The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the work he performed. I was very Pleased with the work he performed.

Service tech was awesome but the company prices are exactly what price gouging is all about. My Freon was low due to rusty coils. My ac drip pan was dirty and a drip pipe was broke or clogged. So my estimate is we're it gets ridiculous so for just Freon. ( I have r22) the cost would be 2000.00. Yep that's right. Two grand! But I need to replace the entire system which is at a whopping cost of 24000.00.

The price is so high because "they do exceptional work". Well needless to say I lost my 125.00 service fee because no one in their right mind would ever pay those crazy prices. A great tech came out the next day and no my ac works great and I'm not broke. Well except for the little valve thingy the night and day tech left in my Freon valve which caused the rest of my Freon to leak out overnight and cost me an additional 300 dollars. So end the end my coil was replaced and Freon added at a total cost of 1500. Please call around my money also has value

I called in the morning and Johnnie was there right on time for serving my gas logs. He was professional and did his best. He explained what he was doing and fixed my system so I didn't have to buy a new system! Very happy! Service: Cleaning

Our heat motor started making a horrible noise I contacted Day & Night Heating & Air Conditioning Company. They sent Johnnie out the same day and he was professional and very knowledgeable on our situation. I've used this company a few times and I highly recommend them for any A/C or heat problems. Call Day&Night AC concerning AC tripping circuit breaker. Tech Brandon was very professional and explained his finding of clogged drains( which i suspected) and condensation on unit, as well as necessary repairs. Repairs completed. After approx 30hrs of use, circuit breaker tripped again. Called at 4:30pm, This time Tech Anthony responded at about 8pm.

Again technician was very professional and courteous. He even apologized for arriving so late. I was thankful he came same day since my call was late. Problem now was diagnosed to be faulty circuit breaker. Problem resolved with no additional charges. Day&Night AC responded both times on same day for new customer. Would definitely recommend.

I've gone with this company for about 15 years. My A/C quit last night. I called the office at 8am & Brandon, the tech was here before 8:45am. He diagnosed the problem, went to get the part from the warehouse & my house was cooling down by 11 am. With the heat right now, I was thrilled! I've always been happy with customer service & every tech they've sent out. Everyone is courteous, professional & informative.

Brandon provide a thorough and detailed explanation of needed repairs and options as a result of of our service call. He was consistently courteous and professional throughout the time at our house. He took time for questions and followed up with the company owner with our detailed questions regarding the replacement option. He was very patient with us and our inquiries.

He returned later with more detailed option to improve a problem area in our home. He set up two portable window units and made sure the were working properly before leaving. He took time to hit though the the details of what would be replaced and the upgrades. Brandon is a great frontline rep for your company! My gas logs were not lighting and Anthony came on schedule and resolved my issues. He was professional about his work. I have been doing customer service for most of my life and know what it is like to treat the customer right.

This facility does excellent work! Extremely courteous and professional, taking the time to explain everything step-by-step. Our tech was DJ and he did outstanding work, and patiently explained EVERYTHING, even when it felt like French. By the end of the install, I understood what he had been explaining to me the entire time. If you need this kind of work, please contact them. And a special thanks to the gentleman working with him, I feel terrible that I can't remember his name, but he was awesome as well.

Outstanding, helpful and courteous support from office staff. Kept me aware of pending service appointment. Service technician was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Information on what had to be done with yesterday's visit as well as future service was explained in manner that I easily understood!

Their staff will treat you like family, and the great crew they have to service your equipment come out and treat your home like theirs. We have had our unit replaced and the ducting under the house replaced, and they did a fantastic job.

I called Day & Night and they sent a technician to my home the same day. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the problem and then explained to me what my options were at that point.

Day and Night helped us out with our gas logs. They were very considerate with options and understand a family on a budget. Thank you.

Very dissatisfied with this company. After spending over 16K and agreeing to a maintenance agreement which was 2 visits per year at a cost of $180 each they have decided I no longer need 2 visits per year, only 1 is now needed at a cost of $600!

They called ME for service for routine service, and during service my heat stopped working completely. They told me I needed to replace the mother board for my heating unit. Mind you I had no prior problems what so ever.

Agreed to show the next day between 12 and 2pm. At 2:05 pm someone called me and said that couldn't make it. They could not meet the commitment and was going to charge me after hour's rate because they could not get there until after 4 pm.
