Blackwell Heating and Air Conditioning was the most professional and knowledgeable company we've worked with in Fayetteville. Their expertise and responsiveness were beyond our expectations. Our AC unit went out and they were able to install a new unit in a matter of days. Their technicians took care of numerous other issues to ensure the system was working properly. We highly recommend this company!

Mr. Blackwell came to my home as my mother is in declining health our air conditioner went out over the weekend and he and his team brought my mother a portable a/c unit and on the following Monday was there to install a new unit for her. I am humbled by his compassion and servant hood he showed my mother a person he had never met. I am thankful for him and his company for everything they did for her truly blessed.

Guess what upsets me most is i have long term friends in the business would never come when i needed never return calls have call multiple hvac local companies here at home and they wouldn't even return a call these guys drove an hour to help me with a very reasonable price On time Very nice tech Outstanding service! My wife n I solicited Blackwell Heating n Air services during last inclement weather. Initially, it wasn't permissable for driving conditions for Blackwell to come out to fix our problem. However, a few days later once weather permitted Technician finally came around 2 o'clock in the evening. Once tech.identified problem after charging 125.00 just to come out he stated that unit was old(2007).

I assured Technician that we couldn't replace entire unit because at the time we only had 300.00 dollars. Technician assured me that the Copacitor would solve the problem which would cost 300.00. Exhausted from not having heat for days and arguing with my wife against my better judgement I excepted the ridiculous price of a 10.00 Copacitor Technician said cost 300.00 dollar's.

The Copacitor worked the motor for approximately five (5) hours before motor went out. Called Mr Blackwell back and his first response was how good is your credit. Again positioning us to buy his redicoulous over priced parts. I assured Blackwell that I was not buying anything else from him and we wanted him to send Technician back out to correct an overpriced problem generated by his greed!

I ask technician to remove 300.00 part and respectfully ask Mr Blackwell to divie the 125.00 agreed initially for technician coming onsite. He Blackwell would not budge taking the 300.00 part back and subtracting the 125.00 from the 300.00 part and reimbursing us the the 175.00 we felt owed to us since they never fixed our problem. We feel this business is bias and greedy selling high priced parts to create wealth and his word never kept during the entire process. I wouldn't recommend Blackwell Heating Air for nothing in this world.

Called for repair of HVAC system. The people were so friendly and professional that I ended up having TWO HVAC systems installed. Every employee was exceptionally professional, gave a fair price, and I spent over $11,000 with this company. In addition, they complied with COVID protocols. I got more satisfaction with this company than I expected. Excellent all the way around!

The service Mr Blackwell responded promptly when I texted that my thermostat had a blank screen. The texting is a plus as it is easier than multiple phone calls. He was able to give me an approximate time of his arrival, He arrived on time and found the problem: a burnt wire and repaired it. He went the extra mile and explained the problem to me and showed me what he was working on. My system is a little over 10 years old and was Installed by his company. I will definitely go to his company for my next heating/cooling system.

Over 200 dollars to tighten up a loose wire. Could have replaced the wire at that price. Called another company and was quoted way under that. Just paid them 1000 bucks 2 months ago for service. They definitely overcharged me, will not use again.

We called Blackwell Heating and Air because our system wasn't cooling. We had an old system that we have had repaired several times from other companies. Travis came out and looked at the system and suggested that we replace it. They were very professional and replaced the system the very next day. I couldn't be happier with the service and the system. I would highly recommend Blackwell Heating and Air to family and friends.

This company will rip you off. They will install old equipment and will not honor the warranty. This is the letter I received from the owner himself, John Blackwell. This company installed a compensation pump dated 4/2018. I had my suppose to be new AC UNIT installed August 2020. It's under the review named Ughhjaden.

"This was the best service I have ever experienced. The technicians are very courteous and are experts at what they do. I am still amazed at how quick and smooth the entire operation went. Explained everything to me in detail. Showed me how everything operates like the new thermostat etc. The owner of the company walked me through the not so great things another company did.

I had my old duct work replaced along with a 18 SEER A/C and Air Handler. When you look at the completed work you know you dealt with professionals, from the sales reps to the installers. The evening my AC went out I called a friend who highly recommended Blackwell's Heating and Air. When I called, John the owner spoke to me and within 30min the serviceman and John, showed up to my door. They took their time to make sure I completely understand the total problems I'm facing and why all the patch work of the year didn't hold. FYI, I have been repairing the Hvac and Furnace for about 20years.

That month before my HVAC went out my electric bill was over $550. After I decided to replace it in which they gave me a ten year warranty. That next month I received my electric bill it DROPPED to $196 which I haven't seen in over 10 years. Thank you! John and team.
