnosed the problem as being a faulty igniter.

We started working with Freedom through American Home Shield. Our furnace has been out for almost a week, and AHS has been an absolute headache. They are ridiculously hard to get a hold of, and once you get a hold of them, they refuse to give you any information about your own policy. However, Freedom has been amazing.
