Excellent service. Bret, the technician that came, was early very knowledgeable and very professional. He spent extra time flushing my water heater when I asked him to and also taught me how to do it for future reference along with teaching me how to replace the mixer. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed.

So my wife and I were in need of a new furnace for our 1941 house. Our existing furnace when we bought the house was in the crawl space with half the unit buried by dirt and starting to corrode. We were in dire need of a crucial placement for a new heating source somehow and someway and within our budget. I called around and received different estimates to install a new furnace in our guest bedroom closet and Williams Mechanical stood out and was within our budget. Jason and Nick were the installers and although it took 3 days to finish the install, the guys made sure to do everything right.

Especially with our house being older and trying to make sure that a bedroom closet furnace could tie into the existing duct work, the existing gas line and the existing electric. Williams Mechanical got the job done. Would definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with the work done by Williams in removing my old swamp cooler and heater and replacing them with my new AC and heater. They repaired the roof where the old cooler had been and removed both of the old units. Williams was very responsive to my time frame, and Annette made sure to have the installation done as soon as possible so I would have the AC as the weather heated up.

Of course my furnace went kaput on our first day of snow! I called several companies for service but only Williams Mechanical could schedule a visit so timely. Very pleased with the professionalism of Tate who installed a new blower. The total price was on par with online estimates that I'd researched. Office staff was pleasant and efficient. I was texted confirming my appointment, which was great. I would highly recommend this company for super service and affordability. I'd use them again if I have to. Fingers crossed, though!

We spent 35k to have Williams Mechanical replace three units three years ago; we had a very positive experience with this transaction. Annette and her team were responsive, their quote was competitive and the work was completed on time and well done. Because of this experience, we continued to use Williams for all of our plumbing needs. The last couple of experiences with in the last year have been less than positive (apparently they weren't able to keep plumbers for a period of time, so there was difficulty getting them out for plumbing jobs, long response times, multiple visits to complete one job), but because of our initial experiences, we continued to use Williams Mechanical.

I contacted the office this week to request someone to come out due to an urgent (not emergency) plumbing issue on a part that Williams Mechanical had previously replaced. The office said they "couldn't find the paperwork" for the job (despite me having the invoice in my hand). I e-mailed Annette (owner) and she replied saying that she would get back to me by the end of the day - she didn't, nor did the office.

I waited two days, then called and e-mailed the office and Annette again - no response. I again waited another day and e-mailed Annette again - no response. We are now 5 days out from when we initially contacted Williams and have an emergency plumbing issue. If you had asked me three years ago, I would have given Williams Mechanical 5 stars without a doubt. Tens of thousands of dollars of business and three years later, my opinion has completely changed. If you are looking for a responsive company who values your business, I can't say that you will find this at Williams Mechanical.

Once it was determined that the old furnace could not be repaired to work reliably, Williams Mechanical did a very efficient job replacing our furnace. They were able to move the installation up several days. The technicians Anthony V and Bret M were efficient and pleasant. At their initiative they changed the location of the filter so it is easy to replace and clean. Overall we are very satisfied with Williams Mechanical. They also replace our hot water heater in same service call.

Williams Mechanical was wonderful! Our heating finally died about a month ago and we contacted three companies to get estimates. Mike provided us with a number of options and explained everything in detail. The price was fair and the service could not have been better. Anthony and Alex installed our new mini-splits.

Williams installed a mini split system for us in an old, curvy North Valley Adobe (walls generally neither square or plumb) whose venting had collapsed as originally installed under concrete slab in river bed silt. Williams was great at every step of the process in determining best heating solution given site and structural challenges: the sales process was patient, informative and consultive (Annette/Mike); the installation folks (Anthony/Alex) were friendly, professional and very conscientious with our property and animals during three day installation; when a structural challenge arose as part of the installation, an owner and field services manager quickly responded and resolved! Finally, the mini-split equipment required an electrical system/panel upgrade which Williams and their subcontractor (Add-on Electric--Jesus, Manuel and Isaac) handled seamlessly and did an impressive job of reorganizing (and labeling) several decades of obvious electrical system neglect.

For anyone facing a failing heating/cooling dilemma, mini splits make significant economic and environmental sense. Our primary reservation when considering mini splits was aesthetics thinking that equipment would be obtrusive. Thankfully, within days of the installation we no longer realize they are there or operating (perk--extremely quiet system).

Installers Alex and Anthony The A Team was prompt, courteous and focused on delivering to this customer the best and highest quality product possible. I feel like Williams sent me their best team, clearly specialists at their trade and very customer service oriented.

I scheduled installation of my ductless mini-splits for December 19 to 21. Anthony and Alex arrived on time and ready to work all three days. The work looks great and I love my ductless mini-splits. I bought a foreclosed home that had no heat, just the remnants of gas heaters, so the house was very cold.
