Very competitive pricing. Service was OUTSTANDING! The tech (Alex) was very committed to getting us up and running the same day. He ran into some issues, but had the support staff and parts he needed available to him to complete that job, even staying into the evening to make sure we had AC that night. He definitely went above and beyond to take care of the customer.

The contractor who was installing a deck on my house accidentally damaged my AC to the point of no repair. It required me to get a couple of quotes for repairs to submit to insurance. SOS provided the best customer service when it came to estimates, quickest installation timeline, and best price by over 2k. I love my new unit and am thankful for the folks at SOS.

My installation went perfect! Ben and Jared made all the difference. They were professional and super pleasant to work with. Explained everything for me. They came prepared for rain and covered carpets so no tracking on floors. They even helped me use the smart thermostat. Jake the salesman was honey and fair with pricing. Everything went the way he said it would. They all represented SOS very well.

I ordered a new AC unit from SOS last winter. When they brought the unit to install it I changed my mind and wanted a smaller unit. No Problem. They changed out the units and adjusted the price. The final installation was done today by Ben and I can't remember when I've had a more professional, polite and competent tech. I unconditionally recommend SOS and their techs, especially, Ben.

We have never had service like this before. The bid was on the mark the installation was done quickly and professionally. The installers cleaned up. I have a service contract with the company and will not renew it after this season. My air conditioner went out on the weekend of a heat wave. Called the company to get a service man out to look at it, and he told us it wouldn't do any good for him to come because he didn't have parts on his truck to fix it, and they would still have to charge us an after hours fee if he came, which would be expensive.

A different technician, from the their company came out first thing Monday morning and fixed it. He told us they always have parts on their trucks or in their building and that we shouldn't have had to wait the entire weekend. He said the other technician probably just didn't want to do it over the weekend in the heat. So we suffered all weekend for no reason.

Although the second technician replaced the part immediately, he neglected to look at the entire unit and find the initial cause of the problem, which was a crack. We actually needed a new air conditioner. Unfortunately, he had already replaced the part and filled the Freon, which was empty, before he noticed the real problem. We were charged over $300.00 for the Freon and service call for an air conditioner that needed replacing.

When a technician had serviced it a month earlier, from SOS, I specifically asked him to look at the Freon because it had to be filled the last two summers. This should have clued them into the fact that it may have had a crack. Needless to say, I am not happy with this company, nor will I ever use them again. Debbie S.

My heating went out Sunday night and I called Monday morning and they showed up with promptness. After the device was fixed, The technician explained what was wrong with the device and provided some preventative maintenance checks suggestions

SOS fixed what Burton could not. The Tech was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. If you have a heat pump these are the only guys to call.

SOS provided excellent customer and superior service on my AC unit. I called first thing when they opened and was able to get an appointment an hour later. Service was top notch and they fixed my unit within 30 minutes. Keep up the great work!

I wanted to mention that the guys at SOS did a great job. They do excellent work and are very efficient. I had furnace issues in the morning when we woke up and SOS was at our house that morning to get us back up and running.

SOS is always prompt with their service calls & very trustworthy. Today we had our seasonal check up done, and the guys were so polite & even called us by name. They never try to sell us anything we don't need.

I have used SOS twice in the past year, once for my furnace and once for my A/C. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in both instances. I was given a two hour window of when they would be there and their office called me to let me know when they were on their way so I did not have to take additional time off of work. Both times the technicians were very friendly, and worked quickly to identify the problem.

They explained to me what was wrong, what caused the issue, and how they were going to fix it. I was very happy with the quality of service I have received and will definitely use SOS in the future.

I hired SOS to perform a rather larger install at my office using the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim split system. SOS did a tremendous job of keeping me informed on every step and were extremely responsive to any questions I had.
