The company was formed in 1963 by Grady and Lois Thompson and has been owned and operated by their sons, Dan Thompson and Gary Thompson, since 1984. Dan and Gary have been with the company since 1970.

Last Fall I had Thompson fabricate aluminum caps for our backyard pergola. The 80+ linear feet of caps were ready in one working day and were the exact dimensions requested. They have weathered an entire winter and protected the wood beams perfectly.
