I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist "I'll let the boss know". I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street.

This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

Very satisfied with Cecil Davis Plumbing. It was easy to schedule the work, the plumber (Mitchell) was friendly and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job on our kitchen sink, and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely call them for future plumbing needs and would recommend to anyone in Raleigh.

Had a water heater go bad on Sunday and they took care of replacing on Monday. Great process from the first call to the receptionist on Sunday and the professional that installed and solved the problem Monday. I would highly recommend them and use again if needed.
