The company was founded in 1961 by Eugene Kocanda. He turned the reins over to his son, Paul, in the 1990's, making them a second generation business! Interstate Heating & Air Conditioning works with premier builders in Omaha to provide the best heating and air solutions for new construction. Follow-up with residents as homes change hands has also provided a solid business foundation that homeowners have come to rely on and trust.

Many of our customers have been with us since the 1960's and 70's, during which we have serviced their equipment annually and also replaced and updated their equipment as needed.
