Once we chose them on a Friday they were in our home Monday and took care of everything from the permits, thee external & interior units to the thermostat. I am more than thrilled with R&R Heating &Cooling! We returned home on a Saturday in 98 degree, high humidity weather from vacation and no air. I called R&R and Dee was just wonderful trying to help me with our system. When we determined that we needed service Richard came right out. The unit was not going to be able to be repaired. There was absolutely no pressure to buy.

We were able to get a very fair price and they installed it on Monday. Richard was even thoughtful enough to bring and set up a portable unit for us to use until our new one was installed. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was so impressed that he didn't want us to be without air and thankful too!

These are the most honest people to do business with. They go above and beyond the call of duty to try to save you money. Replacement of the AC is their last resort. I had two other AC companies to my home first and they were noting but salesmen and con artists.
