We didn't end up going with a fiberglass pool but Sam is beyond professional and very informative. He has a professional quote and included a retaining wall we would need due to the grading of our yard. We got several quotes and ended up going with gunite. If we would have opted for fiberglass we would have chosen him over the other guys in town.

His cost were competitive if not better than the other Viking dealers who leave their shells sitting out in the weather then offer specials to unload the weathered faded shells

So, I have now learned that with renovations there will be hiccups and setbacks. We chose G & S because they can resurface pools with fibretech. I am very pleased with the final product. Were there hiccups- yes- but G&S came out and made everything right. At the end of the day, the pool is beautiful, functional, and not leaking. I do recommend them for pool renovations.

I made an appointment with G&S two weeks in advance and even took the day off of work just to make sure I would be home to meet them at the agreed upon time. G&S never showed. The receptionist at G&S said they were too busy with something else to make the appointment. I never received a follow-up call to apologize or reschedule. That was it. I guess they think their time is more important than mine. G&S has proven to be completely unreliable and disrespectful.

Great, great, job. We have a (?) 45+ year old Hallmark pool (fiberglass sides, gunite bottom). We had G&S apply their FibreTech product in 1998, and it's still going strong. We finally got around to renovating the pool deck with their thin paver products. We were concerned with other companies products, since we had some cracks, and naturally cracks will reappear.

With the pavers, any issue can be easily repaired by the piece. Santiago & Ivan did a great job that FAR FAR exceeded our expectations. NOTE: "after" picture below still has loose sand before job was finished. Also, AFTER the deck was done, they filled-in our pool light (was leaking), so this pic shows ugly water. All is perfect now!
