Refino is our go to company for any remodeling and repair work. We have done a decent amount of work with them and they are prompt, efficient and quick. While their price might be slightly higher than what you get, the quality of work is top notch and cannot be compared. Their attention to detail is emaculate and are able to explain what work is required and what can be deferred. Roy is a treat to work with and is knowledgeable and he walks you through all aspects of the repair.

I have employed Refino Services on a number of projects with a very wide range of scope. I have found them to be responsive when I needed a proposal for work, on time, skilled and professional when completing the work without change orders, and always available for questions that may arise during the project. Doesn't matter if it is interior or exterior work, they are amazing and I highly recommend them.

We used Refino Services when we listed our home for sale. The entire interior and garage, over 3500 sq feet were painted including ceilings and all electrical outlets were replaced. Roy and his crew did an outstanding job. The quality of the work was top notch. When the job was finished they did a thorough walk thru with us. Response time from estimate to work completion was on a tight timeline and we could not have been more pleased. Work crew was polite, considerate, and professional.

This is my 2nd review for Refino. We recently used them to renovate 5 of our apartments. Edwin, the project manager, was great to work with. He kept in close contact with me during the whole process. His customer service was great, very passionate about making the customer happy. If you are looking for a vendor that does interior renovations (and many other services) I would strongly consider using Refino. Our new residents were very happy to move into their remodeled homes thanks to Edwin and his team. @Refino: This man deserves a raise! :)

We used Refino to paint the entire interior of our home and do a great deal of electrical work as well, in preparation for putting our house on the market. The work was excellent throughout and we were very pleased. Communication with Roy and his team, in addition to the quality of their work, was something we appreciated greatly. Time was of the essence and this gave us confidence and a piece of mind to get everything done. I would recommend Roy and Refino Services without reservation!

I have used Refino Services in the past on two different occasions for a 121 unit apartment community. Twice to pressure wash half the property that has vinyl siding and the other time was to paint all the exteriors buildings that have wood siding. I have never seen such professionalism in my entire 40 years of property management. Roy and his crew went over and above on both occasions by doing extra little areas that were not in the bid.
His crew of many were able to knock out the projects in record time. I will continue to use Refino on all future projects when it comes to Pressure washing and exterior building painting. They also build a mean deck at my new property. Fantastic job. You might pay a little more, but the quality and professionalism is worth the extra $$.
