Honest, fast, and accurate. This is the first time I haven't heard "oh yeah, the whole thing is shot. You need an entire new air conditioner". I have a pretty good idea of how these things work and can call out a rat when I encounter one. Tony, the technician who helped me, accurately diagnosed it before he even got here. He even recommended some additional parts to extend the life of the air conditioner, which I have heard of before and know how they work, and can verify that he was honest with me. I recommend this company, and definitely recommend Tony.

LPAC was very responsive when I reported my system wasn't cooling properly. Zach was the technician and came out the same day I reported the problem. He was professional and courteous and do a great job explaining the issue and several options to consider. He then was able to make the repair and was truly a pleasure to work with. We had LPAC do a maintenance check of our air-conditioner before the extreme hot weather arrived. Zach the maintenance tech arrived at his scheduled time, he listened to our concerns, he did a very thorough check of the equipment. He took time to explain his findings. He answered all our questions. He was VERY polite and patient. Being a home owner for over forty years I can honestly say this has been the best service we have had so far. Good customer service these days is almost unheard of. Today we experienced what good customer is all about! Thank you LPAC and thank you Zach!

We have worked with this company and our tech, Tony, for a over year and just renewed our maintenance agreement. I trust Tony to do an excellent job and to be truthful about our system. In December 2020, it was struggling and we paid about $900 for the suggested repair. Since then, it has been working like new and it checked out fine this week. We know we will need a new unit within the next few years, and Tony has helped us extend the life of this one. A very professionally run company.

I called to have preventative maintenance completed on my HVAC and Mike found a potentially dangerous problem with my system. He explained everything and actually showed me the fire hazard issue. He was able to repair everything to standard and got it up and running safely within the hour. HVAC runs great now. Big thank you to Mike and your company. All went great they called me up to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time, actually called stating how close they were before arriving. Very professional my technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. He went in the attic and check out the air handler, actually removed a filter for me.

Rick was my technician and was very professional and did a very thorough job. Additionally, he gave me some helpful maintenance tips on my specific unit that were very much appreciated. Luckily, my unit, while older, was in good condition and only needed to have some refrigerant added to it, which was included in the $29 price of the Big Deal.

I needed a part replaced, and the installation went perfect, my furnace is now quiet, running well, .no problems. Richard cleaned a moldy area on the front of the unit, no charge. I had also been considering putting in an additional item to help prevent mold, and he informed me that it would not be beneficial on my particular ac.

Rich arrived on time and was very courteous. He performed the routine maintenance check on our HVAC system. He then checked our air ducts and told us that we did not need to have them cleaned. I was disappointed as our house is dusty and thought this would be the answer to our problem. However he saved us a lot of money and certainly appreciated his honesty.

Scheduled to have my AC maintained. My first appointment was canceled without even telling me. When I called this company again to find out why they never showed it was explained to me they had the wrong number on file, how that could be when they just called to let me know I couldn't move my appointment up any earlier than next Monday I do not know.
