Adam was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem with my A/C units and what he was doing and why along with any options in the future if more problems arose. He focused on fixing the problem rather than trying to sell me new units like other companies have. My A/C works great now and he's educated me on maintenance I can perform to get more life out of my units. Thank you Adam!

We have had BCC come to our home various times over the past few years to service our heating and/or evaporation cooler systems. They have always been professional, responsive, and courteous. They explain things in detail and even show pictures if it involved the cooler on the roof. They explain options for repairs or replacement and are not pushy. As an added plus, they are a Rio Rancho family owned and operated business. We are 100% pleased with their service.

I was told for $90 cash someone would be out the next day to look at my furnace. Was told the $90 would be applied to the repair. Repair man comes out and says he has to condemn my furnace. "It's too old, they don't make parts for it and it's releasing too much co2." However, co2 sensors in the house never went off and no one in the house had been experiencing headaches or nausea. Repair man took my cash and left. Fortunately had a friend of a friend who does HVAC came and took a look.

He fixed the loose wire in minutes and said the co2 reading would obviously be high if the sensor is placed right by the furnace pipe. Unfortunately, as consumers we always have to be prepared to be ripped off. How very unfortunate.

I hired then to switch my swamp cooler to my heater everything seemed ok. He was out of filters he told me to go buy and install my own which I guess was ok so I did. Two days later I went in the back to water my plants and the water was pouring from the side of the faucet. I called and spoke to the lady she was really nice and said she would have the guy (Adam) come first thing in the morning to fix it.

So I thanked her thought that was cool. Adam got here was showed up with attitude in tow I showed it to him he was upset saying I needed a t valve that I made him leave another appointment in the height (lecturing me with tone) that this isn't an an emergency that he supposed he could take off the dirverter and just install it next time but why didn't I tell him.

Well first of all because I'm a girl and I don't know anything about this which is why I hired you in the first place and second you could have brought it up when you were here the first time and spared me the lecture. These guys don't seem bad just the technician Adam. If you call I'd ask for someone else.

Total scammers! The worst service I have ever had. Unfortunately, you have to put a star to post. The only star they get is for poor service. They replaced our motor after it went out. Put in one and didn't work with a continuation of noise. Was told we now needed something else and said we will get a quote for you. I called and said our air conditioner was making a noise and we found a company with better customer service and true honesty Affordable Air Conditioner and Repair.

The owner at Budget asked us that we send in receipt for proof of what Affordable in which we did. He said I am not refunding it's our problem. Yes, we lost $800 from Budget within a week of them putting a bad motor but in life sometimes you figure some honest businesses don't exist. I will never use them again and I warn other people that they are the worst.

I never complain but the owner was probably the most disrespectful, dishonest scammer. The worst people to work with. Never again. Of course, he will probably write a post excusing him for his poor service. I know I lost $800 within a week putting in a bad motor don't lose yours. Horrible.

Budget was good from the very start. Scheduling was very pleasant to deal with and the technicians were prompt and thorough. They made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. Very thorough explanation of the issue we were having with our refrigerated air system. Technician gave us tips on how to extend the life of our rather old system, and effective "band-aids" on our issues, as requested, to keep it functioning temporarily. Honest and helpful. I was having an issue with my heater not working properly. Bill came out and did a thorough check of what was going on with my system. He pin pointed where my disconnect was with the thermostat and the settings. Bill did a great job and also went out of his way to use screws to secure my the wiring rather than tape that the builder used when installing the unit.

Bill was awesome! This is the second time Ive had Budget come out for repairs, once for my cooler and now my heater and the service was outstanding! If you want quality and honest work at a reasonable rate, use budget Climate Control. They truly are about the customer. Thanks again! You guys!

Tim was very approachable and studiously informed us our situation with our air conditioner. He didn't try to upsell us or scare us into expensive products that were unnecessary to our situation. However, I felt more like he was our friend and that we were not another repair call at the end of the day.

Damian is a excellent worker and does such a great job and very friendly I recommend budget climate control they really do there job. We will always use their company.

Joe B. was really great and knowledgeable. Fixed our problem and got us cool again. They have great, fast and friendly customer service. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone.
