W.E. Bolton Construction and Service, LLC owned by William E. Bolton III (Bill) and his son William E. Bolton IV (Will) acquired the assets of Bolton Service, LLC on June 11th, 2010. Woodfin Oil, the former owner approached the W.E. Bolton in January of that year with the opportunity. After months of negotiations the Bolton Service, LLC employees joined the Bolton Family once again.Bolton is one of the oldest family businesses in the Raleigh area. William E. Bolton Sr. left the Atlantic Coastline Railroad of Rock Mount in 1923 to oversee the construction of the Mechanical Systems for Raleigh's first high rise hotel, The Sir Walter Raleigh Hotel.

Frank and Kenny did a wonderful job on our master bathroom installation. We hired them to install a new shower head in our existing shower. The job required removing some existing drywall, running new pex piping, and installing hardware through the existing shower tile. They did a great job with minimal disruption to the existing walls and shower.
They also were able to do the entire project in a single day and for half the price I was quoted by other service providers. Highly recommend! Brian was also wonderful in responding to my questions prior to hiring Bolton.

David and his team were on time and professional. I used another major Plumbing Company in Raleigh first and that was a big mistake. The first company sent out three technicians, put two holes in my bathroom wall and ceiling and showed me a video of the leak and said they would have to take out the bath tub to fix the leak, but said they could not do it and after $900 left without fixing it.
I should of called Bolton first and will not make that mistake again. David and his other technician (Forgot his name sorry) took a look at it and said they could do the job no problem and were done in under 2 hours the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you Bolton Team I will use you in the future and recommend you to all of my friends and co-workers!

I called Bolton to replace our old, leaking water heater--they quickly scheduled our appointment that morning. Billy S. was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous--super nice guy. Mother received notification from the city that there may be a possible issue that's causing a slow leak for her water meter. Reached out to Bolton Service that evening and by the next morning, we had a technician, Billy Soares, at our home to assess the concern. Billy was more than professional. He was polite. He was courteous and when reviewing the cause of the leak and the price to repair the issue, he transparent and explained everything fully. Moreover, Billy was quick in resolving the issue! I would highly recommend Bolton Services for any plumbing concerns that you may have with your home.

We had a water main break on a Friday at 2:00. Billy was able to come out within a couple hours, put in a temporarily line and saved us from being without water over the weekend. The information they provided was accurate and complete and they were able to quickly set an appointment for a full repair. One of the other local companies we quoted told us it would be three weeks before they could even come out to look at the water main break. They didn't care that we'd be without water for the entire time. So thankful for Bolton coming out so quickly and doing such a great job.

I was having my AC units serviced, Aaron and his assistant did a great job. Aaron spotted a problem with my humidifier and a component which was on its last legs. So impressed and happy with my service from Bolton today! The scheduler was very courteous and I was able to get a same day appointment. My service provider, Eric, called to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. Eric was able to not only fix the problem that I had requested service for quickly and efficiently, he also discovered the reason for two other issues we have been having.
So relieved that they are both something that can be fixed! Eric is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and HVAC, and was so considerate to always wear shoe covers in the house.

This was a Sunday emergency visit. Adil came to our rescue! The service was great, he did a thorough job, and explained what we need to do to keep things up and running. Hoping the owner of our office condo will sign up for a yearly contract; she says she intends to do it tomorrow. A wonderful experience.

I did not actually use Bolten for any services; however, yesterday my car ran out of gas and I was stuck helpless! Two of these wonderful employees offered to help me without any hesitation. I will absolutely be using Bolten if I ever need them based on their amazing service to someone who isn't even a customer (yet)! I cannot thank those two men enough!

My experience with Bolton was EXCEPTIONAL. We had another company come first (which we had seen advertising recently on TV) to help with our rather simple electrical repair request. The other company was a total rip-off with the diagnostic and repair quote (giving a crazy high quote for repair before they even knew what was wrong!).
