We've been a customer of Southeast Termite and Pest Control for over 10 ten years. When we purchased our present home, another company had treated it for termites. We wanted all of our properties with Southeast, so we asked Wayne if he would honor their warranty, and he agreed. As misfortune would have it, we found termites in our bedroom window not long after that.

These guys did our WDO inspection a year and a half ago, when we bought our house. At that time they found rotted wood in multiple locations so we had the sellers replace the wood in the areas identified in the report. I happened to be inspecting the left side of my house yesterday. We live on a zero-lot-line pro property and I am replacing our fence on that property line so I took advantage of the unobstructed access to that side of my house.
The inspector did note damage to this side of the house but at the re-inspection he issued a report stating that there was no evidence of WDOs (indicating the requested repairs had been completed). Well, yesterday I encountered such extensive rot - going up several feet and completely through the siding - affecting at least 3 panels that I have a very hard time believing this happened in the course of the 1.5 years.
Of course, their reports are written in a such a way as to cover their butts so I'm stuck with the repair expense. Save your money and don't use these guys for your WDO report, it's not worth the paper it's written on!
