After living and working in Sarasota for over 30 years I know how many ac "professionals" there are. There is only one company I trust. It is difficult for me to believe a bad experience with the office, techs, or owner. I am not disputing that but felt it necessary to let the public know my experience and the experience of many I have known. All Seasons is one of the companies here we are lucky to have.

I have had several positive experiences with all seasons. They only ever recommend necessary repairs. They are knowledgeable and helpful, always providing a new maintenance tip to protect and extend the life of my AC. And when it came time to replace my duct work their estimate saved me hundreds of dollars over their competitors and in one car saved me over $1,000!

They worked efficiently, repaired the duct work, stopped the leaking and made a visible impact on my FPL monthly bill without breaking the bank to get it repaired. When my AC suddenly stopped working on the Sunday of memorial day weekend, they were here within the hour and had it up and going again in 15 minutes. The technicians are always polite, helpful and on-time. Will never call another AC company!

We have been using them for decades at two residences. Honesty, caring and integrity are not usually all mentioned of any contractor in one sentence. Professional, yet down to earth, and always showing up when they say they will. I recommend them highly!

Had part on truck and did same day AC service Service: A/C system maintenance

Made appt with All Seasons 3/28/21 to check 3-4 yr old AC that was not functioning at all. Todd arrived the following day and diagnosed the prob as AC needing to be "pulled and cleaned " for $592 in total. Made appt to have that done 3/31. Meantime i elected to get a second opinion. A friend suggested I call Richard Hughes, an elderly gentleman who teaches AC repair locally.

Mr Hughs arrived within 2-3 hrs and said the prob had been misdiagnosed; the coils did NOT need to be cleaned and told me it shld cost half that if they did. Said drain was plugged and opened it with compressed air. Total charge-zero. Said to call him when I have REAL AC prob. I insisted on paying for his trouble. We argued abt it. I lost. Canceled my appt with All Seasons and politely explained why.

Yesterday I received their bill, $90, and another offer to clean the coils for 592. If I'd had this done I wld still have drain plugged and when/if they realized their mistake wld they refund the 592?

Honesty, caring, and integrity are three words you will rarely find in a contractor of any kind. We have been using them for decades at two residences. Most HVAC contractors are only in the business to keep installing upgraded units. These guys are in the business of stopping you from wasting your hard earned money!

Reliable, knowledgeable and HONEST! I've been using them for years and they have always been responsive, punctual and quick to pinpoint the problem. I highly recommend them.

We love All Seasons. They have been our a/c company for 5 years. Very professional and staff that we love. Highly recommend them.

Beware, this company does not stand behind their work. We moved into our home in April of 2018. We have a brand new HVAC installed by All Seasons. We have had them out 3 times now and still have issues with the unit not working properly. Now we are being told by the owner that he doesn't service this area ( Sarasota county) and we would have to pay for labor etc. Not happy at all!

Really pleased with price and service. Given a list of approved vendors by FPL for insulation install after an energy audit and two competitors never called me back with a price after saying they would. All Seasons gave me a quote over the phone the first time I called and the job ended up costing less than the estimate. 15 minute set up, 30 minutes work, 15 minute tear down. Showed up on time and were in and out in an hour.

Barely had to vacuum up at all after they did. Mark and Todd were professional and took extra steps to not bring wetness from grass onto carpet even though it meant more work for them. Knowledgeable and friendly as was TJ at the office. Highly recommend.

Their customer service is outstanding. My AC had stopped working during the night. I called at 8:15AM and they sent Mike over at noon which was on my lunch hour from work. He arrived early and did what work he could outside before I got there. He changed the part and was waiting for me when I arrived. Price was very reasonable. And I was back at work on time. Very impressive.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent work associated with the replacement of our two residential air conditioning systems. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the system installation and its performance. Throughout the entire process (quotation through installation) you were very dependable, efficient and courteous.

We really thank you for coming out to our house last Friday as we were getting ready to leave for the summer. You made it possible for us to leave Saturday morning on time. It is so nice to find someone who cares. Thanks again for your kindness.
