My AC stopped working during 80° weather, Lancelot and Jason T. made sure to make me feel like a priority while accommodating professional and fast service. Within 5 minutes of being here, Lancelot diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes had everything fixed and running properly. He even called to check if our part was under warranty before giving the final quote. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance in the future. Appox 1 week ago the less than 5 year old all seasons installed heat pump unit was not working on a night it was supposed to go into the 30's. I was out of town but my wife was home and called and told despite being in VIP club, they were all booked up until the next day. Eventually the repairman showed and seemed to fix the unit. Now less than a week later the temp is close to 90 and the AC does not work.

This has been an ongoing problem every year since installation. in fact the day it was installed it quit working 30 min after they installed it. Every year 2 or 3 times a season it quits. either shoddy equipment or shoddy repairs not sure which. I need the guarantee to be fulfilled with "if it doesn't work, we will replace the unit at no cost to the homeowner" now I'm told they are booked for the day and no one can come out until tomorrow afternoon. So much for going to the top of the list. Guess I need to change companies for maintenance and repair.

All seasons installed my unit when I first bought my house. Technicians were professional and polite. As the years have gone by some maintenance and cleaning always need to be done. Calling other companies was a headache and most were rude. Once one of their technicians came out, and wasn't very personable but, it was extremely hot that day so I let it be.

I couldn't do what they do especially in the heat! A few days later the same issue came back so I called for someone else to come back out. Well they sent Mr. Arthur! He has been the technician (requested) the last few times I have needed someone to come out. He is on time if not earlier, he calls when he's on the way, he asks questions to really figure out what is going on, and everytime no matter the issue he looks at the entire unit! Mr. Arthur takes pride in his work that he does, explains what he is doing, and represents this company well! Thank you Mr. Arthur and All Seasons for being there in our time(s) of need! Highly recommend them to anyone!

Our A/C quit working in the evening. We called All Season and they were able to have a service person out early the next morning. Lance, the Tech that came out, was on time, professional, did the job quickly. Price was reasonable, would definitely use this company again and recommend them to other people. I was at work and my wife called to let me know there was a burning smell coming from my vents. I called my neighbor Jason T. That works for all seasons that helped us get our other unit replaced 2 summers ago. He was very professional and had a technician at our house in less then an hour. The technician who was also very professional called me and told me the issue and a plan to repair the damaged components in under an hour.

I asked if my 20 year old system was worth repairing and he was very honest and made it clear that it was my decision. I decided to replace my system and was able to sign the paperwork after I got off work at 6:00pm. The installation crew showed up at 0700 in the morning the next day on time and was very professional and respectful. They were able to get the system operational by 3:30pm.

I previously used other HVAC companys such as blantons (not impressed) but have never had a better, more professional, and rapid response from a company. All seasons treats their customers as part of the family and understands the inconvenience of a faulty system. I would recommend them over any other HVAC company. Thanks again to Jason T. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Everyone from the sales to technicians to the office staff, were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were very professional, yet friendly.it was as though you were working with friends and family. I will highly recommend them to everyone!. All of our ductwork was removed, new installed, and new unit in place and operational in just a couple of days. They left the area very clean! Amazing company!

Very reliable and also what I really like was they said any problem just call them and they will come back out. Mr j was very understanding about my situation having little children in my house I needed this done fast and the two gentleman they send out were very kind and work very hard and didn't leave into my heating system was working. All Season is always on time, they always send a trained professional or if they are training a new employee they always have a trainer with that new employee. They notify you in advance of their arrival and about what time frame on the day service is scheduled. Everyone from the field work force to the support staff are professional and friendly when you interact with them. There are very few companies I highly recommend but All Seasons is a company on top of my list of companies I'd recommend you use.

Outstanding customer service! I reached out to Jason about a home I was considering purchasing, and asked him to help me get an evaluation of the heating and air. The same day the scheduling coordinator reached out and got me on the schedule. Their technician, Tyler was on time and did a phenomenal job. He tested the heat, the A/C, evaluated my condenser, fan, duct work and other heating and air components.

He informed me about the age of the unit, how to maximize the life of it, what Freon it takes, and what it would cost me to replace it in the future. Very informative, he was on time, polite, and professional. Very satisfied with my choice of using All Seasons! Thanks guys!

I went up in attic days after service was done and found many ducts that air was escaping from and condensation leaking on insulation and ceiling damage that's was happening and service person didn't mention and of this, costing cold air to be wasted and repairs to be done and ducts to be repaired and would have saved of money if inspected correctly.

If this was found weeks ago, I think all seasons would of gave me a quote for repairs on my ducts and not just collect payment for one time service? Maybe because it was hot or something? But only suggestion was to clean outside unit and heat from sun directed to side of the roof causing house to heat up. That is a lot of wasted money to run a/c system that is leaking in the attic. Not satisfied and could not leave any emails to company because website wouldn't allow message to be sent and no one answers phone.

Tyler Dove was the repairman who answered this call. I found him to be complete professional, well groomed, he quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair part needed was on his truck. He installed the new part and waited to be sure service performed was what was needed; allowed system to cool my house sufficiently before leaving. Very impressive and courteous.

We had a great experience with this company. We are investors in Fayetteville and we deal with many HVAC companies, and this have been one of the greatest experiences that we have ever had. Jason and his team are amazing. We had an emergency and we needed to replace the HVAC unit in our personal house and they came right away, they gave us a fair price and they were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule to solve our situation ASAP. The were fast and knowledgeable, and their customer service is excellent. We will keep on doing business with them. Highly recommended.

We had to get a 220V outlet installed so All Seasons came out and gave us a quote. Price was very reasonable. They were not pushy at all and very professional. Since we've been meaning to have someone professional look at our breaker panel, we asked Thomas to give us a quote on that as well. Again, price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we've gotten.

They came out to do the job and we are extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. They did a great job and everything is in place and very neat! Most importantly, everything is working! Will definitely use them again on our next project!

All Seasons just finished installing my new HVAC system yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. Jordan and Mike were the gentleman who installed the system and they were so polite and answered any questions we had.
