They called to ask if it was OK to come early, then arrived in 10 minutes, which was about 90 minutes before the appointment. That was really appreciated because we were without water. The plumber's name was Eduardo and he was the nicest guy. Worked quickly, cleaned everything up and finished in about 40 minutes. Did a great job! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Raleigh Plumbing is the best! I'd been searching for 3 weeks for an Hansa faucet cartridge for a bathroom sink that was leaking. Hansa stopped selling in the USA in 2013 so parts are extremely difficult to find. Even Hansa in Germany couldn't help me. I called Raleigh plumbing and sent some pictures of the cartridge. By the end of the day they'd found the cartridge in Chicago and I ordered it!

They wouldn't accept any money even when I insisted on paying them. These guys, esp. Dan, know their business and even though I'd never met them, they went out of their way to help me, a total stranger! You can be sure that when the next plumbing issue rears its ugly head, they'll be the only ones that I'll call!

Just a descale but Raleigh Plumbing was on time very knowledgeable and a ton less expensive than the other guys. You know who I am talking about. They also quoted me the price over the phone so I knew exactly what I would be paying. Those other guys will not quote you over the phone. They will charge you to come out and then quote you that high price. If you do not like it, they still keep your money. Raleigh Plumbing is an honest company who would never do that to you. Larry

Very pleased with their service. Dan was able to schedule the repair, which was not an emergency, for the next day. The service tech, Richard, called in advance to alert us to his anticipated arrival time. He was on time, efficient and courteous. Bethany took our payment over the phone and was very pleasant and professional. Many thanks to this team as we live out of state and were managing a repair for a hospitalized relative's home.

I had to have a new water heater and Raleigh Plumbing was recommended. I contacted them and set up an appointment. The technician arrived within the stated appointment and removed the old heater and installed the new one without making a mess, which was greatly appreciated. His technician came to my house and was very knowledgeable and had me fixed up in no time flat. Nice to deal with a company that clearly knows what they are doing. We had Raleigh plumbing install a utility sink in our garage. Their estimate was very fair and they installed the sink as promised. We were very happy with the quality of the work. The plumber who did the work, Eduardo, was very professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do and ensured we got just what we wanted. Would use this company again should we have any future plumbing needs and will recommend them to our neighbors.

I had a terrific experience with Raleigh Plumbing & Heat, who recently replaced our leaking hot water heater with a Navien tankless water heater. From the initial visit, they gave us options, were available to discuss the best solution, and quickly outlined a plan. This water heater replacement wasn't an easy project, but Dan and his team certainly made it easy for us.

They handled everything from electrical to gas company to permitting, taking all the complications away. They communicated efficiently and clearly, explaining every step of the process. I trust them, they've done an excellent job quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Call them up about putting in pipe fittings for a shower valve, they had no interest in doing the job. What kind of business model is that? House has plenty of issues, and if I liked them I probably would have used them for other things that need to be done but that attitude has lost my business permanently.

I have used Raleigh Plumbing on several occasions. I put in a tankless hot water heater (which is great!) And also had them put in a new sink and garbage disposal when I got a new kitchen. I compared their prices with everyone and they were very fair.
